This study highlights several key aspects of Jesus leadership, including His character, spirituality, and service. Jesus character in leadership inspires exemplary traits of love, devotion, humility, and integrity, forming the foundation for effective and positively impactful leadership. Furthermore, spirituality of Jesus in leading is reflected in His steadfastness in prayer and in His understanding and teaching of Scripture. Jesus service as a leader demonstrates His commitment to selflessly serve with love and prioritize the needs of others over His own. Through a qualitative approach, this research takes the Evangelical Fellowship Church of Eliezer in a specific region as a case study to illustrate how the application of Jesus leadership principles can yield positive social transformation in a church context. The findings of this research provide significant implications for contemporary church leaders to emulate Jesus leadership in serving the people with love, leading by example, and preparing the next generation grounded in spiritual values and integrity.

review approach to explore the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership and how this concept influences the increase of spiritual perseverance in the context of leadership. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. ancial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan—OJK) as the institution authorized to regulate and supervise capital market activities. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing OJK's supervision of market manipulation practices, assess the effectiveness of its implementation, and identify the factors influencing the success of such supervision. This study employed a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that OJK's supervisory authority is supported by a strong legal framework under Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of supervision continues to face challenges arising from technological developments, the increasing complexity of market manipulation schemes, and limitations in supervisory capacity. This study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity, optimizing the use of technology, and enhancing inter-agency coordination are essential to improving investor protection and maintaining the integrity of the capital market. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the legal framework, supervisory effectiveness, and technology-based market manipulation challenges within a single analytical framework.

ving tradition of the Bali Aga community, which holds substantial economic and cultural value. This study aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of tourism based on cultural weaving products, strengthen the bargaining position of local artisans, and examine efforts to maintain a balance between economic benefits and cultural preservation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design and involved 150 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings reveal that experiential tourism increased average household income by 35% and enhanced women's participation by 42% through their involvement in production activities, training programs, tour guiding, and the management of creative enterprises. Traditional weaving products were successfully developed as the primary tourism attraction, generating greater economic value while preserving cultural integrity through the clear distinction between sacred and commercial products. The utilization of digital media further expanded market access and strengthened product competitiveness. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an integrative model that connects community empowerment, experiential tourism, cultural preservation, women’s empowerment, and digital cultural entrepreneurship as a sustainable strategy for cultural tourism development.

s Tobi, was found legally and convincingly guilty of committing aggravated theft as stipulated under Article 363 paragraph (1) point 4 of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP). The objective of this research is to analyze the application of criminal law in the aforementioned case, with a particular focus on two principal legal issues: (1) how law enforcement was implemented in the case in question, and (2) how the judicial decision aligns with the foundational legal principles of justice, legal certainty, and utility. The research employs a normative juridical method with a descriptive-analytical approach, and utilizes both the theory of law enforcement and the theory of criminal acts as the conceptual framework. The findings indicate that all elements of the criminal offense under Article 363 paragraph (1) point 4 of the Penal Code were fulfilled, and that the panel of judges duly considered both aggravating and mitigating factors in a balanced manner. Nonetheless, further analysis reveals that the Defendant’s role in the commission of the offense was more auxiliary in nature, thereby suggesting that the normative application of Article 55 of the Penal Code would have been more appropriate. This misapplication of legal provisions potentially gives rise to substantive injustice and opens the possibility for further legal remedies. The study concludes that although the formal procedures of law enforcement were conducted in accordance with prevailing legal standards, there exists a substantive deficiency in the identification of the perpetrator’s role, which adversely affects the overall fairness of the verdict. The novelty of this research lies in its critical analysis of the accuracy of judicial application of substantive criminal norms and the imperative of rigorous judicial reasoning in sentencing, aimed at reinforcing the integrity and consistency of the Indonesian criminal justice system.

weighting further complicates the process, making it less fair and less suited to field needs. To address this, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the TOPSIS method. The study focused on five sub-districts with the highest number of registered voters: Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, and Pulau Rakyat. Selection criteria included understanding of vision and mission, motivation, integrity, supervisory experience, knowledge of local wisdom, and communication and teamwork skills. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain candidate scores. The DSS processed the data objectively and produced rankings based on preference values. Results showed that Syahputra from Air Batu achieved the highest score (1000) and ranked first. System testing with the black box method confirmed all features functioned properly. This DSS improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, offering Bawaslu a reliable technological solution for selecting competent and high-integrity Panwaslu members.

