Peningkatan Kesadaran Dan Kemandirian Masyarakat Dalam Pengendalian Penyakit Degeneratif Di Kecamatan Sawangan

Abstract: Abstract: Mranggen Hamlet is a hamlet located in Wangunsari Village, Sawangan District, Magelang Regency. The majority of the population in this village are elderly and elderly who have health problems in the form of degenerative… enerative diseases, some of which have experienced complications. In this hamlet, posbindu has only been established and has only been routinely active for the last 1 month. It is hoped that with community service activities, public awareness related to a healthy lifestyle and prevention of worsening of degenerative diseases will improve. The program carried out in this service activity is the strengthening of posbindu and increasing understanding of the community regarding degenerative diseases, their prevention, maintenance and complications that can be experienced by these diseases and efforts to minimize complications with a healthy lifestyle. This activity was carried out by means of counseling to small groups of people consisting of housewives and posbindu administrators. The counseling target takes a target that plays a very important role in the community, namely housewives and posbindu officers. It is hoped that the increased knowledge and understanding of degenerative diseases on both sides will make it easier to realize behavioral changes in the future. The results of the counseling that we carried out received very good enthusiasm from the residents and increased understanding from the community.             Keywords: degenerative disease; elderly; posbindu   Abstrak: Dusun Mranggen merupakan dusun yang berada Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Sawangan Kabupaten Magelang. Mayoritas penduduk di desa ini adalah lansia dan pralansia yang memiliki permasalahan kesehatan berupa penyakit degeneratif yang beberapa telah     mengalami komplikasi. Di Dusun ini baru dibentuk posbindu dan baru aktif secara rutin 1 bulan terakhir. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  kesadaran masyarakat terkait pola hidup yang sehat dan pencegahan terjadinya perburukan dari penyakit degeneratif membaik. Program yang dijalankan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penguatan posbindu serta peningkatan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait penyakit degeneratif, pencegahannya, pemeliharaan serta komplikasi yang bisa dialami oleh penyakit tersebut dan upaya memini-malkan komplikasi dengan pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan kepada kelompok-kelompok kecil masyarakat yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga dan pengurus posbindu. Target penyuluhan mengambil sasaran yang berperan sangat penting dalam masyarakat yaitu ibu rumah tanggga dan petugas posbindu. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penyakit degeneratif di kedua pihak akan mempermudah dalam mewujudkan perubahan perilaku kedepannya. Hasil dari penyuluhan yang  kami laksanakan mendapatkan antusiasme warga yang sangat baik dan peningkatan pemahaman dari masyarakat. Kata kunci: lansia; penyakit degeneratif; posbindu

Sosialisasi Ilmu Statistik dalam Penelitian Bagi Mahasiswa Di Kota Palembang

Although there are types of research that do not require the dominant role of statistics (qualitative research), but to be able to produce conclusions… sions that can be generalized to a wider population, statistics is needed. Such research is quantitative research with a positivistic paradigm, ie a phenomenon is real if it can be seen, measured, and classified. The application of statistical science which is generally needed by students in writing research such as theses and theses, will have a positive impact, especially in improving the quality of the research. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to conduct socialization to students. The socialization was carried out to several students from both state universities and private universities in the city of Palembang. The socialization was done by introducing and giving tutorials on how to use statistical applications such as SPSS and Eviews, because several lecturers at several universities in Palembang complained about the poor quality of research and some said that their students did not really understand how to use SPSS and Eviews. The first result of this service is that students' understanding of SPSS and Eviews can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, second, namely the ability of students to apply the use of SPSS and Eviews in research. Meskipun ada jenis penelitian yang tidak membutuhkan peranan statistika yang dominan (penelitian kualitatif), namun untuk dapat menghasilkan kesimpulan yang dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas diperlukan ilmu statistika. Penelitian yang demikian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan paradigma yang positivistik, yakni suatu gejala itu adalah nyata jika bisa dilihat, diukur, dan diklasifikasikan. Penerapan ilmu statistik yang umumnya dibutuhkan mahasiswa dalam penulisan penelitian seperti skripsi dan tesis, akan berdampak positif terutama dalam meningkatan kualitas penelitian tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka perlu diadakan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada beberapa mahasiswa baik dari perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan cara mengenalkan dan memberikan tutorial bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi statistic seperti, SPSS dan Eviews, karena beberapa dosen di beberapa universitas di Palembang mengeluhkan buruknya kualitas penelitian dan ada juga yang mengatakan bahwa mahasiswa mereka tidak begitu mengerti cara penggunaan SPSS dan Eviews. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yang pertama adalah pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai SPSS dan Eviews dapat dilihat dari diskusi dan tanya jawab, kedua yaitu kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menerapkan penggunaan SPSS dan Eviews dalam penelitian. PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN JIWA MELALUI PERAN KADER MENUJU KELURAHAN SIAGA SEHAT JIWA

