oleh mahasiswa Program Magister Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Universitas Islam Malang sebagai bagian dari implementasi tridharma perguruan tinggi, khususnya pada aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui model writing workshop yang mengintegrasikan pemahaman konseptual sastra anak dengan praktik menulis kreatif berbasis konteks Kota Malang. Peserta kegiatan adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia yang mengikuti rangkaian sesi pemaparan materi, diskusi, praktik menulis, serta umpan balik terhadap karya. Data pengabdian diperoleh melalui instrumen pretest dan posttest, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis portofolio karya sastra anak yang dihasilkan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap unsur sastra anak, pemanfaatan unsur lokal kota, kemampuan menyusun premis cerita, serta penerapan teknik showing dalam penulisan. Selain itu, karya mahasiswa pascalokakarya memperlihatkan perkembangan kualitas naratif yang lebih kontekstual, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik pembaca anak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lokakarya penulisan yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa magister MPBI UNISMA memiliki peran strategis dalam mengembangkan literasi sastra anak sekaligus memperkuat peran mahasiswa pascasarjana sebagai agen literasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

This Science and Technology for the Community uses a participatory action research approach by involving craftsmen, community leaders, and the village government. Data collection techniques were carried out using field observation techniques and in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The community also conducted workshops and mentoring training. The IbM results show that, to revive the Tosan Aji MSME, craftsmen need training in contemporary tosan aji making techniques that combine contemporary equipment with modern equipment. Craftsmen need assistance in creating e-commerce and digital promotional content. It is possible for these Tosan Aji craftsmen to become more advanced if their lives are packaged in an educational tourism package that includes a tosan aji making workshop, even the creation of a mini museum.

Kegiatan pelatihan ini terdiri dari pengenalan konsep dasar UI/UX, praktik pembuatan wireframe, dan evaluasi desain aplikasi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pesantren. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip-prinsip desain antarmuka pengguna, meskipun tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah dalam menerjemahkan teori ke dalam desain yang lebih kompleks dan interaktif. Evaluasi terhadap desain yang dihasilkan menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam hal interaktivitas dan fungsionalitas untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Sebagai tindak lanjut, disarankan untuk melakukan pelatihan lanjutan guna memperdalam keterampilan peserta dalam merancang aplikasi digital yang lebih canggih dan responsif. are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of educational access and learner participation through the equivalency education program at PKBM Minda Utama, Bandung City. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving PKBM managers, tutors, and learners. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that educational access was strengthened through flexible learning schedules, simplified administrative requirements, and continuous program socialization to the community. Learner participation was reflected in active engagement during learning activities, supported by communicative, contextual, and needs-based learning approaches. The success of the program was supported by managerial commitment, tutor competence, and increasing public awareness of the importance of education, while economic constraints, work demands, and limited facilities remained challenges. The study concludes that educational access and learner participation are interrelated dimensions that determine the success of equivalency education programs. Therefore, strengthening both dimensions should be viewed as an integrated effort to improve the effectiveness of equivalency education and support lifelong learning

earch is grounded in issues of low institutional responsiveness in following up on complaints, mismatches between actual service completion time and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and uneven public socialization of the system. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using 3-dimensional e-government success model, namely Support, Capacity, and Value, as the analytical framework. Data were collected through field observation, regulatory documentation review, and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that the Support dimension is backed by strong political will, allocated funding, and multi-channel socialization that has driven growth in registered users, though technical assistance responsiveness outside office hours remains weak. The Capacity dimension shows adequate human resources and staff competence, but the technological infrastructure remains prone to disruptions such as OTP delivery failures and server downtime. The Value dimension has produced tangible benefits in efficiency and service transparency, yet this value is undermined by document processing delays exceeding SOP standards, driven by a "digital red tape" practice among internal verification officers. This study recommends strengthening online technical support and adopting contingency resource mechanisms to improve service.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SIPINTER) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tangerang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih rendahnya responsivitas instansi dalam menindaklanjuti laporan, ketidaksesuaian durasi penyelesaian layanan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), serta sosialisasi yang belum merata kepada masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis berlandaskan model keberhasilan e-government tiga dimensi yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Support telah didukung oleh political will yang kuat, alokasi anggaran, dan sosialisasi multikanal yang mendorong pertumbuhan pengguna terdaftar, namun masih lemah dalam responsivitas bantuan teknis di luar jam kerja. Dimensi Capacity menunjukkan kecukupan sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi petugas, tetapi infrastruktur masih rentan mengalami gangguan teknis seperti kegagalan pengiriman OTP dan server down. Dimensi Value menghasilkan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan, namun nilainya terdegradasi akibat keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen yang melampaui SOP, yang dipicu oleh praktik birokrasi digital (digital red tape) di tingkat verifikator internal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan dukungan teknis daring serta penerapan mekanisme kontingensi sumber daya untuk meningkatkan layanan.

the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.
