pproach with a quantitative method. The population consisted of all customers of PT Siso Extra Indonesia during the period 2022–2024, totaling 383 customers, with a sample of 196 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.007 (< 0.05). Product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of 0.131 (> 0.05). Simultaneously, service quality and product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.013 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.044 shows that 4.4% of customer satisfaction is explained by service quality and product quality, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings highlight that service quality plays a dominant role in enhancing customer satisfaction in institution-based garment industries.

The study aims to describe the forms, strategies, and obstacles in the character’s identity quest, as well as to analyze the individuation process based on Jungian concepts such as persona, shadow, anima/animus, and the Self. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing close reading and thematic analysis of textual data from the novel. Findings reveal that the protagonist undergoes a complex, nonlinear psychological journey toward self-understanding, triggered by existential crisis and emotional isolation. Through deep introspection, symbolic interactions (particularly with natural elements like the moon), and confrontation with the shadow, the character gradually integrates fragmented aspects of the self. This study demonstrates that Jungian theory effectively uncovers the psychological depth of characters in contemporary Indonesian literature and affirms the relevance of literary fiction as a medium for reflecting on identity formation and emotional resilience in real life.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction among Rabbani hijab users in Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. The population of this study consists of consumers who use Rabbani hijabs in Rancaekek District, with a sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires developed based on indicators of product quality, promotion, and consumer satisfaction.
The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis to describe the condition of each variable and multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The analysis was also supported by classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing through partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test).
The results of the study indicate that product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Good product quality and attractive, well-targeted promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer satisfaction with Rabbani products. Therefore, it is recommended that Rabbani place greater emphasis on maintaining consistent product quality and optimizing promotional strategies to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty amid increasingly competitive conditions in the Muslim fashion industry.

A systematic analysis was conducted on a purposive sample of 10 public TikTok videos from the hashtag. Data collection involved video observation, transcription, and documentation of multimodal elements, followed by a thematic analysis. Key findings reveal a primary focus on pronunciation drills and practical vocabulary, delivered through highly repetitive and multimodal techniques. Mr. Faisal effectively combines verbal repetition, visual cues (on-screen text, mouth close-ups), exaggerated facial expressions, and motivational speaking to facilitate learning and maintain engagement. The study concludes that TikTok serves as a significant platform for informal digital language learning, particularly for micro-learning and confidence-building. These findings suggest that formal educators can adopt similar engaging, bite-sized techniques, while content creators can leverage multimodal design to enhance instructional video effectiveness.

This research aims to analyze the role of health communication in raising public awareness about the skincare mafia practices through the role of the "Detective Doctor." The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case studies of several campaigns conducted by the "Detective Doctor" on social media and other public channels. The results show that the "Detective Doctor" not only reveals dangerous skincare products through scientific research but also plays a role in delivering information to the public via accessible communication platforms such as social media and podcasts. This campaign successfully increased public awareness of the importance of choosing safe beauty products, as well as the importance of verifying skincare product ingredients. This research highlights the significant role of health communication in combating illegal practices in the beauty industry and demonstrates how the "Detective Doctor" can be an agent of change in public health education.

Team capabilities, both in terms of technical skills and interpersonal coordination, are also important elements that correlate with project outcomes. The involvement of stakeholders throughout the project cycle has also proved to have a positive impact. The findings indicate that character education is organized as a whole school culture rather than a standalone program. Religiosity is strengthened through routinized worship practices that scaffold ethical conduct and self regulation. Honesty is fostered through teacher exemplarity, trust based learning situations, and clear behavioral norms related to academic integrity and everyday responsibility. Tolerance is cultivated as a relational practice through inclusive interaction norms and respect for differences in the school community. Discipline is reinforced through consistent routines, rule clarity, and guided accountability, though its internalization remains sensitive to family support and external influences. Overall, the study shows that coherent habituation, modeling, and institutional consistency are decisive for embedding character values in students’ daily behavior and for sustaining a constructive moral climate in the madrasah. The results suggest implications for school leadership, teacher development, and family engagement. Limitations include the single site design and scope, indicating the need for comparative and longitudinal studies.

The results of this study show that eachfinancial literacy, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, And lifestyle has a significant positive effect onbehavior intention on Generation Z in Bandung.Gender is known to moderate the influence of each independent variable in this study onbehavior intention on Generation Z in Greater Bandung. Academic suggestions from this study are intended to enable future research to explore the indicators of each independent variable in more depth and expand the sample size. Practical suggestions for service providerse-wallet to focus on reducing risks and increasing personal security and develop strategies to build user trust inlifestyle owned by the user.