Abstract: Abstract: The problem of disability is now a global health problem. As a result of disability, problems affect the productivity and quality of health of individuals and the community. Persons with disabilities are not just… st people who have physical disabilities. People with mental disorders (ODGJ) are included in a group of people with disabilities. The stigma of Indonesian society that is still very strong regarding ODGJ is not as strong as that of other people with disabilities. This should not be allowed because it will result in a violation of dignity and value. The purpose of this activity is to establish and optimize the role of Mental Health Cadres (KKJ) in the community who are trained in the early detection of mental disorders in the community. This activity was carried out in the Magelang village in the Central Magelang subdistrict, Magelang city. With a population of 6,441 people, most of the community work in the Magelang village is working in the field of community services, government & individuals. In the 2019 Magelang sub-district has 18 patients with mental disorders. The results of the activities of the formation of mental health cadres (KKJ) in the community trained as many as 15 active cadres and are able to conduct early detection of mental disorders in the community so that the number of ODGJ of Magelang village is known to be 34 people and there are 2 people at risk of mental disorders. After knowing the number of ODGJ cadres implementing to the community one of them by providing psychological knowledge for families and communities. Akibat adanya masalah disabilitas mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kualitas kesehatan perseorangan maupun masyarakat. Penyandang disabilitas bukan hanya orang yang mengalami kecacatan fisik saja. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) termasuk dalam golongan penyandang disabilitas. Stigma masyarakat Indonesia yang masih sangat kuat mengenai ODGJ tidak sekuat pada penyandang disabilitas lainnya. Hal ini tidak boleh dibiarkan karena akan mengakibatkan pelanggaran martabat dan nilai. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membentuk dan mengoptimalkan peran Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih dalam melakukan deteksi dini kasus gangguan jiwa di masyarakat. kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan kepada kader  serta membantu para kader yang telah melakukan pelatihan tentang kesehatan jiwa. Dalam melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat dan pemetaan rumah penyandang disabilitas. Hasil kegiatan terbentuknya Kader Kesehatan Jiwa (KKJ) di masyarakat yang terlatih sebanyak 15 kader aktif dan mampu melakukan deteksi dini gangguan jiwa dimasyarakat sehingga diketahui jumlah ODGJ kelurahan magelang sebanyak 34 orang dan resiko gangguan jiwa ada 2 orang. Setelah diketahuinya jumlah ODGJ kader melakukan implementasi ke masyarakat salah satunya dengan cara memberikan pengetahuan psikologis bagi keluarga dan masyarakat. PEMANFAATAN E-COMMERCE BAGI GENERASI MILENIAL

The millennial generation is a generation of young people today who are currently in the age range of 15-34 years. This generation is the biggest consumer in utilizing the internet in many ways, such as social media and e-commerce. The method used in this service is a simulation using one e-commerce application, namely Shopee. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to utilize e-commerce, especially for millennials so that they can use it in positive terms. The result of this activity was the implementation of Community Service activities attended by 30 students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai.   Keywords: e-commerce; millennial generation     Abstrak: Pertumbuhan pasar e-commerce di Indonesia sangat tinggi dan merupakan salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Sebagai negara yang penduduknya didominasi oleh ekonomi tingkat menengah, e-commerce sangat disambut positif bagi penduduk Indonesia, terutama generasi milenial. Generasi milenial merupakan generarasi muda masa kini yang saat ini berusia dalam rentang usia15-34 tahun. Generasi ini merupakan konsumen terbesar dalam memanfaatkan internet dalam banyak hal, seperti sosial media maupun e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah simulasi menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce, yaitu Shopee. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce terutama bagi generasi milenial sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya dalam hal positif. Hasil kegiatan ini ialah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai sebanyak 30 orang.   Kata kunci: e-commerce; generasi milenial

