timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

was conducted at Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah Middle School, Jambi City, with the aim of obtaining a description of student representation in solving mathematical problems. Subjects in this study were selected using purposive sampling based on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits in improving mathematics learning. The results of the research show that the representation of auditory students and visual students in solving mathematical problems each fulfills three indicators, while kinesthetic students only fulfill two indicators of mathematical representation. In presenting information, visual and auditory subjects each tend to present it in the form of images (geometry or number patterns) and create situations based on the problem given. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects tend to only create images to clarify problems and facilitate their resolution. In solving problems, both visual and auditory subjects are able to solve problems by making patterns based on the problem given and making conclusions from a pattern. It's just that auditory subjects can shorten problem solving steps by using mathematical expressions. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects experience problems in solving combinatorics problems, where they are unable to present images or patterns that can help solve the problem.

Constant exposure to such content creates anxiety about missing out on seemingly important social experiences. FOMO then triggers consumptive actions, not due to functional needs, but because of symbolic impulses and social pressure to remain relevant within digital communities. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews of informants aged 20–26 years. The analysis results show that content such as unboxing, product reviews, and personal lifestyles have a significant impact on creating social pressure and shaping consumption-based identity. These findings underscore the importance of digital literacy and critical awareness so that Generation Z does not get trapped in a cycle of impulsive consumption, which poses risks to both mental and financial health. As an alternative, the Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) approach is introduced to build healthier and more authentic digital relationships.

principals play a strategic role in developing an adaptive, collaborative, and character-oriented organizational culture that supports students’ holistic development. This study focuses on publication trends, thematic cluster structures, and the tendencies of leadership style implementation in strengthening Islamic school culture based on bibliometric analysis. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis of 397 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2019-2025. Data collection was conducted using Publish or Perish, while data visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer through keyword co-occurrence techniques. The findings reveal that school culture and distributed leadership emerged as the most dominant themes and occupied central positions within the bibliometric network. The shift in research paradigms indicates a transition from structural approaches toward participatory, collaborative, and contextual approaches in modern educational leadership. Another finding demonstrates that the concepts of Islamic school and Islamic leadership have not yet appeared prominently in international research networks, thereby indicating a significant research gap regarding the integration of Islamic values into school culture and educational leadership practices. This study concludes that the strengthening of school culture is influenced not only by the administrative capabilities of school principals, but also by their ability to foster collaboration, social relations, innovation, and the continuous internalization of moral values. The novelty of this research lies in the use of bibliometric analysis to systematically map the relationship between leadership styles and Islamic school culture, while also offering a perspective on integrating the values of amanah, shura, and exemplary conduct into modern collaborative leadership models.

Effective leadership is characterized by reflective capacity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create a supportive work climate for innovation and change. Conversely, recurring challenges include limited resources, resistance to transformation, misaligned external policies, and administrative burdens that constrain managerial flexibility. Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction in Social Studies subjects and assess its contribution to the quality of both the learning process and its outcomes. The method employed is a systematic literature review, identifying and analyzing scholarly articles obtained through the Publish or Perish software, which utilizes Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2016 to 2025. The findings indicate that the application of differentiated instruction has a significantly positive impact on enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, the development of critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of concepts in Social Studies. This approach also succeeds in fostering an inclusive, adaptive, and participatory learning environment that encourages intrinsic motivation and boosts students’ self-confidence. The study emphasizes that the success of differentiated instruction heavily depends on teachers' ability to design and implement data-driven, responsive teaching strategies tailored to each student's needs. One prominent manifestation of this progress is the rise of social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, which offer short-form videos in an engaging and fast-paced format. This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.
