binaan iman yang terstruktur, partisipatif, dan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan pemahaman Alkitab, kedisiplinan rohani, serta keterlibatan jemaat dalam pelayanan sosial. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, pendampingan rohani, dan praktik pelayanan nyata, yang dilaksanakan secara konsisten selama program PkM berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kehadiran jemaat, partisipasi aktif, dan penerapan nilai-nilai Kristiani dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jemaat mulai menginternalisasi firman Tuhan, memperkuat disiplin doa, membaca Alkitab secara rutin, serta menunjukkan kepedulian sosial melalui pelayanan kepada sesama. Evaluasi program mengungkap tantangan berupa keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan latar belakang pemahaman Alkitab, yang menuntut penyesuaian metode agar program lebih inklusif dan efektif. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan iman yang holistik, menggabungkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan praksis, terbukti mampu membentuk jemaat yang dewasa secara rohani, aktif dalam pelayanan, dan memperkuat komunitas gereja secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini memberikan dasar penting bagi gereja untuk merancang program pembinaan rohani berkelanjutan yang relevan, kontekstual, dan transformatif, sehingga pertumbuhan iman jemaat dapat terjadi secara nyata, mendalam, dan berkesinambungan.

nurunnya kedalaman spiritualitas umat Kristen, khususnya generasi muda, di tengah pengaruh globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi yang menggeser orientasi hidup ke arah individualisme dan hedonisme. Henricus Leven dipandang sebagai figur historis yang menampilkan spiritualitas holistik — berakar pada iman yang mendalam, diwujudkan dalam pelayanan sosial, dan berorientasi pada komunitas marginal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif serta inferensial (korelasi dan regresi sederhana). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi jemaat terhadap spiritualitas Leven berada pada kategori tinggi (M = 4,32) dengan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pemahaman spiritualitas dan relevansinya terhadap pelayanan gereja masa kini (r = 0,67; p < 0,01). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik pemahaman jemaat terhadap nilai iman dan pelayanan Leven, semakin tinggi pula apresiasi mereka terhadap penerapannya dalam konteks modern. Secara praktis, spiritualitas Henricus Leven dipersepsikan sebagai model hidup beriman yang autentik dan kontekstual, mampu menginspirasi pelayanan gereja yang humanis, transformatif, dan berakar pada iman yang hidup.

Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

. This condition highlights the importance of a strong theological foundation for cultivating Christ-centered spirituality. This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.
