Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai edukator, motivator, pembimbing, teladan, dan pengawas dalam membentuk kesadaran menutup aurat peserta didik. Strategi yang digunakan meliputi keteladanan, pembiasaan, pendekatan personal, serta kegiatan keagamaan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah yang religius, teman sebaya yang positif, dan kesadaran diri peserta didik. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi pengaruh media sosial, lingkungan pergaulan, kurangnya pengawasan keluarga, dan budaya populer yang kurang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kesadaran menutup aurat memerlukan peran aktif guru PAI yang didukung oleh sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik.

Data analysis techniques in this study use data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine how the quality of public services in the office of the village head of Sukajadi, Sadananya sub-district, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that public services in the office of the head of Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency have been running but not optimal because problems are still found, namely: The discipline of officers who are still low in providing services to the community, the Village E-Office application has not been operated in services, there is still a lack of accuracy / caution of officers in processing services, and there are still delays in the service process being carried out.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals program in Sindangsari Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained in this research through observation, documentation and interviews with 11 informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD chairman, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes supervisor, and 5 community leaders. The results of the research show that two of the five role indicators according to Siagian have not worked optimally, including the role as a pioneer and as an implementer himself. So it can be concluded that the role of BUMDes Bhinekasari Mandiri in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has not gone well.

This study aims to determine the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises on increasing Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.

ng Sub-District, Ciamis Regency. The research method employed was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving 12 informants including village officials and Karang Taruna administrators. The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis consisting of three flows, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking is done by triangulation. Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.

Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Apart from that, the collaboration between Pokdarwis and LMDH has not been able to increase the development of the tourist attraction due to the lack of clear authority in managing the tourist attraction. As well as the lack of encouraging community participation in realizing sustainability and cleanliness at the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction and not being supported by the availability of human resources who have an understanding of the concept of tourism management so that tourism promotion activities have not been carried out routinely.
