The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on The Performance Employees of Trade and Industrial Department of Gowa District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department… t of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. And together motivation and work environment affect employee performance.

The Influence of The Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Samsat Office UPT Revenue Regional Region of Makassar 1

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of the Samsat Office UPT Regional Income Makassar 1 regionally partially and simultaneously. The samples used were 40… employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on The Performance of Employees in Garanangkeke Sub-District, Bantaeng District

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of motivation and work discipline jointly&#8230; ointly on employee performance in the Gantarangkeke sub-district office, Gantarangkeke district, Bantaeng regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Working Capital Turnover Analysis of Profitability Levels at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover (WCTO) on the level of profitability (ROA) at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Semen Indonesia&#8230; ndonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The data collected was analyzed using financial ratios, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients and t-test with the SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows program. The findings in this study show that working capital turnover (WCTO) and profitability (ROA) have increased quarterly every year as measured by financial ratios. The results of the t-test show that the working capital turnover variable (WCTO) has a positive and significant influence on the level of profitability. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.

The Influence of Psychological Empowerment on Workforce Agility of Office Staff Housing Provision Study Province of West Sulawesi

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the effect of psychological empowerment on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive&#8230; e approach through data collection by interviews and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.

Burnout as Mediateer of The Influence of Organizational Support and Family Support on Job Stress at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress among female employees at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, as well as to examine the role of burnout as a mediator between&#8230; ween these variables. The study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence work stress among female workers, in order to provide recommendations for improving employee well-being and company productivity. The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work stress but does not mediate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress

The Effect of Workload and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Karebosi City of Makassar

Abstract: This study was to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Karebosi Customer Service Unit Makassar City. the sample of this study were 58 employees. This type of research&#8230; ch is Quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). The R Square value of 0.501 this figure shows that the workload variable and the work strea variable in this study contributed an influence of 50.1%.

This research was conducted at St. Aisyiyah&#8230; ah General Hospital. Khadijah Pinrang District by taking 86 employees as research samples. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially the work environment and organizational commitment variables significantly influence employee performance, while the compensation variable has no influence on employee performance at St. Aisyiyah General Hospital. Abstract: This research examines The Influence of Work Stress on Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out The Influence of Work Stress on&#8230; Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.
