data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the factors that influence the production of salted anchovies in the variables of labor (X1) and capital (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the amount of salted anchovy production in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency. The marketing channels for salted anchovies in Barru District, Sumpang Binangae Village, Barru Regency consist of 3 (three) marketing channel patterns, namely: salted anchovy processors-consumers; (2) salted anchovy processor-trader collector-consumer; (3) salted anchovy processors- collecting traders- retailers- consumers. The lowest marketing margin value is marketing channel I, namely IDR. 640/Kg while the highest marketing margin value in channel III is Rp. 8,640/Kg.

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.

o its vulnerability to wave-induced beach damage. To simulate wave conditions, a wave generator was designed using a 12-volt DC motor integrated into an acrylic wave bath. This research analyses the effectiveness of three types of coastal safety structures: reflectors, sea walls and sloping sea walls. Laboratory experiments measured the wave overflow volume for each type of structure under controlled conditions. The results showed that reflector-type structures achieved the highest efficiency in mitigating wave overtopping, with an average minimum overtopping value of 0.006 m³/ms. The findings emphasise the importance of selecting and designing appropriate coastal protection measures to minimise coastal erosion, protect coastal infrastructure and reduce risks to surrounding settlements. This study contributes valuable insights into the role of engineered structures in enhancing coastal resilience, especially for areas vulnerable to high wave energy.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pasar Palanro memiliki peran yang begitu penting dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sehari- hari masyarakat sekitar maupun masyarakat yang dari luar Kelurahan Palanro dan dari Luar Kecamatan Mallusetasi. Mereka berpandangan dengan adanya pasar Palanro akan lebih mudah memperoleh barang kebutuhan sehari- hari tanpa harus ke tempat lain untuk membelinya (2) Pasar Palanro memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat pertemuan dan interaksi, sebagai pusat barang dan jasa, dan sebagai tempat pembauran (3) Keberadaan pasar Palanro telah berimplikasi terhadap masyarakat. Pasar Palanro berimplikasi ekonomi dan sosial. Implikasi ekonomi yaitu meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat. Implikasi sosial yaitu munculnya kompetesi persaingan antar pedagang dan meningkatkan stratifikasi sosial perempuan pedagang di dalam masyarakat.
