FORENSIC ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL ARTIFACTS OF QR CODE PHISHING ATTACK AT 'AISYIYAH UNIVERSITY YOGYAKARTA

Abstract: Abstract: The use of QR Codes in academic settings has increased with the digitization of attendance systems, but it has also introduced potential abuse in the form of quishing attacks (QR phishing). Previous studies have… e mainly focused on user behavior, while forensic analysis of digital artifacts as evidence is still limited. This study aims to conduct a forensic analysis of browser artifacts resulting from interactions with dangerous QR Codes at Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta using the framework of the National Justice Institute (NIJ). Six investigation parameters are defined: domain identification, endpoint identification, identification of supporting resources, visualization of image artifacts, timestamp correlation, and HTML reconstruction. Data is obtained from the Google Chrome profile directory and analyzed using Autopsy, focusing on Web Cache, Browser History, and Cookies artifacts. The results showed that five parameters were successfully identified with an investigation success rate of 83.3%, while HTML reconstruction could not be fully achieved due to cache limitations. These findings show that Web Cache artifacts provide evidentiary value in the forensic investigation of QR Code-based attacks. Future research should focus on improving full-page reconstruction techniques. Studi sebelumnya sebagian besar berfokus pada perilaku pengguna, sementara analisis forensik artefak digital sebagai bukti masih terbatas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis forensik artefak browser yang dihasilkan dari interaksi dengan Kode QR berbahaya di Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta menggunakan kerangka kerja Lembaga Kehakiman Nasional (NIJ). Enam parameter investigasi didefinisikan: identifikasi domain, identifikasi titik akhir, identifikasi sumber daya pendukung, visualisasi artefak gambar, korelasi stempel waktu, dan rekonstruksi HTML. Data diperoleh dari direktori profil Google Chrome dan dianalisis menggunakan Autopsy, dengan fokus pada artefak Cache Web, Riwayat Browser, dan Cookie. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lima parameter berhasil diidentifikasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan investigasi sebesar 83,3%, sementara rekonstruksi HTML tidak dapat sepenuhnya dicapai karena keterbatasan cache. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa artefak Cache Web memberikan nilai bukti dalam investigasi forensik serangan berbasis Kode QR. SENTIMENT ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON E-COMMERCE APPLICATIONS: LAZADA, TOKOPEDIA, AND BLIBLI

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has increased consumer interactions with digital platforms, particularly Lazada, Tokopedia, and Blibli, resulting in a large volume of customer reviews that reflect consumer… onsumer experiences and perceptions but have not been optimally utilized in business decision-making. The main issue addressed in this study is how to process customer review data to generate meaningful information regarding consumer opinions. This research aims to apply web scraping techniques to collect customer review data and conduct sentiment analysis to identify trends in consumer opinions across the three e-commerce platforms. The dataset consists of 3,000 customer reviews, with 1,000 reviews collected from each platform, covering aspects such as shopping experience, service quality, delivery process, and customer satisfaction. The research methodology includes data collection through web scraping, text preprocessing for data cleaning and normalization, sentiment analysis using machine learning approaches, and visualization of sentiment results. The findings indicate differences in the distribution of positive, negative, and neutral sentiments across platforms, reflecting variations in consumer experiences and service strategies. These results demonstrate that sentiment analysis based on customer reviews can serve as strategic input to improve service quality, business performance, and marketing strategies in Indonesia’s e-commerce sector.   Keywords: customer reviews; digital services; e-commerce; sentiment analysis; web scarping Abstrak: Pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce di Indonesia meningkatkan interaksi konsumen dengan platform digital, khususnya Lazada, Tokopedia, dan Blibli, yang menghasilkan ulasan pelanggan dalam jumlah besar sebagai cerminan pengalaman dan persepsi konsumen, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengolah data ulasan tersebut agar dapat memberikan informasi yang bermakna mengenai opini konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan web scraping untuk mengumpulkan data ulasan pelanggan serta melakukan analisis sentimen guna mengidentifikasi tren opini konsumen pada ketiga platform e-commerce tersebut. Data yang digunakan berjumlah 3.000 ulasan pelanggan, dengan masing-masing platform diwakili oleh 1.000 ulasan yang mencakup pengalaman berbelanja, kualitas layanan, proses pengiriman, dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian meliputi pengambilan data menggunakan web scraping, pra-pemrosesan teks untuk pembersihan dan normalisasi data, analisis sentimen dengan pendekatan pembelajaran mesin, serta visualisasi hasil sentimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan distribusi sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral pada setiap platform, yang mencerminkan variasi pengalaman konsumen dan strategi layanan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis sentimen berbasis ulasan pelanggan dapat menjadi masukan strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kinerja bisnis, dan strategi pemasaran e-commerce di Indonesia.   Kata kunci: customer reviews; digital services;e-commerce;sentiment analysis;web scarping

