Abstract:Philanthropy has increasingly evolved from a form of charitable assistance into a strategic actor within sustainable development processes. However, much of the existing practice and literature still treats philanthropy…
as an isolated or supplementary intervention, limiting its potential to generate systemic and long-term impact. This article aims to critically examine the role of philanthropic institutions within a broader ecosystem of sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration involving government, the private sector, academia, and local communities.
Using a qualitative literature review with a conceptual and analytical orientation, this study synthesizes scholarly works on philanthropy, collaborative governance, corporate social responsibility, Islamic philanthropy, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on Indonesia and the Global South. The analysis demonstrates that philanthropic contributions become more effective and sustainable when embedded within an integrated development ecology, rather than operating through fragmented and project-based approaches.
The findings highlight philanthropy’s strategic roles as a catalyst for social innovation, a bridge between sectors, and a facilitator of long-term social investment. Islamic philanthropic instruments such as zakat and productive waqf further illustrate how value-based financial mechanisms can support inclusive development when professionally managed and aligned with national and global development agendas. This study contributes conceptually by reframing philanthropy as a system-level change agent within a sustainable development ecology, offering an integrative lens for understanding collaboration, governance, and impact. The article concludes that sustainable development is best achieved not through isolated institutional efforts, but through coordinated, trust-based ecosystems in which philanthropy plays a transformative and connective role.

. This study examines the effectiveness of innovative pentahelix-based collaboration as a strategy for accelerating sustainable village development in Serang Regency within the framework of the Village SDGs and the 2025-2045 RPJPD vision. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the forms and mechanisms of pentahelix collaboration, (2) to evaluate its impact on improving the Village Development Index and achieving Village SDGs, and (3) to formulate concrete policy recommendations for the Serang Regency Government. The benefits of this study include operational guidelines for regional policy makers, replication of the model in similar areas in Banten, and contribution to the national target of independent villages towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a systematic literature review and secondary document analysis. The results show that pentahelix collaboration has succeeded in increasing the average IDM by 18.71%, reducing village poverty by 4.08%, and strengthening the circular economy. Recommendations include allocating 15% of Village Funds for digital platforms and forming a district pentahelix task force.
Abstract:This study aims to construct a conceptual model integrating value-based governance, value-based reputation, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the context of global Islamic banking. The research is motivated…
ated by the need to bridge Islamic ethical values with modern governance and sustainability paradigms that emphasize the balance between profitability, moral integrity, and social responsibility. Employing a systematic literature review and thematic synthesis through qualitative analysis, this study identifies, categorizes, and synthesizes key conceptual themes relevant to the research focus. The findings reveal that value-based governance serves as an ethical foundation that strengthens value-based reputation, while the latter functions as a catalyst for achieving sustainable development objectives. The synergy among these three elements produces a governance model that positions the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a normative framework for ethical, transparent, and sustainable Islamic financial practices. The primary contribution of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three major frameworks—value-based governance, value-based reputation, and SDGs—which enriches theoretical discourse on Islamic financial governance and provides strategic direction for the development of policy, sharia auditing, and sustainability reporting systems oriented toward ethical values and global welfare.

able Development Goals (SDGs), economics education contributes to job creation, inclusive economic growth, and socially and environmentally responsible businesses. Beyond simply transferring knowledge, this education shapes the character of creative, ethical, and sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs. Through a holistic approach, the values of business ethics, social responsibility, and environmentally friendly technology can be integrated into entrepreneurial practices. A literature review of research over the past five years shows that structured economics education can enhance individuals' capacity to build profitable businesses that positively impact society and the environment. Synergy between educational institutions, the government, and the private sector is needed to create an innovative and highly competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Abstract:Stunting remains a major public health issue hindering the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) and Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Previous studies have mostly…
focused on nutrition and health aspects, while this research addresses the research gap by analyzing policy strategies based on cross-sectoral collaboration at the village level. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. It recommends strengthening collaborative institutional design and leveraging health technologies to ensure program sustainability
Abstract:The transformation of Indonesia's education system faces significant challenges in aligning with the demands of globalization, digitalization, and lifelong learning. These challenges have sparked debates regarding the effectiveness…
fectiveness of the full-day school model and the modular education system. This study aims to comparatively analyze these two approaches within the context of primary and secondary education in Indonesia, referencing modular education practices in the United Kingdom as an international benchmark. The study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing thematic content analysis of 20 accredited scholarly sources selected through strict inclusion criteria, and analyzed with the assistance of NVivo software to ensure thematic accuracy. The findings indicate that the full-day school model excels in fostering discipline and consistent learning structures; however, it poses risks of cognitive fatigue and is less supportive of differentiated instruction. In contrast, the modular system offers flexibility, opportunities for personalized learning, and deeper conceptual understanding, yet requires adequate digital infrastructure and self-directed learning literacy, which are not evenly distributed. The study concludes that no single educational model is universally superior; instead, each holds contextual relevance. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the comparative education literature and practically by informing the design of more adaptive, inclusive, and responsive learning policies to meet the challenges of the 21st century, while also supporting efforts to achieve quality education as outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

n jumlah pegunungan berapi mencapai 400 bahkan 100 diantaranya masuk kategori aktif.