Abstrak: Kurangnya transparansi dan objektivitas dalam seleksi anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur dalam menentukan kriteria serta bobot penilaian menyebabkan proses seleksi kurang adil dan sulit menyesuaikan kebutuhan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan pada lima kecamatan dengan jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) terbanyak, yaitu Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, dan Pulau Rakyat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi pemahaman visi-misi, motivasi, integritas, pengalaman pengawasan pemilu, pengetahuan kearifan lokal, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama. Data kandidat diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan peringkat secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Syahputra dari Kecamatan Air Batu memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 1000 dan ditetapkan sebagai kandidat terbaik. Pengujian dengan metode black box membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi seleksi, serta menjadi solusi teknologi bagi Bawaslu dalam menentukan anggota Panwaslu yang kompeten dan berintegritas.

This Community Service activity aims to enhance civil servants' understanding of the strategic position of Mental Revolution in bureaucratic reform through the lens of Public Value Governance. The method used is participatory advocacy through material presentation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Government Division, Inspectorate, and Organization and Management Division of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat. The results showed an increase in collective understanding among civil servants regarding the importance of behavioral transformation for substantive public services. The concrete output of this activity is the presentation of strategic recommendations containing proposals for the 2025-2030 Mental Revolution roadmap and the reorientation of training curricula based on local competencies. In conclusion, strengthening integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation through this approach serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce governance and increase public value in Jayapura City.

Abstrak: Indeks Reformasi Birokrasi (IRB) Kota Jayapura tahun 2024 yang berada pada kategori "CC" mencerminkan belum optimalnya manajemen ASN dan kualitas pelayanan publik, yang berakar pada lemahnya budaya kerja dan kapasitas organisasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ASN mengenai posisi strategis Revolusi Mental dalam reformasi birokrasi melalui lensa Public Value Governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah advokasi partisipatif melalui paparan materi dan diskusi terfokus (Focused Group Discussion) yang melibatkan Bagian Pemerintahan, Inspektorat, dan Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kota Jayapura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kolektif ASN mengenai pentingnya transformasi perilaku untuk pelayanan publik substantif. Output nyata kegiatan ini berupa paparan rekomendasi strategis terkait roadmap Revolusi Mental ASN 2025-2030 dan reorientasi kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong melalui pendekatan ini menjadi fondasi strategis untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan meningkatkan nilai publik di Kota Jayapura.

Karang Taruna as a youth organization has a strategic role in developing villages. Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.

ssion in this study aims to optimize the selection process for candidates for Student Council President at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method is used to normalize values, weight criteria, and calculate optimization values to produce the best alternative ranking. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the MOORA method is able to provide objective and transparent ranking results, where M. Asril Sitorus Pane obtained the highest score of 0.347 (Rank 1), followed by M. Rian with a score of 0.333 (Rank 2). The implementation of this system is expected to be able to provide recommendations for the best candidates regularly and accurately, so that it can support fairer and more accountable decision-making in the next Student Council President election.

Selain itu, melalui pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan proses seleksi calon Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA digunakan agar dapat melakukan normalisasi nilai, pembobotan kriteria serta perhitungan nilai optimasi guna menghasilkan peringkat alternatif terbaik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah serta dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu memberikan hasil peringkat yang objektif dan transparan, yang dimana M. Asril Sitorus Pane memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,347 (Peringkat 1), diikuti oleh M. Rian dengan nilai 0,333 (Peringkat 2). Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik secara sistematis dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adil dan akuntabel dalam pemilihan Ketua OSIS selanjutnya.
