. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

uccess of regional development is the effectiveness of local revenue reflected through local taxes. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.

of English into Indonesian translation in a folksong entitled The Wellerman. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. In addition, this research combined with purposive sampling technique. Nababan translation quality assessment framework was used to investigate the accuracy and acceptability of the folksong. The whole The Wellerman’s lyrics consist of 28 lines which was then assessed by the raters in terms of its accuracy and acceptability. The raters were 2 translators and 1 writer. The raters were purposely chosen to conduct reliable results of the accuracy and acceptability. This study found the average score of the accuracy was 2. 35 with 198 total scores and the average score of the acceptability was 2.48 with 209 total scores. The result indicates that the translation was relatively accurate and acceptable for the raters. However, it needs further improvement to maintain the context of the source text (ST) in the target text (TT) to reach an accuracy and acceptability in The Wellerman folksong. This study implied that it is crucial to maintain the imagery, narration, and the context of folksong translation.

the significant influence of the use of Scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas T.A 2025/2026.This researcher used a quantitative method with a pre-test-post-test one group design. The sample consisted of 24 students. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests in the form of written tests and analyzed using t-test formulas and N-gain tests. Based on the data, it was found that mastery of vocabulary in English and English learning outcomes were better after using scattergories learning media. This can be seen from the average score before treatment, which is 25.6 with the low category, after the treatment, which is 86 with the high category. Then there was a significant influence after using scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas. Based on the calculation of the N-gain test, the researcher found that the N-Gain test showed a value criterion of 0.7979 categorized as high classification.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman.
Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.

kat (PKM) ini bertujuan mengatasi kendala operasional perangkat digital, kerentanan siber, serta mengoptimalkan administrasi publik di Desa Perapat Janji, Sumatera Utara. Melalui pendekatan Community-Based Education, program diwujudkan lewat dua klaster utama: Digital Literacy Academy untuk warga umum serta E-Government Literacy Workshop bagi aparatur desa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak kuantitatif yang signifikan. Skor rata-rata literasi digital masyarakat umum melonjak sebesar 85,4%, naik dari nilai pre-test 42,5 menjadi 78,8 pada post-test. Sementara itu, kompetensi psikomotorik aparatur desa meningkat dari 48,0 menjadi 87,5, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam pengarsipan berbasis cloud. Program ini berhasil mempercepat transformasi desa menjadi lebih cakap digital serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan sosial kedesaan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
The acceleration of information technology has triggered a significant digital divide in rural areas due to low digital literacy among non-productive communities and village officials. This Community Service (PKM) program aimed to overcome operational digital device limitations, cyber vulnerabilities, and sub-optimal public administration services in Perapat Janji Village, North Sumatra. Utilizing a Community-Based Education approach, the project implemented two main initiatives: the Digital Literacy Academy for the general public and the E-Government Literacy Workshop for village officials. The evaluation showed significant quantitative impacts. The general public's average digital literacy score jumped by 85.4%, increasing from a pre-test score of 42.5 to 78.8 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the psychomotor competence of village officials rose from 48.0 to 87.5, achieving a 100% success rate in cloud-based digital archiving. This program successfully accelerated rural transformation toward digital proficiency and enhanced the efficiency of adaptive village social services.

persebaran objek wisata budaya serta belum tersedianya pemetaan spasial yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung perencanaan pengembangan pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis spasial melalui Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) untuk mengetahui pola distribusi titik destinasi wisata. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder, yaitu koordinat lokasi objek wisata budaya dan batas administrasi wilayah yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan destinasi wisata budaya yang sebagian besar terkonsentrasi di wilayah timur dan tenggara Kabupaten Karo, khususnya di Kecamatan Berastagi, Kabanjahe, Simpang Empat, dan Tigapanah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ANN, diperoleh nilai Observed Mean Distance sebesar 2,79 km dan Expected Mean Distance sebesar 2,12 km, dengan nilai Nearest Neighbor Ratio (NNR) > 1, z-score sebesar 1,814, dan p-value sebesar 0,069. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pola persebaran destinasi wisata budaya cenderung tersebar (dispersed pattern).

Academic Year 2022/2023. The form of this research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Swasta Gajah Mada Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample in this study was taken using cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class of 30 students implemented to the Jigsaw cooperative mastery model assisted by PhET and the control class of 28 students implemented to the DI version. This observation tool uses an essay test with ten proven questions used in this study. The average pre-test score of the experimental class is 32.89 with a normal deviation of 2.99 and the average post-test score is 84.33 with a normal deviation of 2.72. These figures are based entirely on research findings. The suggested pretest ratings and desired deviations for the manipulation style were 35.44 and 3.82, respectively , and the intended posttest ratings were 71.33 and 5.93. Lcount Ltable was accepted for each instruction with a daily distribution, even as Fcount obtained Ftable for homogeneous elegance. The results of the statistical test (t-party test ) and dk 56 found that the initial abilities of the 2 lessons were the same because tcount < ttable, or -0.84 1.94, is true. Furthermore, exclusive treatment has been applied to 2 lessons and towards the end of the lesson a publication test was given. The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15.
