Unlike other organizations with financial orientations, the church aims to fulfill the spiritual needs of its members, emphasizing a focus on conformity to Christ. Church leaders are expected not only to exercise authority for regulation but also to empower the congregation. Effective church leadership involves empowerment, exploration of potentials, and acceptance of differences. Church leaders play a crucial role in the effective growth of the church, and leadership management is key to achieving the church's vision and mission. The research methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature review. In-depth analysis of the concept of leadership management in the church is conducted by connecting information from various sources, including books, journals, articles, and relevant websites. The findings indicate that the understanding of the church involves spiritual and organizational dimensions, necessitating effective leadership management. Leadership centered on biblical values, resource management, and the empowerment of congregation members becomes crucial in attaining church goals. The differences and uniqueness of the church demand leaders to implement suitable leadership styles, such as democracy, to support the potential of each member. From this research, it can be observed that effective leadership management in the church plays a crucial role in achieving spiritual and organizational objectives. Church leaders need to develop strategies in line with the church's characteristics and leverage the potential of congregation members for sustainable growth.

This certainly has a significant impact on the speed of the economy, finances and of course the welfare of society. Since March 2022, the poverty rate in Indonesia has increased by 9.54%, and the government is trying to create many programs to eradicate it. This research answers the question: what is meant by poverty? What are the impacts of living in poverty? What is the solution to God’s protection in the post-pandemic extreme poverty phenomenon in Indonesia? The outcomes of using the literature investigate method are listed below: (1) Poverty as a disadvantage to citizens measured in terms of a certain standard of living, which refers to relative poverty designs that carry out similar analyzes in many poor countries. (2) The consequences of living in poverty are worsening health, declining health, and lack of security. (3) Overcoming poverty by enlivening God's protection, namely God's duty to prevent many poor people from becoming protectors of lifestyles, families and church congregations like Christ.

onsumer decision-making process. The research adopts a causal-quantitative design, intended to identify and test the causal relationships among the predetermined variables. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 130 respondents, consisting of customers of CW Coffee in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), operated through SmartPLS 4 software, which facilitates simultaneous evaluation of both the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The model estimation results indicate that both Social Media Marketing and Lifestyle exert a positive and statistically significant effect on Brand Awareness, and contribute both directly and indirectly to Purchase Decisions. Furthermore, Brand Awareness is empirically validated as a partial mediator that reinforces the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The theoretical implications of these findings underscore that enhancing brand exposure through strategic social media engagement and contextually understanding contemporary consumer Lifestyles are critical determinants in shaping strong brand perceptions and driving purchase intention and realization. Consequently, this study offers practical contributions for business practitioners in formulating digital marketing strategies based on the integration of consumer values and the optimization of digital communication channels, thereby enhancing market penetration effectiveness and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

The subjects of this study were students of class VIIIع with a total of 23 students and selected using purposive sampling as many as 9 students based on visual, auditory and kinetic learning styles. The data collection technique in this study used a learning style questionnaire test which was tested with 23 students of class VIIIع, a story problem test on the system of linear equations of two variables which was tested with 9 students who were selected based on learning style groups and interviews. Based on the results of the study there were 10 students with visual learning styles, 9 students with auditory learning styles and 4 students with kinaesthetic learning styles. Obtained from the research data are: a) Students with visual learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure in understanding the problem and writing the final answer; b) Students with auditory learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer, c) Students with kinaesthetic learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.

This community service was carried out by the ten-person KKN team of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in Raharja Village, Purwaharja District, Banjar City. Community service activities in Raharja Village include several stages, namely the planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The targets of this activity were mothers of infants and toddlers and pregnant women in Raharja Village. The result of this activity was that participants gained a better understanding of the selection of food intake that can help prevent and overcome stunting.

Abstrak: Seorang anak dengan stunting memiliki pertumbuhan yang terhambat akibat kekurangan gizi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan akses informasi tentang pola hidup sehat yang mendukung pertumbuhan anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berjumlah sepuluh orang di Desa Raharja, Kecamatan Purwaharja, Kota Banjar. Kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Raharja meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para ibu dari bayi dan balita serta ibu hamil di Desa Raharja. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pemilihan asupan makanan yang dapat membantu mencegah dan mengatasi stunting.

By participating in this training, PKL students at LKP Arvi Com will gain improved skills that can increase their added value in the world of work. Apart from that, this community service will also provide positive benefits for LKP Arvi Com by increasing its reputation and contribution to education and training in the local community.

Participants in this activity were 20 teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya with a series of mentoring activities for creating accounts and installing Mendeley, installing Plugins for Microsoft Office Word, installing Plugins for Web Browsers, using the Mendeley application, adding references from files , adding manual references, adding references from Web Browsers, changing reference details, adding citations to documents, adding references, adding citation styles, and changing citation styles. It can be concluded that this mentoring activity makes a good contribution to teacher professionalism in utilizing reference managers when writing scientific papers, this is evidenced by the teacher's ability to use reference managers of more than 95% in the minimal category quite well.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu guru agar dapat mensitasi karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan para guru di sekolah sasaran yang masih menggunakan sitasi karya ilmiah secara manual sehingga tidak memperhatikan konsistensi pengutipan. Pendampingan reference manager yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi mendeley. Peserta pendampingan adalah para guru di SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya sebanyak 20 orang dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembimbingan mendaftarkan akun, menginstalisasi Mendeley, menginstal plugin untuk Microsoft Word, menginstal plugin untuk Web Browser, mempraktikkan penggunaan perangkat lunak Mendeley, menginput referensi dari arsip file, menginput referensi manual, menginput referensi dari Web Browser, mengganti detail referensi, menginput kutipan pada dokumen, menginput daftar pustaka, menginput gaya pengutipan, dan mengganti gaya pengutipan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik kepada profesionalitas guru dalam memanfaatkan reference manager saat menulis karya ilmiah. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan reference manager lebih dari 95% dalam kategori minimal cukup baik.

Abstrak: Salah satu Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang yang terdapat masalah Diabetes Mellitus yaitu Kecamatan Sawangan khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskemas Sawangan II yaitu Dusun Kalangan desa Gondowangi. Sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus di lakukan berbagai upaya Deteksi Dini dalam mengatasi masalah Diabetes Mellitus. Salah satu dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut di lakukan sosialisasi sebagai bagian deteksi dini Diabetes Mellitus dan pemanfaatan tanaman herbal Diabetes Melitus. Dengan di adakannya sosialisasi dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) tentang Diabetes Melitus di harapkan mayarakat kedepannya dapat memperhatikan pola hidup sehat, mengurangi kejadian penyakit Diabetes Melitus di masyarakat dan dapat memanfaatkan pengobatan herbal di sekitar rumah agar masyarakat tidak ketergantungan dengan pengobatan kimia atau sintetik yang mempunyai efek samping dalam tubuh.
