an (IDP). Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 protocol, searches were conducted on Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar for English-language publications in 2020–2025. Of the 375 articles identified, 30 met all inclusion criteria. The results of the review found that: (1) organizational commitment, especially the affective dimension, had a positive and significant effect on succession readiness; (2) employee development partially mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and succession readiness; (3) talent management through IDP partially mediates the relationship; and (4) there is a sequential mediation effect of OC → ED → TM/IDP → succession readiness. These findings provide important theoretical and practical implications for organizations in designing succession programs that are sustainable and based on individual competencies.
Abstract:This study explores how the Salatiga City Government operationalizes principles of good governance and implements the Government Internal Control System (GICS), as reflected in the 2024 Local Government Financial Report–…
LKPD. The research also assesses how these mechanisms contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data 2024 LKPD, performance accountability reports, and related internal control evaluations. This is complemented by triangulated insights from interviews with key government personnel. The findings reveal that Salatiga City has embedded core governance principles-transparency, accountability, and participatory engagement-within its financial reporting processes. The city's internal control system has reached Maturity Level 3 (Defined), indicating that control mechanisms are well-documented, institutionalized, and consistently applied. The use of digital reporting tools and community-based oversight further supports a culture of openness and accountability. The case of Salatiga City provides actionable insights for other local governments seeking to enhance financial governance. These practices directly support Indonesia's commitment to SDG 16, by fostering public trust and institutional integrity. This study adds to the emerging literature by integrating GICS analysis with local-level governance outcomes, not only to meet compliance standards but also to advance broader, effective, accountable, and inclusive development goals.

Abstract:This study aims to map the development of scientific research on human capital, social capital, and the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector during the period 2015–2025. Employing a bibliometric approach…
pproach based on Scopus data, this study analyses 102 scientific documents through indicators of annual publication output, country contribution, institutional affiliation, citation level, co-authorship collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence using VOSviewer software. The analysis reveals a significantly upward publication trend, particularly in 2024 and 2025. China, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia are recorded as the countries with the highest publication contributions. The most cited article is the work of Prasetyo & Kistanti (2020), which comprehensively integrates human capital, social capital, and entrepreneurship as pillars of sustainable economic growth. Co-authorship network analysis indicates fragmented collaboration patterns, while keyword co-occurrence mapping identifies four main thematic clusters: (1) well-being and entrepreneurship; (2) social capital and human capital; (3) livelihood and the informal sector; and (4) knowledge and sustainable development. These findings suggest the need to strengthen cross-country research collaboration and to expand inquiry into the interaction between human capital and social capital in enhancing the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector, particularly in developing countries. This study contributes to the literature by providing an integrated bibliometric overview of how human capital and social capital are positioned in relation to the well-being of self-employed workers in the informal sector
Abstract:This study examines the effects of financial performance, sales growth, and corporate governance on financial distress, as well as the moderating role of corporate governance in the coal industry in Indonesia. The population…
tion consists of 33 coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with 21 companies selected using purposive sampling. The study uses secondary data with 105 observations from 2019–2023. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that financial performance and corporate governance significantly affect financial distress, while sales growth has no significant effect. In addition, corporate governance does not moderate the relationship between financial performance and financial distress, nor between sales growth and financial distress. These findings highlight the importance of financial management and governance mechanisms in mitigating financial distress risk in the coal industry.
Abstract:The digital transformation in higher education requires universities to provide not only reliable technology-based academic services but also physical facilities that support the student learning experience. This study aims…
ims to analyze the effect of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) e-Service Quality and campus facilities on institutional image, with student satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire from 80 active students of STIMI-YAPMI Makassar selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, path analysis, and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results showed that e-Service Quality and physical facilities had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and institutional image. E-Service Quality had the most dominant influence on student satisfaction. Furthermore, student satisfaction was shown to mediate the effect of e-Service Quality on institutional image, but not the effect of physical facilities on institutional image. These results indicate that e-Service Quality shapes institutional image through student experience and satisfaction, while physical facilities act as a reputational symbol that directly influences image. This research provides theoretical contributions in the development of higher education service management models as well as practical implications for higher education managers in formulating strategies for improving service quality and strengthening the institution's image in a sustainable manner.

ative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, production and service employees, as well as millennial and Gen Z consumers. The results showed that the product differentiation strategy applied includes four main aspects: flavor innovation with contemporary variants (matcha cheese, red velvet crumble, cookies and cream), attractive and "instagrammable" visual display, aesthetic and modern packaging design, as well as active digital marketing through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Supporting factors for the success of differentiation include the owner's creativity, understanding of young consumer behavior, strategic location, and digital branding. The implications of this study indicate that product differentiation integrated with digital marketing is able to increase competitiveness and customer loyalty of local culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the digital era.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of management accounting systems on the performance of culinary MSMEs and test the role of sustainability reporting as a moderation variable. The research uses a quantitative approach…
oach with a survey method of 100 culinary MSMEs operating in the central area of Makassar City. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that the management accounting system does not have a significant effect on business performance. This indicates that most MSMEs still do not make optimal use of accounting information in decision-making. Meanwhile, sustainability reporting has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on business performance. However, sustainability reporting is not able to moderate the relationship between management accounting systems and business performance. These findings show that sustainability practices have a more direct role in improving the performance of MSMEs compared to management accounting systems that have not been implemented effectively. This research contributes to the development of management and sustainability accounting literature, as well as provides practical implications for MSME actors in improving business performance through the integration of information systems and sustainable business practices.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and employee engagement on employee performance with Lean Manufacturing as a mediating variable. The research population amounted…
d to 255 employees consisting of various levels of positions, with a sample of 154 respondents selected using proportional sampling techniques in 4 sections/divisions. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study show that the work environment, organizational culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee involvement does not have a significant effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the indirect influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of Lean Manufacturing implementation. An important finding of this study is that Lean Manufacturing acts as a full mediator between employee engagement and employee performance. This research provides a theoretical contribution in integrating Socio-Technical Systems Theory (STS) and Social Exchange Theory (SET) in the context of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, as well as providing practical implications for companies to integrate human factor management with Lean systems synergistically to improve organizational performance in a sustainable manner.
