ed is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies at several educational institutions. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques.
The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential.
Integrating AI concepts through simple coding in elementary schools not only enhances digital literacy but also cultivates ethical awareness and social responsibility toward technology. The data analysis was done through data collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the drilling method used became the suitable method that has a significant effect on the young learners’ mastery of the four English skills. In addition, the young learners can pronounce, read, write, and listen to the whole lessons and games given through the use of the drilling method combined with printed stories through learning process. Besides that, teaching and learning process becomes more fun. Overall, the drilling method has proven to be an effective approach for teaching the four English skills to students.

time voters from a total population of 182 PPKn students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS 26. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high to very high level of political awareness, as did their level of political participation. Statistical analysis showed a very strong relationship between political awareness and political participation (r = 0.826), with a significant positive effect of 68.2%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the political awareness of first-time voters, the higher their participation in elections. Political awareness is a key factor driving the involvement of the younger generation in the democratic process. Therefore, first-time voters are expected to be more active and critical in determining their political choices, while political parties and prospective leaders need to convey clear, transparent, and educational political messages. Furthermore, educational institutions play a strategic role in fostering students' political awareness as part of civic education, thereby shaping a generation that is critical, participatory, and responsible for the future of Indonesian democracy.

This study aims to determine the effect of educational videos on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about the risks of early marriage at MAN 2 Padang City. This study used a pre-experimental, one-group pre-post test design. The population was 555 grade X students, with a sample size of 78. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling at MAN 2 Padang City was conducted from February to August 2025. Univariate and bivariate analyses used the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the mean knowledge score before the program was 10.44. The mean knowledge score after the program was 13.47. The mean attitude score before the program was 31.23. The mean attitude score after the program was 34.15. There is an effect of educational video on knowledge (p=0.000). and attitudes in adolescents (p=0.000). Conclusion There is an effect of educational video on knowledge and attitudes in adolescents at MAN 2 Padang City. It is recommended that adolescents actively seek out and watch educational videos and that institutions implement BRUS programs in schools.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. It recommends strengthening collaborative institutional design and leveraging health technologies to ensure program sustainability

The findings show that BAZNAS has implemented the four classical management functions—planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising—in managing professional zakat from civil servants. Planning is carried out through the preparation of zakat collection programs in cooperation with government institutions; organizing is realized through the formation of operational sub-units; implementation is conducted by collecting zakat through salary deductions and distributing it to mustahik via social and empowerment programs; while supervision is executed by an Internal Audit Unit to maintain accountability and transparency. Supporting factors include government affiliation and mayoral instructions, whereas inhibiting factors involve limited human resources, the absence of binding local regulations, restricted access to military and police institutions, and low awareness among civil servants. The study concludes that although BAZNAS has applied management principles in practice, improvements are still needed in human resource regeneration, regulatory frameworks, and digital zakat systems to optimize professional zakat management.

Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, adat leaders, government officials, parents, and young women, complemented by participant observation and document analysis, and analyzed with an interactive model of reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that marriage is primarily arranged to safeguard family honor, with communities regarding it as the only socially acceptable corrective measure, while religious leaders across traditions adopt pragmatic interpretations, invoking public interest or redemption to justify the practice, and customary rituals together with state dispensations further reinforce its legitimacy. Although marriage resolves immediate stigma and reintegrates families socially, it simultaneously generates long-term vulnerabilities, including interrupted education, economic dependence, marital instability, psychological stress, and increased maternal and neonatal health risks. This study contributes to the sociology of law and religion by demonstrating how socio-cultural confinement, Islamic legal pluralism, and adat practices converge in eastern Indonesia, while underscoring the urgent need for holistic interventions that integrate sexuality education, family communication, religious engagement, and legal reform to protect women and children more effectively.
