The instruments in this study were physical ability tests for sports, namely sit and reach tests, abdominal muscle endurance measurements, arm muscle endurance measurements, VO2MAX measurements, power tests and measurements or explosive power tests. Data analysis will be analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency tabulation by describing the research results obtained from various test measurements of the level of physical condition. The results showed that: Abdominal and arm muscle endurance still needs improvement because abdominal muscle endurance is 44.4% in the "good and less" category. Arm muscle endurance with the majority of athletes in the "moderate" category of 44.4%. While leg muscle endurance showed very good results with a large percentage of 88.8%. Then, the flexibility of athletes is mostly in the "good" category. And VO2MAX endurance with the majority in the "less" category of 66.6% to the "very less" category with a large percentage of 33.3%. It can be concluded that the physical condition of female rowing athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency must be improved again.

indung diri (APD) berperan penting untuk mencegah hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan terjadi, sumber penyebab terjadi kecelakaan yang dominan adalah kecerobohan pekerja, konstruksi tidak aman, dan tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 31 sample pekerja yang memenuhi syarat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dari analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden patuh terhadap penggunaan APD yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (74,2%), pengetahuan responden sebagian besar baik 24 responden (77,4%) dan sikap responden baik sebesar 24 responden (77,4%). Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan adanya hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan sikap (p-value=0,02) terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Subulussalam Tahun 2024. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peran dari semua pihak terkait seperti pihak perusahaan serta pekerja untuk meningkatkkan pengetahuan dan sikap serta menerapkan program-program K3 khususnya penggunaan APD agar tehindar dari kecelakaan akibat kerja atau kerugian yang tidak diharapkan.

This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine what factors influence the development strategy of cassava leaf animal feed and descriptive analysis to analyze the development strategy for the potential and opportunities of using cassava leaves as animal feed. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that cassava leaves have a high crude protein content, which is around 20-30%, and contain crude fiber, fat, and minerals that are beneficial for livestock growth. Multiple linear regression analysis in this study shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Among these factors, the economic aspect makes the largest contribution, making it the main factor influencing the dependent variable. Furthermore, social aspects and external support also play a significant role in determining the results. In addition, other factors such as technology, resources, and marketing and distribution also have a significant impact, although with a smaller influence compared to economic and social aspects. Thus, the regression model shows a positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, so that improvements in these aspects will increase the dependent variable, with the main priority on economic and social aspects.

This study aims to comparatively analyze these two approaches within the context of primary and secondary education in Indonesia, referencing modular education practices in the United Kingdom as an international benchmark. The study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing thematic content analysis of 20 accredited scholarly sources selected through strict inclusion criteria, and analyzed with the assistance of NVivo software to ensure thematic accuracy.The findings indicate that the full-day school model excels in fostering discipline and consistent learning structures; however, it poses risks of cognitive fatigue and is less supportive of differentiated instruction. In contrast, the modular system offers flexibility, opportunities for personalized learning, and deeper conceptual understanding, yet requires adequate digital infrastructure and self-directed learning literacy, which are not evenly distributed.The study concludes that no single educational model is universally superior; instead, each holds contextual relevance. This research contributes theoretically by enriching the comparative education literature and practically by informing the design of more adaptive, inclusive, and responsive learning policies to meet the challenges of the 21st century, while also supporting efforts to achieve quality education as outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

As long as the second marriage is legally recognized, children from that union have the same inheritance rights as those from the first marriage. In practice, however, problems often occur when the second marriage hasn't been officially registered. This highlights the importance of legally documenting all marriages to protect the rights of every child and avoid future disputes among heirs.

Data was collected through questionnaires completed by the Village Government. The research findings indicate that the overall management of APBDes in Marisa District is generally very good. APBDes planning is assessed as very good, characterized by transparency in village deliberations, effectiveness in addressing community problems and needs, and alignment of the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) with community aspirations. The focus of research in writing this thesis is the responsibility of parents towards children with special needs. The purpose of the study is to analyze and understand the perspective of Islamic law on parental responsibility towards children with disabilities comprehensively in Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. This method uses a qualitative research method which is a process of various steps involving researchers, theoretical and interpretative paradigms, research strategies, data collection methods and empirical data analysis as well as the development of interpretations and presentation of research results. Children with disabilities have physical limitations, hearing limitations, vision limitations, intellectual limitations, emotional behavioral limitations and communication limitations. Islamic law teaches that parents must provide affection and fair treatment without discriminating between children with special needs and children without, and requires parents to seek education and life skills that will enable children with disabilities to participate well in society. In an effort to meet their needs, Islam also allows parents to seek professional help, such as therapy or health services, to support their child's development.

This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future
