The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method. Data collection techniques were done through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research procedure refers to six stages of case studies according to Robert K. Yin, while the informants were selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data is analyzed through pattern matching, explanation creation, and time series analysis. The study results show that local leadership plays a significant role in contextually building a narrative of moderation through example, deliberation, and social participation. The practice of moderation is not conveyed through formal instruction alone. Still, it is culturally shaped through social interaction, interfaith activities, and strengthening local values that align with national principles. Leadership prioritizing social awareness, openness, and inclusivity has maintained social cohesion and enhanced inter-religious harmony in a pluralistic village. These findings contribute to developing a theory of local leadership based on the values of religious moderation at the grassroots level.

12 responden dari 14 pegawai negeri sipil yang telah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,830; p=0,018), pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,888; p=0,016), dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (F=9,823; p=0,004). Koefisien determinasi (R²=0,612) menunjukkan 61,2% variasi kompetensi dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi pentingnya investasi dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam pelayanan publik.

This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. uasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-random purposive sampling, with two classes selected as samples, each consisting of 32 students. The data collection technique used in this study was an oral test instrument, designed using a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class was 45.31 in the pre-test and 67.81 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the control class scored an average of 44.84 in the pre-test and 46.56 in the post-test. The data were tested for normality and found to be normally distributed. The homogeneity test results showed a significance value of 0.308 > 0.05, indicating that the data are homogeneous or have the same variance. The findings revealed that the use of hand puppet media had a significant effect on students' speaking skills. The hypothesis testing using a Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the result is statistically significant. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted, meaning there is a significant difference in students’ speaking skills before and after being taught using hand puppet media.

curriculum, resulting in low student achievement in mathematics, particularly in the topic of algebraic function limits. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a Mathematics Learning Module developed using the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) Model for the topic of Algebraic Function Limits for Grade XI students at MA Al-Junaidiyah. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model comprising five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Module validation involved experts in content, media, and language. The trial was conducted with 23 students of class XI-2. Two validators were assigned for each area. Results showed that the module achieved an overall validity score of 84.29%, categorized as valid. Its practicality reached 89.75%, categorized as practical. Student learning effectiveness reached 47%, showing the module is effective in improving learning outcomes. Therefore, the module is deemed feasible, engaging, and beneficial for enhancing student achievement.