EFFICIENTNET MODEL FOR BONE AGE PREDICTION

Abstract: Abstract: Accurate bone age estimation is essential for monitoring pediatric growth, diagnosing endocrine disorders, and supporting clinical decision-making. Although deep learning has improved prediction accuracy, limited… ed studies have systematically examined how increasing model depth affects performance and reliability. This study evaluates the effectiveness of progressively deeper convolutional neural networks, specifically EfficientNet variants B0 to B5, for bone age estimation from hand radiographs. Experiments were conducted using 12,611 hand X-ray images from the RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge dataset on Kaggle. To ensure fair comparison, all models were trained using a unified and consistent training pipeline. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show a consistent improvement in prediction accuracy as model depth increases. Among the evaluated models, EfficientNet-B5 achieved the best performance, with an MAE of 21.5 months, MAPE of 6.23%, CCC of 0.9148, and Pearson’s r of 0.9203. These findings confirm that model scaling plays a critical role in enhancing prediction robustness and clinical reliability. Future work should emphasize external validation across diverse populations and incorporate interpretability techniques, such as Grad-CAM, to improve clinical transparency and trust.             Keywords: bone age prediction; deep learning; model evaluation; clinical validation     Abstrak: Estimasi usia tulang yang akurat sangat penting untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak, mendiagnosis gangguan endokrin, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis. Meskipun pembelajaran mendalam telah meningkatkan akurasi prediksi, studi yang secara sistematis meneliti bagaimana peningkatan kedalaman model memengaruhi kinerja dan keandalan masih terbatas. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas jaringan saraf konvolusional yang semakin dalam, khususnya varian EfficientNet B0 hingga B5, untuk estimasi usia tulang dari radiografi tangan. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan 12.611 gambar sinar-X tangan dari dataset RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge di Kaggle. Untuk memastikan perbandingan yang adil, semua model dilatih menggunakan alur pelatihan yang terpadu dan konsisten. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), dan koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam akurasi prediksi seiring dengan peningkatan kedalaman model. Di antara model yang dievaluasi, EfficientNet-B5 mencapai kinerja terbaik, dengan MAE sebesar 21,5 bulan, MAPE sebesar 6,23%, CCC sebesar 0,9148, dan Pearson’s r sebesar 0,9203. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penskalaan model memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan optimasi prediksi dan keandalan klinis. USE OF TASK-CENTERED SYSTEM DESIGN IN THE INTERFACE DESIGN OF THE POPULATION DEMOGRAPHIC DATA INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid development of information and communication technology has prompted the government to provide digital-based services, including in the management of demographic data. This study aims to apply the Task-Centered… k-Centered System Design (TCSD) method in designing the Muara Enim Regency Demographic Data Information System. The TCSD method was chosen to ensure that the prototype design process was systematic and focused on user needs and tasks. The research stages included identification, user-centered needs analysis, scenario-based design, and walkthrough evaluation. The designed prototype supports several main tasks, including viewing demographic statistics, searching for specific data, submitting data download requests, and contacting the admin. The evaluation was conducted through online usability testing using the Maze platform with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving 13 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the “good” category. This confirms that the interface design has met usability standards, is user-friendly, and is capable of supporting user needs in accessing and managing demographic data. Thus, the application of the TCSD method has proven to be effective in producing an interface design that is focused on user tasks and can be the basis for further system development. FORECASTING POPULATION GROWTH IN TANJUNG TIRAM USING LEAST SQUARE METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid population growth in Tanjung Tiram District, primarily driven by increased in-migration, demands an accurate forecasting system to support effective and sustainable development planning. This study aims… ms to predict population growth in Tanjung Tiram District in 2024 using the Least Square method. The analysis covers birth, arrival, and migration data from 2019 to 2023. The results show that the Least Square method successfully predicts 936 births, 104 arrivals, and 142 migrations in 2024, with a very low error rate: MAPE for births is 0.01%, arrivals 0.12%, and migrations 0.04%. These research demonstrate that the Least Square method can effectively support data-driven development policies and improve the accuracy of public service distribution planning.          Keywords: forecasting; least square method; population growth; tanjung tiram.    Abstrak: Pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat di Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram, terutama akibat peningkatan migrasi masuk, menuntut adanya sistem prediksi yang akurat untuk mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi pertumbuhan penduduk di Kecamatan Tanjung Tiram pada tahun 2024 menggunakan pendekatan metode Least Square. Data yang dianalisis mencakup jumlah kelahiran, kedatangan, dan perpindahan penduduk dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Least Square mampu memprediksi jumlah kelahiran sebesar 936 jiwa, kedatangan 104 jiwa, dan perpindahan 142 jiwa pada tahun 2024, dengan tingkat kesalahan yang sangat rendah: MAPE untuk kelahiran sebesar 0,01%, kedatangan 0,12%, dan perpindahan 0,04%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode Least Square dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung penyusunan kebijakan pembangunan yang berbasis data dan memperkuat akurasi distribusi layanan publik. MICROCONTROLLER IMPLEMENTATION ON ULTRASONIC SENSOR BASED AUTOMATIC TRASH CAN SYSTEM

The research uses experimental method with hardware and software development stages including system design, component integration, and testing. The developed system integrates HCSR-04 sensors for waste volume detection, infrared sensors for object presence detection, and servo motors for automatic opening-closing mechanism. Test results show that the system successfully detects waste levels with high accuracy and operates the opening-closing mechanism effectively. ESTIMATION OF JAVA GRDP IN REGENCY/CITY LEVEL: SATELLITE IMAGERY AND MACHINE LEARNING APPROACHES

