Islamic Education Management In The Society 5.0 Era: Building A Educational System That Is Responsive To Technological And Social Changes

Abstract: This research aims to analyze Islamic education management in facing the Society 5.0 era, characterized by the integration of digital technology in social and educational life. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research… ch collected quantitative data through surveys of 150 respondents from Islamic educational institutions and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with 15 school principals and pesantren administrators. The research results show that although technology has been adopted by most Islamic educational institutions, significant challenges arise related to infrastructure limitations, teachers' digital skills, and access disparities in various regions. Adaptive and technology-based leadership plays a crucial role in designing policies that support digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. This research suggests the importance of intensive training for educators and equitable access to technology so that Islamic education management can be more responsive to social and technological changes, and capable of improving the quality of education in the future.

Human Resource Management Based On Islamic Values At Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Qarnain In Facing The Challenges Of The Digital Era

This study uses a qualitative method… with a case study approach on an educational institution that applies Islamic principles in human resource management, such as trust, justice, and excellence. The research results show that the integration of Islamic values in human resource management significantly improves the performance, loyalty, and satisfaction of educators. However, the challenges in digital literacy are still felt by most educators, even though institutions have provided regular technology training. The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. In conclusion, Human Resource management based on Islamic values, supported by digital technology, is capable of improving performance quality and creating a harmonious work environment that is relevant in addressing the challenges of the digital era.

Employee Perspectives on Professional Growth: A Qualitative Study of Human Resource Development Initiatives

Abstract: This research examines the perspectives and experiences of workers about Human Resource Development (HRD) programs in order to determine the aspects that influence engagement, satisfaction, and overall effectiveness. Employing… loying a qualitative methodology, the study included semi-structured interviews and focus groups with personnel from several departments. The results indicate that HRD programs are most efficient when they are congruent with individuals' specific career objectives and professional requirements, and when they have sufficient organizational resources and management support. The identification of challenges such as program rigidity and lack of relevance emphasizes the need for HRD methods that are more flexible and responsive. The research highlights the need of customizing HRD programs to cater to the varied requirements of employees and adjusting to rapid changes in the work environment. The findings provide practical and effective guidance for firms to improve their HRD processes and give stronger support for employee development. Further investigation is recommended to examine the incorporation of emerging technologies in HRD and evaluate their influence on employee engagement and development.

Factors Associated with Symptoms of Dermatitis in Prisoners in Class II A Jambi Penitentiary in 2024

Abstract: The national prevalence of dermatitis in Indonesia based on Basic Health Research data by the Ministry of Health 2018 is 6.8% and tends to increase every year. Data from the Jambi Provincial Health Service, in 2021 dermatitis… titis was ranked eighth with the most common disease with a percentage of 5.03%, while in 2022 it experienced an increase and was ranked sixth with a percentage of 5.96%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with symptoms of dermatitis in prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary in 2024. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used Proportionate Random Sampling on 1124 prisoners at the Class IIA Jambi Penitentiary by conducting interviews. Prisoners' knowledge was in the good category as much as 40.4% of respondents. Attitudes in the positive category were 37.2% of respondents. Prisoners with housing that meets the requirements are 21.3% of respondents. Bathing habits were in the good category as many as 53.2% of respondents. Clothing cleanliness was in the good category as many as 37.2% of respondents. Towel cleanliness was in the good category as many as 41.5% of respondents.

