Abstract: In order to increase the resilience of the supply chains in the United States, this paper examines the risks and vulnerabilities that exist in them and suggests policy goals. By employing both numerical data and empirical… l proof, we pinpoint the primary obstacles endangering the steadiness and effectiveness of supply networks. These risks are exacerbated by elements like globalization, technological changes, and natural calamities. We examine different policy initiatives, such as international cooperation, investment plans, and regulations, and provide recommendations to reduce these vulnerabilities and strengthen the resilience of U.S. supply chains .

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Performance of Female Civil Servants in Makassar City

Abstract: This study examined the influence of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on the performance of female Civil Servants (ASN) in the city of Makassar. Using a quantitative causal method, this research… rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

The Influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance at PT Kima Makassar

Abstract: The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of Green Training, Green Recruitment, and Green Transformational Leadership on Sustainable Corporate Performance separately and simultaneously. In this research, a quantitative… antitative approach was used, and the sample was 100 people who worked at PT KIMA Makassar. The research results show that Green Training (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The calculated t value is 3.165, lower than the t table value of 1.984, and the significance value is 0.003, less than 0.05. Apart from that, Green Training also has a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 4.181, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. On the other hand, Green Transformational Leadership also has a positive impact on Sustainable Corporate Performance, with a calculated t value of 7.019, which exceeds the t table of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Apart from that, a simultaneous test was carried out on the influence of Green Training (X1), Green Recruitment (X2), and Green Transformational Leadership (X3) on Sustainable Corporate Performance. The results show a calculated f of 78.706, which exceeds the f table of 2.70, and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Work Productivity at Tompobulu District Office, Gowa District

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu&#8230; lu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.&#8230; a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable at PT BPRS Niaga Madani

Abstract: The development of a company heavily relies on qualified human resources. The level of employee performance can reveal the quality of human resources in achieving company goals. One of the factors that can enhance employee&#8230; ee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects

Abstract: The Effect of Investment and Minimum Wage on Employment of Small Industry in Gowa Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of investment and minimum wages on the absorption of small industrial workers in Gowa Regency&#8230; ency in the 2016-2020 period. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data obtained in ready-made form from the Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS) during 2016-2020. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that investment has a positive and significant effect on employment in the industrial sector and the minimum wage has a positive and insignificant effect on employment.

The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Employee Turnover Intention in Companies PT Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were&#8230; re 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Analysis of The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an endeavor to enhance individual and group employee performance, specific&#8230; cific standards of responsibility have been instituted for each individual in the execution of their duties. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction
