DETERMINANT FACTORS INFLUENCING NURSING RESILIENCE ON NURSING WORK EFFICIENCY AT KING FAHAD SPECIALIST HOSPITAL – QASSIM CLUSTER 2026

A, Hanan Saad, Alayed, Alayed, Hasan, Hafizah Che
Abstract: The complexity of modern healthcare services has led nursing personnel to face high workloads, intensive emotional demands, and dynamic, high-risk working environments. These conditions make nursing resilience an essential… al psychological factor in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing performance. This study aimed to analyze the determinant factors influencing nursing resilience and its impact on nursing work efficiency at King Fahad Specialist Hospital in 2026. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The study population consisted of all active nurses at the Qassim Health Cluster, totaling 4,425 nurses. A total of 356 respondents were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Nursing Resilience Scale, Nursing Work Efficiency Scale, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and Perceived Organizational Support Scale, all of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that organizational support (β = 0.431; p < 0.001), work engagement (β = 0.388; p < 0.001), psychological well-being (β = 0.362; p < 0.001), and a supportive work environment (β = 0.295; p < 0.001) had significant positive effects on nursing resilience. Conversely, high workload negatively affected nursing resilience (β = -0.276; p < 0.001). Nursing resilience was also found to have a significant positive effect on nursing work efficiency (β = 0.614; p < 0.001). The R-square value of 0.71 indicated that the research model explained 71% of the variance in nursing work efficiency. Nursing resilience is a strategic psychological resource influenced by organizational, psychological, and work environment factors in improving nursing work efficiency. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of nursing management and healthcare organizational behavior literature, as well as practical contributions for hospitals in designing strategies to strengthen healthcare workers’ psychological resilience based on human-centered healthcare management.

STRATEGIES TO STRENGTHEN WORK CULTURE THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP IN THE AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY (Case Study on PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia)

Adityawati, Marlia
Abstract: This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening work culture through the implementation of ethical leadership and servant leadership at PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, and to identify the challenges… and contributions of these two leadership styles to strengthening work culture in the automotive manufacturing industry. This study used a qualitative approach with a single case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 informants consisting of management level, supervisors, and production line employees. Participatory observation was conducted over three weeks, supported by analysis of company documents. Data analysis used direct interview methods and in-depth observation. The results of the study revealed five main implementation strategies: (1) leaders exemplifying ethical behavior; (2) employee empowerment through delegation of authority; (3) developing two-way communication mechanisms; (4) creating a supportive and family-like work environment; and (5) integrating ethical values into the performance management system. The dimensions of family atmosphere and identification with the leader were identified as key success factors in Indonesia's collectivist cultural context. Key challenges include resistance to change, measuring short-term impact, and consistency amidst production pressures. This study recommends integrating ethical values and servant behavior into recruitment systems, developing ethics-based leadership training programs, and designing performance management systems that balance quantitative targets with ethical behavior assessments. This study is the first to integrate ethical leadership and servant leadership within a framework for strengthening work culture in the automotive manufacturing industry, with specifically case study in PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia and identifies the family atmosphere dimension as a novel finding within a collectivist cultural context.

POSITIONING DIGITAL LITERACY IN MODERN PESANTREN: TEACHERS’ PERCEPTIONS AND EDUCATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION

Saing, Marnang, Panggabean, Hadi Saputra, Yunus, Anwar, Nafiza Fadia
Abstract: Digital literacy has become an essential competence in modern education; however, its implementation in pesantren presents distinctive dynamics, particularly when institutions restrict students’ access to digital devices… es while simultaneously encouraging teachers to master digital literacy. This study aims to examine how digital literacy is positioned, perceived, and implemented in the learning process at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah as one of Indonesia’s modern pesantren. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation of classroom practices and pesantren activities, and analysis of institutional documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify relevant patterns and key themes. The findings reveal that digital literacy in the pesantren is positioned primarily as a learning resource mediated by teachers rather than as an individual competence freely accessible to students. Teachers’ perceptions of digital literacy are reflective and selective, shaped by moral and scholarly responsibility, concern for students’ ethical conduct (adab), and apprehension regarding the negative impacts of the digital environment. In terms of implementation, digital literacy is applied in a limited and functional manner through teachers’ use of digital learning media, basic computer courses for students, cultural and extracurricular pesantren activities, and the digitalization of institutional administrative systems. This study concludes that the pesantren has developed a contextual and ethically grounded model of digital literacy, in which technology functions as a supportive educational tool without displacing core values, scholarly authority, or the primary goal of students’ character formation. These findings contribute empirical insights to the growing body of research on digital literacy within the context of Islamic education, particularly in modern pesantren

WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SMES: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF DIGITAL INNOVATION, GENDER EQUALITY, AND SUSTAINABLE GROWTH STRATEGIES

Asrijal Bintang, Ismail Rasulong, Kahar
Abstract: This systematic literature review explores the interconnected dimensions of digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainability in women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The primary aim is to synthesize… ze existing knowledge to address integration challenges these enterprises face. The researchers analyzed 436 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database, published between 2010 and 2025, using bibliometric and qualitative thematic techniques based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Findings highlight that digital innovation significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, and resource mobilization, empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome structural barriers. Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. Future research should focus on intersectional methodologies, longitudinal studies, and comparative analyses across diverse contexts.