Abstract: Abstract: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the most important socio-economic indicators. In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the current economic situation and regional differences, estimating… imating GRDP using integration of satellite imagery and official statistics data can provide valuable information. This research estimates the GRDP value in 2022 by using data in 2019 to 2021 related to two aspects, agriculture and non-agriculture. Soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI), enhanced vegetation index (EVI), and land cover (LC) used as agriculture aspect, while nighttime light (NTL), human settlement index (HSI), land area, and population per regency/city used as non-agriculture aspect. GRDP estimation are produced with machine learning approach using support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF) method. Correlation test on each variable shows only land area that does not have a significant correlation with GRDP. RF model then chosen as the best model with RMSE, MSE, MAE, and R2 value of 0.2549; 0.5049; 0.7727; and 0.2543, respectively. The estimated values acquired in several regencies/cities have rather near, some even very close to the official statistics values.   Keywords: GRDP; satellite imagery; machine learning; random forest; support vector machine       Abstrak: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) merupakan salah satu indikator sosio-ekonomi yang penting. Penghitungan nilai PDRB dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan kombinasi data citra satelit dan statistik resmi dapat memberikan informasi serta pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini melakukan estimasi nilai PDRB pada tahun 2022 menggunakan data tahun 2019 hingga 2021 dengan melibatkan dua aspek, agrikultur dan non-agrikultur. Data soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI), enhanced vegetation index (EVI), dan tutupan lahan (land cover/LC) digunakan sebagai aspek agrikultur, sementara data citra cahaya malam (NTL), human settlement indeks (HSI), luas wilayah kabupaten/kota, dan jumlah populasi per kabupaten/kota digunakan sebagai aspek non-agrikultur. Estimasi PDRB dihasilkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan machine learning berupa support vector machine (SVM) dan random forest (RF). Pengecekan korelasi antarvariabel menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel luas wilayah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai PDRB. Model random forest kemudian dipilih sebagai model terbaik dengan nilai evaluasi RMSE, MSE, MAE, dan  berturut-turut sebesar 0.2549, 0.5049, 0.7727, dan 0.2543. Nilai estimasi yang diperoleh di beberapa kabupaten/kota cukup mendekati, bahkan ada yang sangat dekat dengan nilai statistik resmi.   Kata kunci: PDRB; citra satelit; machine learning; random forest; support vector machine

BACKPROPAGATION ANALYSIS IN SELECTING THE BEST ARCHITECTURE TO PREDICTION THE NUMBER OF POPULATION OF SIANTAR MARTOBA

The negative impact of uncontrolled population growth will cause social inequality and poverty and affect the progress and prosperity of the region. Judging… from the number of residents registered with the Population and Civil Registration Service, Siantar Martoba District has a fairly high population growth rate, so it is necessary to predict the future population. In making a prediction, a good method is needed to solve a problem. In this research, a backpropagation algorithm was used using five architectures, namely architecture 4-71-1, 4-31-1, 4-16-1, 4-72-1, 4-83-1. From the results of tests carried out using data on the population of Siantar Martoba, the best architecture was obtained, namely architecture 4-31-1 with a mean squared error for training of 0.00009960 and a mean squared error for testing of 0.000099957 and obtained an epoch of 14012 iterations with a time of 01 minutes 40 seconds. It was concluded that this method can predict the population of Siantar Martoba in the future using Matlab R2011a, thus obtaining a population of Siantar Martoba of 36470 people.             Keywords: architecture; backpropagation; pematangsiantar; population; welfare     Abstrak: Pada dasarnya, wilayah ini mengalami pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya. Dampak negatif pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali akan menyebabkan kesenjangan sosial dan kemiskinan dan mempengaruhi kemajuan, kesejahteraan daerah tersebut. Dilihat dari jumlah penduduk yang terdaftar pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kecamatan siantar martoba mempunyai laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan prediksi jumlah penduduk masa depan. Dalam melakukan sebuah prediksi dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang baik dalam menyelesaikan sebuah permasalahan, dalam penelitian ini digunakan algoritma backpropagation dengan menggunakan lima arsitektur yaitu arsitektur 4-71-1, 4-31-1, 4-16-1, 4-72-1, 4-83-1. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan data jumlah penduduk siantar martoba diperoleh arsitektur terbaik yaitu arsitektur 4-31-1 dengan nilai mean squared error pelatihan 0.00009960 dan mean squared error pengujian 0.000099957 dan memperoleh epoch 14012 iterations dengan waktu 01 menit 40 detik. Disimpulkan bahwa metode ini dapat memprediksi jumlah penduduk Siantar Martoba di masa depan dengan menggunakan Matlab R2011a, sehingga memperoleh jumlah penduduk siantar martoba sebanyak 36470 Jiwa.   Kata kunci: arsitektur; backpropagation; pematangsiantar; kependudukan; kesejahteraan
