In the research This the method used is approach qualitative descriptive with type studies library , relying on secondary data from literature academic , documents law , and reports institution independent . The results of the study show that inequality enforcement law due to low integrity institution justice , intervention power , and social bias to group vulnerable . The phenomenon of dualism of law causes law lost universal and changing nature become tool discriminatory power . Therefore​ that , Citizenship Education own position strategic in to plant mark justice , awareness law , and bias towards groups marginal , in order to create a more society fair and democratic .  

HADITHS ON CHARACTER EDUCATION: THEMATIC AND CONTEXTUAL ANALYSIS

Abstract: Character education is a fundamental aspect of shaping individuals with noble character. In Islam, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ contain numerous character values that serve as life guidelines, such as honesty, trustworthiness,… stworthiness, patience, justice, and compassion. This article aims to examine the hadiths related to character education using thematic and contextual approaches. Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.

STERILIZATION IN SUNNAH CUPPING: INTEGRATING ISLAMIC ETHICS AND MODERN MEDICAL STANDARDS

Abstract: Sunnah cupping (hijamah) is a therapeutic practice rooted in Islamic tradition and widely acknowledged for its health benefits. However, improper sterilization of cupping instruments poses a significant risk of blood-borne… ne infections such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV. This study aims to explore the importance of equipment sterilization in sunnah cupping using a literature review approach. The method involves systematic thematic analysis of publications from 2010–2025 covering medical science, Islamic bioethics, and traditional health practices. Findings reveal that proper sterilization is crucial to preventing cross-contamination, and it aligns with Islamic ethical imperatives based on la darar wa la dirar and hifzh al-nafs. The discussion emphasizes the integration of Islamic values with modern medical standards and calls for structured education, practitioner training, and regulatory oversight. In conclusion, sterilization in sunnah cupping is not merely a technical requirement but a moral and religious obligation to ensure patient safety and uphold the integrity of prophetic medicine in the modern healthcare system.

THE INFLUENCE OF FAMILY COMMUNICATION PATTERNS ON ADULT CHARACTER FORMATION: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY

Abstract: Family communication plays a fundamental role in shaping an individual's character, particularly in adulthood. This study examines the influence of family communication patterns on adult character formation through a bibliometric… liometric analysis. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric approach, this research explores key trends, theoretical frameworks, and scholarly discussions related to family communication and character development. The study highlights the significance of open, trust-based, and emotionally supportive communication in fostering essential adult traits such as responsibility, integrity, empathy, and adaptability. Findings suggest that families with high conversation orientation cultivate individuals with stronger social skills and problem-solving abilities, whereas rigid conformity-oriented communication may hinder independent decision-making. Additionally, digital communication emerges as a growing factor influencing family dynamics. By mapping research trends and analyzing citation patterns, this study provides valuable insights into the long-term impact of family communication on adulthood and offers recommendations for future research.

ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS IN MAINTAINING NOTARY INTEGRITY IN INDONESIA: A PERSPECTIVE OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract: This study aims to examine the role of professional ethics in maintaining the integrity of notaries in Indonesia, by adopting a theoretical and practical perspective. Notaries as public officials who have the authority to… o make authentic deeds play an important role in the legal system in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative descriptive. This study analyzes how professional ethics can function as a moral and legal guideline for notaries, and how the application of ethical principles can reduce the potential for violations that are detrimental to society and the state. The results of the study provide insight into the importance of ethics education for notaries, supervision from authorized institutions, and enforcement of codes of ethics in maintaining the integrity of the notary profession in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that strengthening professional ethics can improve the quality of notary services, while strengthening public trust in this profession.

ETHICS IN MEDIATION: THE ROLE OF ADVOCATES IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Abstract: Mediation is an alternative method of dispute resolution that is increasingly being used in the modern legal system. This process prioritizes dialogue between the disputing parties to reach an agreement without resorting… to litigation. In mediation, ethics plays an important role in maintaining fairness, confidentiality and professionalism, both by the mediator and by the advocates involved. Advocates have a strategic role in mediation, namely as legal advisors who provide direction to their clients, and ensure that the mediation process runs in accordance with existing ethical principles. Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

Abstract: Judges are members of the Catur Wangsa Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The integrity and accountability of a judge becomes an actor in determining public trust in the justice system. -moral and ethical values. The judge's… code of ethics has been compiled to guide the behavior and moral standards that must be adhered to by judges. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytic approach which aims to provide an in-depth understanding regarding the basic code of ethics for judges in maintaining judicial integrity and accountability. The main sources for this research come from related literature, including books, scientific journals and official documents which discuss judges' codes of ethics, integrity values and accountability principles in the judicial context. used in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The definition of a judge's code of ethics is a concrete expression of ethics, morality and religion. The judge's code of ethics is an important basis for maintaining integrity and responsibility. You must be able to face challenges and be balanced, taking full responsibility and responding to your challenges. Conscience, ethical values of society and SWT Allah SWT, and because being a judge is a profession, there is a need for a code of ethics or professional code.

Through the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy, this study explores how Islamic legal principles such as justice ('adalah), welfare (maslahah), and obedience to the law (ta'zim al-qanun) can strengthen the Indonesian legal system. This journal uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review approach to understand the role of Muslims in the context of law enforcement in Indonesia. The findings show that Muslims have a significant role in fighting for the values of justice and maintaining the integrity of the legal system based on Islamic spiritual, moral, and ethical foundations.

ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENCES IN PERCEPTIONS OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE LEGAL PRACTITIONERS

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the differences in perceptions of professional ethics between male and female legal practitioners in Indonesia. In the legal profession, professional ethics have a very important role to maintain… in integrity and public trust. However, factors such as gender are thought to influence the way legal practitioners perceive and apply these ethical principles. The research method used is Qualitative by using a literature-based approach. The data collected is analyzed using a quantitative approach to see if there is a significant difference between the perception of professional ethics between men and women. The results showed that there are differences in perspectives on several ethical issues, where women tend to emphasize the values of social justice and diversity, while men focus more on compliance with formal regulations. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into gender dynamics in the legal world and its contribution to the development of a more inclusive and equitable legal professional ethics.
