A total of 30 MSMEs were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on transaction efficiency, with a significance value of 0.033, which is lower than the 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.153 indicates that ease of use explains 15.3% of transaction efficiency, while the remaining 84.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis and confirm that QRIS contributes to improving transaction efficiency among MSMEs. This study provides theoretical contributions to digital payment adoption literature and practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME actors.

This study aims to understand the… he meaning of financial reporting requirements for MSMEs, analyze behavioral aspects that influence compliance with financial reporting, and examine the use of financial reports in the business decision-making process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with MSMEs and analyzed thematically to explore the informants' subjective experiences. The results show that MSMEs interpret financial reporting as a simple recording tool that functions to control cash flow and business continuity, rather than as a formal administrative obligation. Compliance with financial reporting is influenced by the perception of ease, experience, and habits of business actors. Furthermore, financial reports are used only to a limited extent in business decision-making and are often combined with intuition and personal experience. These findings emphasize the need for a behavioral approach to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting.

A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW OF THE DIMENSIONS OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP THAT AFFECT TEAM PERFORMANCE

Ratbyansa Nur, Agung Surya Dwianto
Abstract: Amidst a digitized business landscape, Digital Leadership (DL) has emerged as a crucial predictor of Team Performance. However, a fundamental question arises: which dimensions of digital leadership truly drive performance… e technical skills (tech-savviness), strategic vision, or relational skills? This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 51 articles to deconstruct digital leadership into four main dimensions: (1) Technological, (2) Visionary-Strategic, (3) Relational-Emotional, and (4) Structural-Managerial. The findings reveal an unexpected pattern: the technological dimension only acts as a hygiene factor, while the structural-managerial and visionary-strategic dimensions show the most consistent impact on team performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the relational dimension is highly context-dependent, strong in small Agile teams but NOT significant in large bureaucratic organizations. These findings suggest a reframing of the conventional assumption that “digital leaders” must start with technical expertise, and instead suggest that organizations should train digital talent in soft skills and strategic vision, or train existing visionary leaders in basic digital literacy.

This research adopts a quantitative approach using a causal survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME owners in Gorontalo City and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Meanwhile, accounting information systems do not have a significant direct effect on business sustainability. Furthermore, financial literacy is not able to mediate the relationship between financial attitude and business sustainability. However, financial literacy significantly mediates the relationship between accounting information systems and business sustainability. These findings suggest that business sustainability among MSMEs is strongly influenced by internal financial behavior and competencies. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in transforming accounting information into meaningful managerial decisions that support long-term business sustainability. This study contributes to the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory by highlighting financial literacy as a strategic intangible resource for MSMEs.

ANALYSIS OF THE VALIDITY OF LANGUAGE USE IN THE EXAMINATION MINUTES (BAP) OF SUSPECTS AT THE GOWA POLICE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION UNIT (FORENSIC LINGUISTIC STUDY)

Sartika, Dewi, Sukri Syamsuri, Andi, Paida, Andi
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the validity of the use of language in the Investigation Report (BAP) of the Suspect in the Gowa Police Criminal Investigation Unit through a forensic linguistic study. The focus of the research… h is directed at four linguistic aspects, namely diction, syntax, coherence, and ambiguity, which have the potential to affect the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of information in BAP documents. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving five Suspect BAP documents as primary data analyzed through qualitative content analysis techniques using the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results of the study show that the use of diction in some BAPs does not fully reflect the suspect's literal statements, but is a narrative construction of the investigator that has the potential to cause meaning bias. In the syntax aspect, it was found that the sentence structure was long, ineffective, and layered so that it gave rise to the blurring of the subject of action and the flow of information. The aspect of coherence also shows irregularities in the organization of the chronology which results in the flow of events becoming illogical and making it difficult to understand the sequence of events. Meanwhile, referential and semantic ambiguity is found in a number of parts of the BAP, especially related to the use of unclear pronouns that open up the possibility of double interpretation. These findings indicate that the linguistic aspect plays a crucial role in the validity of BAP as a legal document. Linguistic inaccuracy has the potential to affect the interpretation of law enforcement officials and have an impact on the fulfillment of suspects' rights. This study emphasizes the need to improve language competence for investigators and the application of forensic linguistic principles in the preparation of investigation documents.