The Implementation of Work Discipline in Improving Employee Performance At Hilimegai South Nias Regency

Abstract: The focus of research in this study is to understand the symptoms of objects thoroughly so that researchers can identify existing problems and formulate problems to be studied. This research focused on the application of… work discipline to improve employee performance at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency with a descriptive approach. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

Family Participation in The Integrated Management of Childhood Illness Implementation Process: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role and contribution of families in the implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) and the impact of family participation on child health outcomes. In addition, this… is study also identified factors that support or hinder family participation in the IMCI program. The method used was a systematic literature review of various published studies. The method used is a systematic literature review with the main data source of 15 previous studies on the theme to be examined in this study so that the data makes a new finding. The main findings of this study show that family education, social and community support, health policies, and family experiences and perceptions of IMCI are important themes that influence the successful implementation of IMCI. Effective education of families improves their understanding and skills in managing childhood illnesses, while support from health workers and the community can increase family participation in IMCI programs. Supportive health policies and appropriate interventions also play an important role in ensuring the program's effectiveness. However, lack of motivation and adequate information from health workers can be barriers to family participation. This study confirms the importance of active family participation in IMCI implementation to improve child health outcomes. Recommendations for further research include evaluation of the most effective educational methods, the influence of technology in supporting IMCI, and longitudinal studies to monitor the long-term impact of family participation. From a health policy perspective, improved training for health workers, strengthened social and community support networks, and improved accessibility of health information through various media are suggested to support better implementation of IMCI programs.

Economic Operation of Hybrid Power Plant The Wind In Bantul D.I. Yogyakarta

Abstract: Hybrid Power Plants (PLTH) are power plants consisting of PLTS with wind turbines. The Bayu Baru PLTH must be regularly evaluated because the PLTH components are susceptible to damage. This evaluation aims to ensure that… electrical energy continuity is maintained. PLTH performance can be measured through the performance of each generation component. The performance of PLTH solar panels and wind turbines can be measured from the output power of these components. With HOMER software simulation, you can calculate the economic level of a hybrid generating system based on the lowest NPC value. Simulation results with HOMER software show that the most economical generating components in PLTH are wind turbines with a capacity of 5kW and 2.5kW based on LCOE values ​​of $0.190 and $0.171/kWh.

In large industries, induction motor, are the main control for driving other equipment.

Evaluation of antibiotic prophylaxis in C-Section patients at RSIA Hikmah Sawi

Abstract: The Caesarean section (C-section) rate increased steadily in the past two decades in Indonesia. People have a common belief that cesarean delivery is less painful, and safer than vaginal delivery. Risk factors for maternal… al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

The West, as one of the great forms of human civilization, has… s experienced various phases of periodization with various upheavals of thought and action regarding religion. The early western period with philosophy as the main reference made religion something that was put aside, the middle period of the western dark ages became very radical in religion which was dominated by the church, while in the final period religion was again put aside with the growth of philosophical culture. Philosophical culture in western civilization, in the author's analysis of various sources, has actually produced various forms of thought and action in western society towards religion, the most important of which is secularism and the nihilization of the concept of God. Secularism is a form of effort to eliminate religion in the context of western civilization, in line with the development of thought with efforts to nihilize the concept of God and the scientific culture of western society. Agama menjadi salah satu unsur yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, sebab manusia dalam penciptaannya memang disengaja dalam bentuk terbatas, sehingga tergantung kepada Dzat yang Maha tidak terbatas. Barat, sebagai salah satu wujud peradabaan besar umat manusia telah mengalami berbagai fase periodesasi dengan berbagai pergolakan pemikiran dan aksi terhadap agama. Periode awal barat dengan filsafat sebagai acuan utama menjadikan agama sebagai hal yang dikesampingkan, periode pertengahan abad kegelapan barat menjadi sangat radikal dalam beragama yang didominasi oleh gereja, sedangkan dalam periode akhir agama kembali dikesampingkan dengan tumbuh berkembangnya budaya filsafat. Budaya filsafat dalam peradaban barat, dalam penelahaan penulis dari berbagai sumber nyata-nyata telah menghasilkan berbagai bentuk pemikiran dan aksi masyarakat barat terhadap agama, yang paling utama adalah sekularisme dan nihilisasi konsep tuhan. Sekularisme yang merupakan bentuk upaya menghilangkan agama dalam konteks kehidupan peradaban barat, seiring sejalan dengan perkembangan pemikiran dengan upaya nihilisasi konsep Tuhan dan budaya keilmuan masyarakat barat.
