, especially among novice researchers, which is indicated by the use of quantitative methods that are not optimal in student theses due to lack of mastery of methodology and statistics, marked by inconsistencies in variable logic, lack of theoretical basis, data bias, sampling technique errors, to inaccuracy in testing the validity of instruments and statistical analysis. Through a systematic and comprehensive literature review, this article aims to present a complete picture of the “roadmap” of quantitative research, including the essence, principles, key stages (starting from problem formulation, sample determination, instrument development, data collection, to analysis and interpretation of results), and its various types, rooted in the positivist paradigm that emphasizes objectivity and hypothesis testing. Although quantitative research offers significant advantages such as time efficiency and generalizability, challenges such as difficulty in data collection and lack of in-depth analysis also need to be overcome, so improving methodological and statistical training is crucial to producing valid, accountable scientific work that contributes significantly to the development of science.

parents. This hadith conveys a profound message about the importance of child education as a spiritual investment. This article aims to examine the urgency of children’s education from the perspective of this hadith by exploring the spiritual and social significance of having a righteous child as a continuous source of reward. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, drawing on collections of hadith, classical Islamic literature (turas) such as the works of Imam al-Ghazali, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and Imam Nawawī, as well as contemporary references from nationally accredited journals. The findings indicate that educating children possesses a transcendental dimension, making it a form of ongoing charity for parents—especially when the child grows to be righteous and contributes positively to society. This research recommends that the concept of child education should not be viewed solely from a worldly perspective but should also be instilled as part of eschatological awareness within the Islamic education system.

Decision Number 102/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Tbk stated that the means of transporting the MT Yosoa ship were confiscated for the state and in Decision Number 27/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Tbk, the judge ruled that the Tanjung Balai Karimun District Prosecutor's Office Cq. Public Prosecutor had committed an unlawful act. The purpose of the research is to analyze the judge's consideration of the lawsuit for unlawful acts, and the extent of Decision Number 27/PDT. G/2019/PN. Tbk influences the legal interpretation of unlawful acts, as well as the ownership status of MT YOSOA ships that have been decided to be confiscated by the state. This research is a normative juridical research. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the judge's decision has weaknesses in legal considerations which results in legal uncertainty and injustice for the parties. In addition, there are inconsistencies in assessing the evidence of ship ownership and elements of unlawful acts, this decision also shows weaknesses in determining liability, due to the lack of parties involved in the lawsuit. It is recommended that the judge be more careful in considering all aspects of the law and exploring the material truth thoroughly. All interested parties must be involved in the lawsuit so that accountability can be clearly established.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Following the training, a post-test was conducted to measure the improvement in teachers' understanding through the use of the chatbot application. The post-test score reached 2,520, with an average post-test score of 84.00, reflecting an increase of 30 points. This significant improvement highlighted the teachers' enhanced understanding and skills in using AI to create more dynamic, student-centered learning environments. Teachers expressed greater confidence in exploring innovative teaching methods that boost student motivation and participation. It is hoped that this training model can be adapted to other educational settings to support the sustainable integration of technology.

Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) ke dalam praktik pengajaran bahasa Inggris. Pelatihan dimulai dengan survei penilaian kebutuhan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi sesi pelatihan interaktif, demonstrasi aplikasi berbasis AI seperti chatbot pembelajaran, dan pendampingan langsung dalam merancang rencana pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Hasil lokakarya menunjukkan bahwa skor pre-test mencapai 1.795, dengan skor rata-rata 59,83. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman guru melalui penggunaan aplikasi chatbot. Skor post-test mencapai 2.520, dengan skor rata-rata post-test 84,00, yang mencerminkan peningkatan sebesar 30 poin. Peningkatan yang signifikan ini menyoroti peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan AI untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan berpusat pada siswa, dan para guru menyatakan kepercayaan diri yang lebih besar dalam mengeksplorasi metode pengajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa. Diharapkan model pelatihan ini dapat diadaptasi ke lingkungan pendidikan lainnya untuk mendukung integrasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan.
