Slow learners can still follow the school curriculum, but they require slightly different treatment from regular students and additional time in the learning process. Before instruction begins, teachers must understand the characteristics and needs of children with special needs, particularly slow learners. This study aims to understand the characteristics and needs of slow learners in the learning process, as well as the strategies teachers can use in the learning process. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, involving direct observation at SMP Negeri 22 Surakarta. By understanding the characteristics and needs of slow learners, teachers can adjust their teaching methods to suit the abilities of slow learners, thereby achieving good learning outcomes.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that communication patterns in this school run in an open, participatory, and religious atmosphere. Teachers not only act as conveyors of information, but also as guides and motivators who establish positive interpersonal relationships with students. Factors such as teaching style, student motivation, and school environmental support influence the smoothness of communication. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. This study concludes that good communication patterns between teachers and students contribute directly to the achievement of learning outcomes and the formation of students' character holistically.

ers and analyzed based on statistical analysis. The sample in this study was 9 female rowing athletes from Kuantan Singingi Regency. The instruments in this study were physical ability tests for sports, namely sit and reach tests, abdominal muscle endurance measurements, arm muscle endurance measurements, VO2MAX measurements, power tests and measurements or explosive power tests. Data analysis will be analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency tabulation by describing the research results obtained from various test measurements of the level of physical condition. The results showed that: Abdominal and arm muscle endurance still needs improvement because abdominal muscle endurance is 44.4% in the "good and less" category. Arm muscle endurance with the majority of athletes in the "moderate" category of 44.4%. While leg muscle endurance showed very good results with a large percentage of 88.8%. Then, the flexibility of athletes is mostly in the "good" category. And VO2MAX endurance with the majority in the "less" category of 66.6% to the "very less" category with a large percentage of 33.3%. It can be concluded that the physical condition of female rowing athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency must be improved again.

The research population comprises all village officials in Marisa District, totaling 110 individuals, and the sample was drawn using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data was collected through questionnaires completed by the Village Government. The research findings indicate that the overall management of APBDes in Marisa District is generally very good. APBDes planning is assessed as very good, characterized by transparency in village deliberations, effectiveness in addressing community problems and needs, and alignment of the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) with community aspirations. study is marketing communication, while the dependent variable is the patient decision, and brand equity is a variable mediator between marketing communication and patient decision. The sample of this research were BPJS patients at RSI Hasanah Mojokerto from March to May 2025 who have finished the services of obstetric and gynecological, both outpatient and inpatient. A total of 52 respondents were obtained as samples in this research. This study uses an explanatory survey research design, which involves searching and collecting primary data by directly asking questions to respondents and analyzing the effects among variables to prove the hypothesis. Data analysis using path analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that the original sample value of the direct relationship between marketing communication and patient decision is +0.101 with a P-value of 0.226. Meanwhile, the original sample values when mediated by brand equity as the mediator variable between marketing communication and patient decision are +0.680 and +0.762 with a P-value of 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that brand equity can act as a mediator between marketing communication and patient decision. With good marketing communication, the brand equity of the Hospital will increase, thereby improving patients' decision choosing obstetric and gynecological services at RSI Hasanah Mojokerto.

The data obtained was analyzed holistically to reveal the implementation and impact of Kombel on improving teacher professionalism. The results of the study show that the implementation of Kombel at the junior high school level in Soppeng Regency has run optimally in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. The use of Kombel has proven to be effective in improving the pedagogic competence of Indonesian teachers, especially in the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. In addition, Kombel is a collaborative medium that supports the exchange of good practices between teachers, helps solve student learning problems, and supports the selection of relevant strategies, approaches, and methods. The factors that affect the use of Kombel include: teacher commitment and motivation, time management, availability of facilities, openness, and support from various parties. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening the learning community as a strategy to improve the quality of teacher competence in a sustainable manner.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.
