ering berfokus pada penerapan rumus dan prosedur perhitungan sehingga siswa kurang memperoleh pemahaman terhadap makna konseptual dari setiap bentuk geometri. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah etnomatematika, yaitu pendekatan yang memanfaatkan unsur budaya sebagai konteks dalam menjelaskan konsep matematika formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis konseptual terhadap pembelajaran geometri bangun datar melalui pendekatan etnomatematika di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah nasional yang relevan dengan tema kajian. Analisis difokuskan pada landasan teoretis, bentuk implementasi pembelajaran berbasis budaya, serta tantangan yang muncul dalam penerapannya. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa berbagai artefak budaya, seperti struktur bangunan tradisional, kerajinan anyaman, motif tekstil daerah, dan permainan tradisional, memiliki keterkaitan dengan konsep bangun datar dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana untuk memperdalam pemahaman konseptual siswa. Meskipun demikian, keberhasilan penerapan pendekatan ini bergantung pada kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sistematis dan kontekstual.

All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.

SMA Mulia Pratama Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population is Class X MIPA semester 1 SMA Mulia Pratama Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The research pattern was taken from general sampling, which consists of training, namely the experimental class of 30 students carrying out the STAD version of learning assisted by Canva, and the control class of 30 students carrying out the Direct education (DI) model. Research notes were obtained using a tool in the form of an essay test which includes 10 questions that have been tested beforehand to see the validity of the questions, reliability, stages of the questions and discriminating power. Based on the results of the study for the experimental class, received an average pretest of 50.50 with a trendy deviation of 9.45 and an average post-test rating of 85.07 with a desired deviation of 6.06. For the splendor of manipulation, the average pretest value became 49.57 with a standard deviation of 9.18 and the average posttest value became 79.89 with a popular deviation of 5.48. both trainings have been declared generally disbursed (obtained L0 Fcount statistical test (two-tailed t test) for α = 0.05 and dk 58 obtained tcount < ttable, especially 0.418 < 2.002, this shows that the initial abilities in both classes are the same. Then the two classes were given different treatments and at the end of the learning a post-test was given. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. imary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Services Office. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing operated by SPSS ver 23 software. Partial testing of the effect of Rewards on Employee Performance obtained a t-count value of 3,243 > t- table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.002 <0.04 it can be concluded that it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test results of the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, the t-count value is 5,921 > t-table 2,005 and has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Punishment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test count 56,161 > F table 3.17 and have a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and One-Stop City Integrated Services Medan. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.663 or 66.3%, which means that employee performance is influenced by reward and punishment while the remaining 33.7% can be explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. So it can be concluded that Reward and Punishment have a positive influence or jointly on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at the Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) . This research used the methods of validity testing of research instruments, reliability testing of research instruments, classical assumption testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing. Linear regression equation Y = 7, 429 + 7 74 X. The results of the t-test of Organizational Communication Climate (X) with the calculated t-value of the Organizational Climate variable is 1 8.378 and the t- table value is 1.70814 , so the calculated t-value > t -table (1 8.378 > 1.70814 ) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . The results of the R- square coefficient of determination are 932. This shows the understanding that the increase in the Performance of Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Employees is influenced by 93.2% by the Organizational Communication Climate while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study such as personal factors, situational factors, leadership style and compensation.

This study aims to describe the form of leadership communication strategies, employee work motivation, and at the same time determine the effect of leadership communication strategies in increasing employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and type of research through interviews and observations of informants to obtain research data. The results of the study indicate that the leadership communication strategy of the Cultural Office still needs to be improved in the area of clarity and even distribution of organizational messages that should be adjusted to its main duties and functions. Furthermore, it was found that intrinsic motivational factors, such as recognition, were the dominant factor in driving work motivation. Finally, it was found that the leadership communication strategy implemented influenced the increase or decrease in employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan kosong (pekarangan rumah) menjadi lahan produktif di Kelurahan Umban Sari, Kecamatan Rumbai, Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan perspektif Community Empowerment. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Informan A(54 tahun), warga yang aktif memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah menjadi lahan produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan telah memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga, pengurangan pengeluaran rumah tangga, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, dan penguatan hubungan sosial masyarakat. Namun demikian, masih terdapat berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan budidaya, minimnya akses terhadap sarana produksi, serta kurangnya pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan analisis lima dimensi Community Empowerment yang meliputi enabling, empowering, protecting, supporting, dan maintaining, optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan kosong telah berjalan cukup baik meskipun masih memerlukan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat agar dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan.

Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses pengumpulan, pengelompokan, dan analisis berbagai temuan dari studi-studi sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM, khususnya dalam hal pengetahuan kewirausahaan, keterampilan pemasaran digital, manajemen bisnis, dan pengembangan produk. Studi sebelumnya juga menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pelaksanaan program dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi program, ketersediaan sumber daya, komitmen pelaksana, dan keberlanjutan pendampingan bisnis. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ada, seperti rendahnya literasi digital beberapa pelaku UMKM, keterbatasan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan, dan dampak program yang tidak merata di antara semua peserta. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi dan penguatan program secara berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan kewirausahaan dapat dilaksanakan secara lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM.
