ecognizing these characters. The research objective is to overcome traditional character recognition barriers and improve accuracy. The method employed includes building a CNN model with the ResNet-18 architecture and using diverse datasets. The results show a training accuracy of 100%, validation accuracy of 98.01%, and accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score each at 100%. This study concludes that the developed model successfully achieves a high level of accuracy and contributes positively to the development of Javanese Hanacaraka character recognition technology.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan melatih komputer untuk mengenali huruf aksara Jawa Hanacaraka. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap penggunaan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dalam pengenalan karakter tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi hambatan pengenalan karakter tradisional dan meningkatkan akurasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembuatan model CNN dengan arsitektur ResNet-18 dan penggunaan dataset yang beragam. Hasilnya menunjukkan akurasi pelatihan 100%, validasi 98.01%, dan akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score masing-masing sebesar 100%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model yang dikembangkan berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi positif pada pengembangan teknologi pengenalan karakter Hanacaraka Jawa.

Developing this web-based application uses the HTML and PHP programming language with the Laravel framework which easy to apply at this time and in the long run. Creating a Dechefdefinzs landing page and website hopefuly can expand and spread widely its products in the society, such as traditional cakes, cake pans, bakery, rice menus and cookies. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. The design of the E-Grocery system significantly provides several operational advantages such as making data processing easier to trace and building personal relationships with customers and couriers so that they become closer. This is the company's competitiveness in selling their daily needs. This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. With the e-grocery application, sales have been digitized to facilitate the distribution of daily goods to busy working people.

Abstrak : Sejak Virus Covid-19 melanda telah terjadi penurunan mobilitas masyarakat di pasar tradisional Kota Batam, banyak yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (Phk). Kota Batam sendiri, khususnya daerah Tiban, mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah pekerja, dengan kesibukan dari pagi sampai sore bahkan tak jarang hingga malam hari, membuat masyarakat memiliki sedikit waktu untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari – hari ke pasar. Saat ini, E-grocery mulai banyak bermunculan memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-sehari secara online. E-grocery menyediakan berbagai macam pelayanan, layanan pesan antar, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi kepada pengguna. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery secara signifikan memberikan sejumlah kelebihan operasional seperti pemrosesan data menjadi lebih mudah ditelusuri, dapat membangun hubungan personal dengan pelanggan dan kurir sehingga menjadi lebih dekat. Hal ini merupakan daya saing perusahaan dalam menjual kebutuhan sehari – hari mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberi kemanfaatan kepada masyarakat, penjual dan kurir untuk mempermudah dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari - hari seperti buah - buahan, sayur mayur, serta kebutuhan lainnya, juga membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran masyarakat dengan menjadi kurir pengantaran pesanan. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery menggunakan metode agile, dengan bahasa pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi E-grocery yang merupakan Aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi para peternak konvensional khusunya peternak di Desa Kota Pari, yaitu kendala dalam melakukan promosi diluar daerah baik luar Desa maupun luar provinsi. Pada proses jual beli konvensional peran serta tengkulak juga berpengaruh, sehingga mengakibatkan harga ternak menjadi murah untuk peternak dan menjadi sangat mahal untuk pembeli. Kondisi ternak juga menjadi menurun dikarekan setres dan makannya tidak terjaga pada saat dipasarkan di pasar ternak tradisional. Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. The problem experienced by independent local breeders is the selection of the best cattle breeds The process of selecting cattle breeds conducted so far by farmers is still manual and traditional. They did this because of the lack of qualified knowledge to choose the best beef breed based on certain criteria and which alternative cow options are suitable for beef cattle. So that the process of enlarging cattle breeds becomes shorter in time with maximum results. The technology used is using the MOORA and WASPAS methods as a comparison in determining the best beef cattle breeds. The method is expected to produce a comparison so that the results obtained from a more accurate method in selecting the best beef breeders in order to advance the local independent livestock business in particular and become self-sufficient beef in general.

Abstrak: Kebutuhan akan pemenuhan kuantitas dan kualitas daging sapi di indonesi sangat masih kurang dari persedian sapi yang ada di Indonesia, untuk tahun 2020 ini sendiri kebutuhan akan daging sapi di Indonesia sekitar 700.000 ton sementara persedian dalam negeri hanya mencapai 400.000 ton, dari itu Indonesia masih kurang 300.000 ton lagi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencukupi kebutuhan daging sapi tersebut diperlukan tambahan suplai daging sapi dengan melakukan impor daging sapi dari luar negeri baik berupa daging olahan maupun bakalan calon bibit sapi. Masalah yang dialami oleh para peternak lokal mandiri yaitu pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik Proses pemilihan bibit sapi yang dilakukan selama ini oleh peternak masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit sapi terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif sapi mana yang cocok untuk dijadikan sapi potong. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembesaran bibit sapi menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode MOORA dan WASPAS sebagai pembanding dalam menetukan bibit sapi potong terbaik. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan perbandingan sehingga didapat hasil dari metode yang lebih akurat dalam pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik demi memajukan usaha peternakan mandiri lokal secara khusus dan menjadi swasembada daging sapi secara umum.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Abstrak: Penggunaan masih cara yang tradisional dengan mencoba bibit jagung yang di tanam oleh para petani di Tanjungbalai di Kabupaten Asahan. Petani akan memilih bibit jagung yang waktu tanamnya cepat, namun akan memiliki menghasilkan yang kurang baik pada ukuran buah mengakibatkan hasil produksi menjadi kurang memuaskan. Akibatnya timbul suatu masalah yang akan terjadi dengan tidak adanya penentuan sejumlah kriteria yang bisa mendapatkan bibit jagung yang berkualitas. Para petani kurang paham dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam mendapatkan bibit jagung yang bagus. Hal ini diperlukan penggunaan sistem yang mampu menjawab dan memberikan solusi dalam pemilihan bibit jagung menggunakan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif bibit jagung unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan metode AHP dengan perbandingan kriteria dan alternatif pada pemilihan bibit jagung yang unggul dalam menghasilkan sebuah alternatif yang terbaik.

This will obviously affect the quality of cattle which results in expensive maintenance costs, less than optimal production yields and even death of cows. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study of the application of technology in the selection of the best beef cattle to increase livestock yield, especially for local independent breeders. The technology used is a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method. Through a combination of methods, researchers analyzed each criterion and alternative related to the selection of the best beef cattle. AHP method was chosen because it has the ability to analyze more consistent criteria. While the selection of the MFEP method is due to having the ability to analyze alternatives based on existing criteria in a simple and accurate way. The results of the AHP and MFEP analysis method are AHP analysis to assist in determining the priority factors of beef cattle seedlings and applied to the MFEP method which produces the highest alternative A6 with a value of 0.508. This research is expected to become a new foundation for farmers in knowing the criteria and alternatives in determining the best type of beef cattle.

In this era of globalization, nasi tutug oncom faces both challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, this dish can become an Indonesian culinary icon that can be recognized worldwide.
