Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the role of information technology in enhancing the quality of financial decision-making in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment

he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. The activities carried out in each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show an increase in English writing skills through serial image media. significant increase in students' understanding of concepts, writing skills, and learning motivation. The integration of serial image media as a supporter of PBL provides a visual dimension that helps students understand the content, stimulates creativity, and increases active involvement in the learning interaction process.

Student’s can translate simple English sentences. The research was carried out with a PTK design consisting of two cycles and each cycle consisting of one meeting. The result of the research showed that teacher skills increased from an average score (good) in cycle one, then increased to (very good) in cycle two. The percentage of completion of literacy habituation learning in reading comprehension increased from 70 % in cycle one to 90 % in cycle two. The conclusion of this research is that the KWL strategy and videos animasi, Ice Breaking can improve teacher skills, student’s activities and learning outcomes.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

. This study aims to optimize bread product sales by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze daily sales performance at Toko Roti Amin. The data used includes sales volume and transaction frequency for bread products, consisting of 356 data points. The results show that the bread products can be grouped into three clusters: 129 data in the “Good Sales” cluster, 28 data in the “Moderate Sales” cluster, and 199 data in the “Low Sales” cluster. These findings assist bakery owners in managing stock, production planning, and more targeted marketing strategies. Although there are limitations in using K-Means Clustering, such as dependence on the initial centroid selection, this study proves that applying this technique can enhance inventory management and maximize profit in the bakery business.

The variables analyzed included means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, worth a pip, reasons for eligibility, number of siblings, distance from home to school, and parents' income.
The results showed that this method achieved 89% accuracy, 85% precision for the positive class, and 92% for the negative class. A total of 125 students (59.9%) were declared eligible to receive assistance, while 82 students (40.1%) did not meet the criteria.
