The importance of the quality of performance of trainers in the Scout Movement cannot be underestimated, because they have a central role in guiding, training and providing inspiration to students. For this reason, there is a need to evaluate the performance of Scout trainers to increase the effectiveness of training and improve the quality of Scout education. The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Abstrak : Kebutuhan akan Evaluasi Kinerja dalam organisasi Pramuka menjadi penting untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan organisasi tercapai dan standar pelatihan dipertahankan. Evaluasi kinerja membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta area untuk perbaikan dalam pelatihan. Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

Therefore, this study aims to analyze the quality of the PMKS Data Collection Information System for Orphans using the WebQual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study aims to identify factors that affect system service quality, focusing on four WebQual 4.0 variables, namely usability, information quality, service interaction, and User Satisfaction. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using IPA methods to assess users' views and expectations of the system. The results of the analysis showed that overall, the quality of this system was rated very good with the Webqual Index score reaching a score of 77%. However, there are certain areas that still need improvement, the PMKS Data Collection System for Orphans has a con- formity rate of 98% and an average gap value (GAP) - 0.06929. Priority is directed at quadrant I and quadrant 3. Improvement recommendations can be made by prioritizing indicators found in quadrants I and III based on the results of the IPA analysis. Thus, effective improvement efforts can be directed to improve the quality of the PMKS Data Collection System for Orphans in accord with user expectations.

Abstrak: Sistem Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu dirancang khusus untuk mengumpulkan data anak yatim di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Meskipun telah ada sejak pembuatannya, belum ada penilaian yang dilakukan terhadap kualitas sistem ini. Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas Sistem Informasi Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas layanan sistem, dengan fokus pada empat variabel WebQual 4.0, yaitu usability, information quality, service interaction, dan User Satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan melalui menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode IPA untuk menilai pandangan dan harapan pengguna terhadap sistem. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kualitas sistem ini dinilai sangat baik dengan nilai Webqual Index mencapai skor 77%. Namun, terdapat area tertentu yang masih memerlukan perbaikan, Sistem Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu memiliki tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 98% dan nilai rata-rata kesenjangan (GAP) -0.06929. Prioritas perbaikan diarahkan pada kuadran I dan kuadran 3. Rekomendasi perbaikan dapat dilakukan dengan memprioritaskan indikator yang ditempatkan pada kuadran I dan III berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA. Dengan demikian, upaya perbaikan yang efektif dapat diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sistem Pendataan PMKS Anak Yatim-Piatu sesuai dengan harapan pengguna.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative in order to improve efficiency and suitability in the procurement of alma mater suits. This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.

Saat ini, proses pengadaan dan pemesanan jas almamater dihadapi beberapa kendala, yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan merasa dirugikan selama proses pemesanan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok di Koperasi SACIKA guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dalam pengadaan jas almamater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok jas almamater di Koperasi SACIKA menggunakan Matriks SCOR. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat atribut dan matriks, yaitu Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), dan Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. To overcome these problems, in this study the performance measurement of the project-based learning team by applying the VIKOR method and Rank Order Centroid in conducting assessments with test samples, namely in the Introduction to Database course. The test results obtained based on the calculation of VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid, namely PBL-TRPL01 Team 1 as the best alternative by obtaining based on variations of testing the VIKOR index value with values v=0.4, v=0.5, and v=0.6. Thus, it can be seen that the VIKOR and Rank Order Centroid methods can be applied to the calculation process of measuring team performance in project-based learning.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang cukup banyak direkomendasikan di masa kini khususnya pada institusi berjenis vokasional. Pembelajaran tersebut efektif dalam tujuan melibatkan para peserta didik dengan konten pembelajaran secara langsung. Proses evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada tim proyek dalam penilaian performa dari masing-masing tim untuk memeringkatkan urutan performa terbaik dari seluruh tim masih dinilai berdasarkan penilaian secara subyektif. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, pada penelitian ini pengukuran performa tim project-based learning dengan menerapkan metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dalam melakukan penilaian dengan sampel pengujian yaitu pada mata kuliah Pengantar Basis Data. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid yaitu bahwa alternatif PBL-TRPL01 Tim 1 sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan peroleh berdasarkan variasi pengujian nilai indeks VIKOR. Maka dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa metode VIKOR dan Rank Order Centroid dapat diterapkan pada proses perhitungan pengukuran performa tim pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek.

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System for selecting fish seeds using the Weight Sum Model (WSM) method. This method allows a systematic assessment of various criteria that are relevant in selecting fish seeds. The first step in this research is to identify the criteria that will be evaluated in selecting fish seeds. Each fish seed is assessed based on each criterion using the appropriate scale. In the WSM method, the values given to each criterion are multiplied by the weight of the corresponding criterion, and the results are added up for each fish seed. The fish seeds that have the highest number will be considered the best choice based on predetermined evaluation criteria. This Decision Support System can help fish farming farmers in making more informative and data-based decisions in selecting fish seeds that suit their needs.

Abstract: Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) telah menjadi alat penting dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Memilih bibit ikan yang tepat merupakan langkah krusial dalam budidaya ikan yang sukses. Dalam konteks ini, metode Weight Sum Model (WSM) dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan bibit ikan menggunakan metode Weight Sum Model (WSM). Metode ini memungkinkan penilaian yang sistematis terhadap berbagai kriteria yang relevan dalam memilih bibit ikan. Langkah pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria yang akan dievaluasi dalam pemilihan bibit ikan. Setiap bibit ikan dinilai berdasarkan setiap kriteria menggunakan skala yang sesuai. Dalam metode WSM, nilai-nilai diberikan pada setiap kriteria akan dikalikan dengan bobot kriteria terkait, dan hasilnya dijumlahkan untuk setiap bibit ikan. Bibit ikan yang memiliki jumlah tertinggi akan dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik berdasarkan evaluasi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat membantu para petani budidaya ikan dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih informatif dan berdasarkan data dalam memilih bibit ikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

In previous studies, RNN and its variants are among the most popular Seq2Seq models in text summarization. However, there are still weaknesses in saving memory; gradients are lost in long sentences so resulting in a decrease in lengthy text summaries. This research proposes a Transformer model with an Attention mechanism that can fetch important information, solve parallelization problems, and summarize long texts. The Transformer model we propose is GPT-2. GPT-2 uses decoders to predict the next word using the pre-trained model from w11wo/indo-gpt2-small, implemented on the Indosum Indonesian dataset. Evaluation assessment of the model performance using ROUGE evaluation. The study's results get an average result recall for R-1, R-2, and R-L were 0.61, 0.51, and 0.57, respectively. The summary results can paraphrase sentences, but some still use the original words from the text. Future work increase the amount of data from the dataset to improve the result of more new sentence paraphrases.
