sed demand for basic necessities. These conditions required a rapid, targeted, and well-coordinated humanitarian response. This community service program aimed to provide clothing and food assistance to flood victims while developing a cross-border university collaboration model for disaster response. The program was implemented through a partnership involving Universitas Gunung Leuser (UGL), Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and Insan Cakna. The implementation stages included needs assessment, institutional coordination, aid procurement, aid distribution, and program evaluation. UGL was responsible for needs assessment, local coordination, and aid distribution, while UPTM served as the primary donor providing financial assistance, clothing, and food supplies. Insan Cakna acted as the liaison and coordination facilitator between both institutions. The results demonstrated that the collaboration model improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution while strengthening institutional synergy in disaster response efforts. Beyond providing direct benefits to affected communities, the program generated a cross-border university collaboration model that can be replicated in future humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The findings highlight that the success of humanitarian programs depends not only on the availability of aid but also on effective coordination, clear division of responsibilities, and sustainable institutional partnerships.

ing housing purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of brand image in the influence of product quality, price, and location on millennial cluster property purchase decisions in Bogor Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive and verificative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 220 millennial consumers who had experience purchasing or were directly involved in purchasing cluster property in Bogor Regency. The research instrument was measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using structural equation modeling to test direct and indirect effects. The results show that product quality, price, and location have positive and significant effects on brand image. Product quality, price, location, and brand image also have positive and significant effects on purchase decision. Furthermore, brand image partially mediates the effects of product quality, price, and location on purchase decision. ent and affordable housing in Indonesia. The study used panel data from 31 provinces during the 2021–2024 period with a total of 124 observations. The research data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), and official local government websites related to the publication of financial reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results of the study indicate that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11. These findings indicate that accountable regional financial management can increase the effectiveness of housing and settlement development programs. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11, with a stronger effect than accountability. Openness of financial information encourages public oversight of regional budget use and increases the efficiency of development program implementation. The results of simultaneous testing indicate that accountability and transparency together have a significant effect on the achievement of the indicator of access to decent and affordable housing. The research findings support the theory of good governance, which places accountability and transparency as essential elements in improving the quality of local government governance. This study provides an empirical contribution regarding the relationship between local government financial governance and the achievement of sustainable settlement development in Indonesia.
Abstract:In recent years, the housing market has faced significant challenges, including fluctuating prices and declining sales. To solve this issue, there was an increasing need for more sophisticated methods to predict housing…
prices accurately. This study aimed to provide real estate marketers with a tool to enhance their pricing tactics and mitigate the decline in home sales by predicting house prices using machine learning techniques. Several parameters were considered in this study, such as location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, land area, building area, and number of carports. Linear regression and neural network methods were used to develop predictive models. The findings showed that the neural network method was more accurate than linear regression, which made it a better tool for real estate pricing strategies, with land area and number of carports being the most influential aspects in house price prediction.

e approach through data collection by interviews and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.

ingle housing unit typically requires 64 working days. This study aims to obtain an optimal scheduling result by applying CPM and PERT to the construction project of a subsidized house type-36 in Perumahan Malimbukan Permai III, North Minahasa Regency. The analysis results indicate that the project’s critical path consists of A – B – C – D – E – F – H – K – L – M – N – P – Q. Using the CPM method, the required completion time is 55 days, while the PERT method yields an estimated 55.68 days. With a deadline of 60 days, the probability of completing the project is 99.94%. This study highlights the importance of monitoring the critical path and utilizing time estimation in project planning to prevent delays and unforeseen obstacles.
