These findings can serve as a reference for schools and educational stakeholders to enhance programs and activities aimed at improving students' character development. uctivity is a key indicator of a company’s success, which is influenced by individual capabilities, performance rewards, and a supportive work environment. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents, who are permanent employees of PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among the studied variables. The results showed that competence, compensation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, work motivation significantly mediates the influence of competence, compensation, and work environment on productivity. Therefore, the study concludes that improving employee competence, providing fair and appropriate compensation, and creating a conducive work environment can enhance employee motivation, which ultimately leads to higher productivity at PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya.

In response to this condition, the concept of edutechment has emerged as an approach that integrates educational and entertainment elements to create more enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the implementation of edutechment at Taman Pintar Yogyakarta as a nonformal educational tourism space. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive observational research design. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and field notes involving child visitors, guides, and employees of Taman Pintar. The data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that Taman Pintar Yogyakarta has implemented the concept of edutechment through the integration of technology, multimedia, simulations, and educational play activities within various interactive attractions. Children were actively involved in exploration, experimentation, and direct interaction with learning media, creating more concrete and enjoyable learning experiences. However, the study also found that some children tended to focus more on entertainment aspects than on understanding educational concepts. Therefore, stronger facilitation and reflective learning strategies are needed to optimize the implementation of edutechment.

could significantly improve students’ writing performance, especially in writing descriptive text. The study employed a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The sample consisted of 20 eleventh-grade students selected from SMA Negeri 8 Padangsidimpuan. The data were collected through writing composition tests and observation during the learning process. The results showed that the students’ writing performance improved after being taught through Word Wall media. The mean score of the pre-test was lower than the post-test mean score, indicating a positive effect of the treatment. The hypothesis test also showed that the use of Word Wall media had a significant impact on students’ writing skills. It can be concluded that technology-enhanced Word Wall media is effective in supporting students’ writing development and creating more interactive and engaging EFL learning.

and contributions of these two leadership styles to strengthening work culture in the automotive manufacturing industry. This study used a qualitative approach with a single case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 informants consisting of management level, supervisors, and production line employees. Participatory observation was conducted over three weeks, supported by analysis of company documents. Data analysis used direct interview methods and in-depth observation. The results of the study revealed five main implementation strategies: (1) leaders exemplifying ethical behavior; (2) employee empowerment through delegation of authority; (3) developing two-way communication mechanisms; (4) creating a supportive and family-like work environment; and (5) integrating ethical values into the performance management system. The dimensions of family atmosphere and identification with the leader were identified as key success factors in Indonesia's collectivist cultural context. Key challenges include resistance to change, measuring short-term impact, and consistency amidst production pressures. This study recommends integrating ethical values and servant behavior into recruitment systems, developing ethics-based leadership training programs, and designing performance management systems that balance quantitative targets with ethical behavior assessments. This study is the first to integrate ethical leadership and servant leadership within a framework for strengthening work culture in the automotive manufacturing industry, with specifically case study in PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia and identifies the family atmosphere dimension as a novel finding within a collectivist cultural context.

The research findings indicate that these three factors work synergistically, creating a dining experience that is not only functionally satisfying but also strengthens the emotional and cultural aspects of customers. Thus, Galu Resto is able to provide added value through an approach that combines local culture and a natural setting. ies in the limited availability of teaching materials that systematically integrate religious moderation values, whereas such values are crucial in shaping students’ character to become faithful, virtuous, and tolerant individuals in a pluralistic society. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D), adopting the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of the trial involved material experts, media experts, Islamic Education teachers, and grade XI students. The research instruments included validation questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The collected data were analyzed using both quantitative descriptive and qualitative methods. The results indicate that the developed IRE teaching materials based on religious moderation are highly valid, with an average validity percentage of 89.58%. In terms of practicality, both teachers and students responded positively, categorizing the product as very practical and easy to use in the learning process. Regarding effectiveness, the use of these teaching materials successfully improved students’ learning outcomes, shown by the N-Gain score categorized as moderate, with 100% learning mastery achieved during the field trial. Therefore, this development contributes significantly to providing relevant, innovative, and contextual teaching media. The teaching materials not only facilitate cognitive competency achievement but also instill the values of religious moderation oriented toward strengthening faith, cultivating morality, and fostering tolerance, justice, and balance. This study is expected to serve as an alternative solution for curriculum development in Islamic Religious Education at the secondary level and as a reference for teachers in creating more meaningful learning

aphysical dimensions of Islam—such as the concept of divinity (uluhiyah), the nature of humanity, the unseen world, the purpose of creation, and the spiritual relationship with Allah—which are in fact the foundation of the meaning and intrinsic motivation of all religious teachings. Without the internalisation of these metaphysical values, religious education risks becoming formalistic and unable to respond to existential challenges and spiritual crises amid the onslaught of materialism and secularisation in the modern world. This article aims to analyse the urgency and strategies for internalising metaphysical values within the framework of contemporary Islamic Religious Education, as well as to formulate an approach model relevant to the modern era. This study uses a qualitative method with a philosophical-analytical library research approach. Data were collected from primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and the works of classical and contemporary Islamic thinkers on education and metaphysics. The analysis was conducted hermeneutically and deductively to develop a conceptual framework. The analysis shows that the internalisation of metaphysical values in PAI is crucial for: (1) building a holistic Islamic worldview, (2) developing a deep spiritual awareness (ihsan), (3) providing a solid moral foundation that transcends positive law, and (4) creating mental-spiritual resilience in facing modern complexities. To achieve this, it is necessary to reorient the PAI curriculum to integrate metaphysical elements through an interdisciplinary approach (linking it to science, psychology, and philosophy), reflective and contemplative learning methods (such as tadabbur and tafakkur), and the use of digital technology as a medium for creative spiritual exploration.

e (PKM). This activity aims to improve digital literacy and pedagogical technology competence of students as prospective educators in the digital era. The implementation method involved 3rd and 5th semester students through two intensive training sessions that included concept presentations, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating link platform-based learning media such as Google Sites, Canva, and simple Learning Management Systems (LMS). Evaluation results show that this training successfully improved students' understanding of technology concepts and applications in learning. There was an increase in practical skills in managing digital content, creating interactive media, and integrating multimedia in one easily accessible platform. Students also demonstrated new awareness about the importance of digital literacy and ethics in using online content. Additionally, a commitment emerged to apply these skills in future teaching practices. It is concluded that this hands-on practice-based training is effective in strengthening students' pedagogical technology competencies while also contributing positively to developing the quality of prospective educators at STIT Padang Lawas Gunung Tua. Similar sustainable activities with intensive mentoring are recommended to strengthen impact and build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a literature review related to the leadership characteristics of Muslim ward heads, based on the leadership characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research method was a literature review of Islamic leadership character theories.
The results revealed that the leadership characteristics of the best Muslim ward heads in nursing care are honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, fairness, preaching, responsibility, discipline, initiative, being a role model, and providing inspiration.
Conclusion: The leadership characteristics of Muslim ward heads are the foundation of good conventional leadership characteristics that can be implemented in managing patient nursing care.
