Furthermore, the writers formulated a problem “How is the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District?” The objectitive of this research was to determine and to describe the the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District. Theory applied in this research was effectiveness theory analyzed based on effectiveness measures, they are program understanding, right on target, timeliness, goal achievement and real change (Sutrisno, 2010:125-126). This research applied descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation and documentation study. Based on research results and discussion, the writers may conclude that the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District has not been effective yet. From five of effectiveness scope dimensions, three dimensions have not been applied well, they are right on target, goal achievement and real change while two effectiveness measures applied well were effectiveness measures in program understanding and timeliness ones.

However, SMEs hold some weaknesses compared to large and modern businesses which its limited financial condition and difficulties when applying for funding to the bank due to their lack of proper reporting financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards. In order to resolve this issue, the role of independent auditors holds essential part in making SMEs more bankable by auditing their financial statements. (1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.

The research was conducted using financial ratio analysis techniques. The object of this study is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the building construction sub-sector that has gone public. The data used comes from secondary sources in the form of company financial statements. In this study, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value ratios were used as analytical tools. This study used four state-owned enterprises in the building construction sub-sector that conducted stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021 as samples. The results of the study as a whole show that based on the calculations and analysis carried out on the overall ratio, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. are companies with a better level of financial performance compared to state-owned enterprises in other building construction sub-sectors.

The method in this activity uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach and the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method. FGD is a process involving participants (local government, MSME actors and the community) where they exchange messages in a dialogical manner within the framework of a common understanding of the social situation. The results obtained in this activity are the existence of a local business development model based on tempeh innovation that can foster a spirit of independence to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in coastal communities towards family food security during the COVID-19 pandemic.

un berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama empat bulan di Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep cloud, rendahnya keterampilan praktis dalam penggunaan teknologi containerization, serta belum tersedianya modul pembelajaran yang aplikatif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis (bimtek) yang meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung penggunaan Docker Desktop dan Docker CLI. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan konsep Cloud Computing, prinsip containerization, instalasi Docker, serta pembuatan container aplikasi web sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan penilaian ketercapaian kompetensi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 80% peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar Cloud Computing dan menjalankan container aplikasi sederhana menggunakan Docker. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran berbasis Docker yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pengajaran di sekolah. Dengan demikian, kegiatan bimtek ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru SMK dalam menghadapi kebutuhan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan tuntutan dunia industri.
