ve a sufficient understanding of how to identify, develop, and maintain the potential of members (talent management), resulting in the leadership regeneration process often being less than optimal. This community service activity was conducted in the form of material preparation for the Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) organized by the Student Association (HIMA) of Economic Education on August 9, 2026, at Villa Cantik, with the theme "The Urgency of Leadership." A total of 55 students participated as event participants. The material presented focuses on talent management within organizations, covering the identification of member potential, competency development strategies, and mapping the regeneration of management. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, and organizational case studies. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of talent management, marked by high enthusiasm in discussions and the participants' ability to formulate strategies for managing members' potential in organizational case simulations. This activity made a tangible contribution to strengthening students' leadership capacities and opened up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between academics and student organizations within the Economics Education Study Program

atan Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel pada periode 2020–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IKLH. Secara parsial, populasi dan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IKLH, sedangkan kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sementara itu, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kredit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IKLH. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas lingkungan tidak selalu linear, sehingga diperlukan kebijakan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan ekonomi daerah yang berwawasan lingkungan.

ktivitas kompres hangat terhadap penurunan nyeri pada anak dengan helminthiasis di RSUD Wates. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan pada An. H usia 14 tahun dengan diagnosis keperawatan nyeri akut. Intervensi dilakukan selama 3×24 jam meliputi pengkajian nyeri, pemberian kompres hangat pada abdomen 3 kali sehari selama 10–15 menit, pengaturan lingkungan nyaman, memfasilitasi istirahat, pemberian edukasi pasien dan keluarga, serta kolaborasi pemberian paracetamol 450 mg setiap 8 jam. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan intensitas nyeri dari skala 6/10 menjadi 2/10, disertai berkurangnya keluhan nyeri perut, ekspresi wajah lebih rileks, peningkatan kualitas tidur, nafsu makan membaik, serta peristaltik usus kembali normal. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompres hangat yang dikombinasikan dengan intervensi komprehensif lainnya efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri akut pada anak dengan helminthiasis.

increasing use of electric vehicles is not only due to technical and policy changes, but also communication efforts. This study attempts to analyze the sustainability communication strategy used by the TikTok account @eos_indonesia in providing education related to electric vehicles. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, These methods consist of digital participatory observation and documentation, The data collection is an analysis of the TikTok account @eos_indonesia content data that will be taken with a time span of April 2025 - June 2026 according to the classification that has been made, the data collected includes: video content (visual, audio and narrative). and content analysis has stages, starting from determining the unit of information, data sampling, recoding or recoding data (coding), grouping based on certain categories until finally interpreting the meaning contained in the message content. The research results show that sustainability communication strategies are carried out through five approaches: providing environmental education, reducing the complexity of electric vehicle technology, storytelling based on user experience, digital visual persuasion, and combining economic and environmental benefits in every communication message. This study contributes to the field of digital communication and sustainability communication by demonstrating the potential effectiveness of social media as a public education platform towards green transportation transformation in Indonesia.

the process of discovering their identity, are highly vulnerable to environmental and social influences that can lead to drug abuse. This study aims to determine the efforts made by the National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) of South Tapanuli Regency in preventing and handling drug abuse among adolescents in the South Tapanuli area. This study used a qualitative approach with field research methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were employees of the BNNK of South Tapanuli, specifically the Prevention and Community Empowerment (P2M) team and the rehabilitation team. The results of the study indicate that prevention efforts are carried out through socialization, counseling, education, and collaboration with various parties in supporting the Prevention, Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) program. Meanwhile, handling efforts are carried out through assessment, counseling, rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation monitoring for drug abusers. The obstacles faced include low awareness in some communities, the influence of social circles, stigma against former drug users, and developments in technology and social media. Therefore, collaboration between families, schools, communities, and the government is necessary to support successful efforts to prevent and address drug abuse in teenagers.

consisted of 100 Rumah Tempe customers selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria of being at least 17 years old, having made purchases independently, and having purchased the product at least twice. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, supported by interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that product quality, brand image, and promotion have positive and significant effects on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Among the three variables, promotion has the strongest influence, indicating that effective promotional activities play an important role in encouraging repeat purchases and customer recommendations. These findings imply that Rumah Tempe should consistently maintain product quality, strengthen its brand image, and optimize promotional strategies to increase customer loyalty in the competitive local snack food market.

This condition has an impact on delays in meeting demand, increasing production costs, and declining competitiveness. Therefore, a production optimization strategy is needed to improve product capacity, efficiency, and quality. This study aims to analyze the production optimization strategy implemented by UD. Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. However, limited machinery, unstable supply of raw materials, and marketing that has not been maximized are still obstacles. Consumers rate the product as good quality, but its availability has not been consistent. his research is motivated by the production challenges faced by the company, such as limited equipment, late raw material supplies, and an unskilled workforce, which impact the inefficiency of the production process and decrease the level of profitability. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, production employees, and other support staff. The results of the study indicate that the production process at UD. Tahu Nias still has manual stages with limited use of machines, especially only at the soybean milling stage. The main obstacles in optimizing production include late raw material supplies, the lack of technology and training for employees. However, the company has made several efforts such as strategic raw material management and efficient division of labor among employees. The conclusion of this study is that production optimization at UD. Nias tofu can be improved through the use of advanced equipment in more modern production facilities, employee skills development through training, and improved production and distribution planning. By implementing these strategies, the company has the potential to sustainably increase operational efficiency and profitability.

This study aimed to provide real estate marketers with a tool to enhance their pricing tactics and mitigate the decline in home sales by predicting house prices using machine learning techniques. Several parameters were considered in this study, such as location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, land area, building area, and number of carports. Linear regression and neural network methods were used to develop predictive models. The findings showed that the neural network method was more accurate than linear regression, which made it a better tool for real estate pricing strategies, with land area and number of carports being the most influential aspects in house price prediction.
