Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.

at SMK Pekanbaru City. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Thus, it can be concluded that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) of the Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is categorized as sufficient.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

The results of the study show that library management in SMPN 3 Alalak and SMPN 4 Alalak in motivating students' interest in reading includes the function of Planning is the development of collections and reference services. The Organizing Function is the division of library work programs and reference services. The function of Direction/implementation is the development of collections. The supervisory function is collaboration and partnership. Supporting and inhibiting factors to motivate students' interest in reading at SMPN 3 Alalak and SMPN 4 Alalak as driving schools include technological advancements, collection of reading materials, human resources, facilities and infrastructure. Strategies that can be applied by the library in motivating students' interest in reading as a driving school are increasing collection materials, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, providing good services, holding additional programs such as conducting regular and continuous promotions. It can be concluded that at the end of the study, data was obtained for student visits to the SMPN 3 Alalak library reaching 27%, which is not yet classified as high student visits, while for SMPN 4 Alalak reaching 65%, it is classified as high student visits.
