Naim Lubis, Irmayani Pasaribu, Sri Nurinayah Simbolon, Zainal Efendi Hasibuan
Abstract: . The Qur’an occupies a central position as the primary source of Islamic teachings and serves as the foundation of Islamic education. However, the quality of Qur’anic recitation (tilawah) in educational institutions still… still faces various challenges, including inaccuracies in pronunciation, inconsistency in applying tajwid rules, and limited pedagogical approaches. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the tahsin method in reconstructing the quality of Qur’anic recitation within the dynamics of Qur’an learning. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 081 Panyabungan, involving teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the tahsin method plays a significant role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and awareness of correct Qur’anic recitation by emphasizing makhārij al-ḥurūf, characteristics of letters, and proper application of tajwid through direct guidance and corrective feedback. Furthermore, tahsin functions not only as a technical method but also as a pedagogical strategy that reconstructs teachers’ mindset and professional competence in Qur’anic instruction. The study implies that integrating the tahsin method systematically can contribute to sustainable improvement in the quality of tilawah and strengthen the effectiveness of Qur’anic learning in contemporary educational contexts

Product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of 0.131 (> 0.05). Simultaneously, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.013 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.044 shows that 4.4% of customer satisfaction is explained by service quality and product quality, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings highlight that service quality plays a dominant role in enhancing customer satisfaction in institution-based garment industries.

INTEGRATING RELIGIOUS VALUES INTO CHARACTER EDUCATION: EVIDENCE FROM AN ISLAMIC MADRASAH IN INDONESIA

Chadijah, Amrah Kasim, Andi Achruh, Syamsuddin
Abstract: This study examines the implementation of character education at MTsN 3 Halmahera Utara through four focal values: religiosity, honesty, tolerance, and discipline. Using a qualitative naturalistic approach, data were collected… lected from the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students through in depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that character education is organized as a whole school culture rather than a standalone program. Religiosity is strengthened through routinized worship practices that scaffold ethical conduct and self regulation. Honesty is fostered through teacher exemplarity, trust based learning situations, and clear behavioral norms related to academic integrity and everyday responsibility. Tolerance is cultivated as a relational practice through inclusive interaction norms and respect for differences in the school community. Discipline is reinforced through consistent routines, rule clarity, and guided accountability, though its internalization remains sensitive to family support and external influences. Overall, the study shows that coherent habituation, modeling, and institutional consistency are decisive for embedding character values in students’ daily behavior and for sustaining a constructive moral climate in the madrasah. The results suggest implications for school leadership, teacher development, and family engagement. Limitations include the single site design and scope, indicating the need for comparative and longitudinal studies.

Rita J D Atarwaman, Saraun kaliky, Phuput Aprilia Arif, Riyadh Gunawan
Abstract: This study examines the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and analyzes the effect of ease of use on transaction efficiency. This research… rch employs a quantitative explanatory approach based on a field study conducted in Teluk Ambon District. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to MSME actors who have implemented QRIS as a digital payment system. A total of 30 MSMEs were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on transaction efficiency, with a significance value of 0.033, which is lower than the 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.153 indicates that ease of use explains 15.3% of transaction efficiency, while the remaining 84.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis and confirm that QRIS contributes to improving transaction efficiency among MSMEs. This study provides theoretical contributions to digital payment adoption literature and practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME actors.

Lenni Marlina Hasibuan, Ismail Harahap, Andi Soloon Harahap, Hamka
Abstract: Learning difficulties among higher education students remain a critical issue, particularly in Islamic higher education institutions that integrate academic, moral, and spiritual dimensions. This study aims to analyze students’… udents’ learning difficulties from three main perspectives: psychological factors, learning strategies, and learning management at the Institute of Islamic Studies (Institut Agama Islam) Padang Lawas. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The participants consisted of undergraduate students and lecturers selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that students’ learning difficulties are strongly influenced by psychological factors such as low learning motivation, academic anxiety, limited self-confidence, and weak self-regulated learning skills. In addition, the dominance of conventional teaching strategies and limited student-centered learning practices contribute to low engagement and conceptual understanding. From a learning management perspective, constraints related to instructional planning, classroom organization, and evaluation systems further exacerbate students’ learning difficulties. This study highlights the importance of integrating psychologically informed instructional strategies and effective learning management to enhance students’ academic performance in Islamic higher education contexts.

Irfandi
Abstract: This study aims to explore and analyze the role of law enforcement in upholding privacy regulations as an effort to strengthen national resilience in the digital era, with a particular focus on the implementation of Law… Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). Employing a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature review, the research examines structural, technical, and institutional challenges in the enforcement of the PDP Law, including low levels of public digital literacy, the absence of comprehensive implementing regulations, and the lack of inter-agency integration. The findings reveal that weak law enforcement increases the risk of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure, diminishes public trust in digital services, and poses the potential for digital economic isolation. The study further highlights the importance of synergy among the government, private sector, civil society, and the media in developing an effective data protection system, supported by capacity-building for law enforcement officers, regulatory harmonization, and the adoption of AI-based legal technologies. Conceptually, successful law enforcement in digital privacy protection not only safeguards individual rights but also serves as a strategic foundation for national resilience.
