especially when the legal status of the second marriage is uncertain. This study uses a qualitative library research method, drawing from both primary legal texts and supporting literature to explore this issue.The findings, based on the study “Analysis of Inheritance Distribution for Children of a Second Wife According to Indonesian Inheritance Law”, show that Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia generally aims to provide a fair and balanced distribution through the principles of faraidh. As long as the second marriage is legally recognized, children from that union have the same inheritance rights as those from the first marriage. In practice, however, problems often occur when the second marriage hasn't been officially registered. This highlights the importance of legally documenting all marriages to protect the rights of every child and avoid future disputes among heirs.

d with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

ttract voters, visual campaign equipment is used, namely banners, billboards, social media and so on as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU). So that the campaign program of each legislative candidate is very important to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign equipment. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling. The researcher conducted a validity test of the questions before distributing the questionnaire. After the data was collected, the data was analyzed quantitatively using the EPIC model analysis with 12 indicators. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.

Sentiment Analysis is a measurement of sentiment or emotion of social media users based on content analysis (positive/negative/neutral). This study aims to determine the sentiment analysis using the keywords "contraceptives" and "condoms" on the opinions of social media users regarding the policy of using contraceptives for students and adolescents with a period of one week. The results showed that neutral sentiment was 6,232 X account users, negative sentiment was 359 X account users, and 86 X account users were in a negative position. With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.

,62 per 100.000 penduduk, termasuk peningkatan tujuh kasus di RW 07, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian berjudul "Hubungan Perilaku PSN Ibu Rumah Tangga dengan Tingkat Kepadatan Nyamuk Aedes aegypti di RW 07 Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2024" ini mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pencegahan demam berdarah. Fokus penelitian mencakup pengelolaan tempat penyimpanan air, daur ulang barang bekas, penggunaan larvasida, dan keberadaan larva nyamuk. Dengan pendekatan analitik cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 105 responden melalui Simple Random Sampling, wawancara, dan observasi.Analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square (95% confidence level) menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan indeks larva (p=0,034), tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan antara sikap (p=0,503) maupun tindakan (p=0,649) dengan kepadatan larva. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) mempengaruhi kepadatan larva Aedes aegypti, sehingga diperlukan penguatan edukasi, pemantauan, dan intervensi oleh puskesmas serta kader jumantik. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan praktik PSN, program berbasis data, dan pemantauan rutin. Program "Satu Rumah Satu Jumantik" didorong untuk menjaga lingkungan bebas nyamuk.