INTUITIVE UI DESIGN FOR MANGROVE TREE DETECTION APP

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid degradation of mangrove ecosystems threatens coastal biodiversity, shoreline stability, and carbon sequestration capacity, particularly in areas experiencing intense human activity. However, community-based… -based participatory mangrove monitoring remains limited due to the lack of accessible and user-friendly digital tools. This study aims to design an intuitive mobile application for mangrove tree detection and participatory ecological monitoring using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research was conducted iteratively through user needs analysis, prototype development, and usability evaluation involving local governments, conservation practitioners, and non-expert users. The proposed application integrates machine learning for automated mangrove recognition with geospatial visualization and real-time feedback to support field-based monitoring. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an overall score of 82.3, categorized as excellent usability, indicating high user satisfaction and intuitive interaction. The results demonstrate that integrating UCD and machine learning enhances usability, user engagement, and the accuracy of mangrove documentation under real field conditions. Overall, this study presents a field-ready, user-centered mobile solution that bridges usability engineering and participatory mangrove monitoring as a replicable model for inclusive ecological application development.   Keywords: Carbon sequestration; mangrove monitoring; mobile application; user-centered design; usability evaluation   Abstrak: Degradasi ekosistem mangrove yang semakin cepat mengancam keanekaragaman hayati pesisir, stabilitas garis pantai, dan kapasitas sekuestrasi karbon, terutama di wilayah dengan aktivitas manusia yang intens. Namun, pemantauan mangrove secara partisipatif berbasis komunitas masih terbatas akibat kurangnya perangkat digital yang mudah diakses dan ramah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi mobile yang intuitif untuk deteksi pohon mangrove dan pemantauan ekologi partisipatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD). Penelitian dilakukan secara iteratif melalui analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan prototipe, dan evaluasi kegunaan dengan melibatkan pemerintah daerah, praktisi konservasi, serta pengguna non-ahli. Aplikasi yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran mesin untuk pengenalan mangrove secara otomatis dengan visualisasi geospasial dan umpan balik waktu nyata guna mendukung pemantauan di lapangan. Evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor keseluruhan sebesar 82,3 yang termasuk dalam kategori kegunaan sangat baik, menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi dan interaksi yang intuitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi UCD dan pembelajaran mesin meningkatkan kegunaan, keterlibatan pengguna, serta akurasi dokumentasi mangrove dalam kondisi lapangan. DEVELOPMENT OF A QR CODE-BASED WEBAR TO DIGITIZE LOCAL WISDOM AS AN EFFORT TO INCREASE TOURIST ATTRACTION IN BORDER AREAS

Abstract: Abstract: Current technological developments play a crucial role in driving the tourism industry, one of which is the utilization of technology. However, tourist attractions in border areas face challenges such as limited&#8230; d access to digital information and a lack of interactive media to present local wisdom such as history, customs, and culture. This study aims to develop and implement a QR Code-based Web-based Augmented Reality (WebAR) to digitize local wisdom at tourist attractions, making information more engaging and accessible to tourists. The research methodology adopted three approaches: UCD (User-Centered Design), Agile methods, and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This platform contains the local wisdom of two tourist villages in the border area, namely Sebujit Village and Jagoi Babang Village. The results of testing and evaluation using multiple linear regression and SEM-PLS methods on 45 respondents showed that the WebAR technology acceptance model was significant (F = 6.583; p < 0.001). User Attitude (ATU) is a key variable that significantly influences Intention to Use (BI) (β=0.429; p=0.001), while Ease of Use (PEOU) and Benefit (PU) indirectly influence BI through ATU. As additional validation, the classification test yielded an accuracy of 88.90% and an F1-score of 0.941, confirming that QR Code-based WebAR is effective and well-received as a digital information and promotion medium for local wisdom in border areas. Keywords: border areas; local wisdom; qr code; tourist attractions; web augmented reality.   Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong industri pariwisata, salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Namun, objek wisata di daerah perbatasan menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses informasi digital dan kurangnya media interaktif untuk menyajikan kearifan lokal seperti sejarah, adat istiadat, dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Web-based Augmented Reality (WebAR) berbasis QR Code untuk digitalisasi kearifan lokal objek wisata, menjadikan informasi lebih menarik dan mudah diakses bagi wisatawan. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi tiga pendekatan, UCD (User-Centered Design), metode Agile, dan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Platform ini memuat kearifan lokal dua desa wisata di daerah perbatasan, yaitu Desa Sebujit dan Desa Jagoi Babang. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi dengan metode regresi linier berganda dan SEM-PLS pada 45 responden menunjukkan bahwa model penerimaan teknologi WebAR ini signifikan (F = 6.583; p < 0.001). Sikap Pengguna (ATU) menjadi variabel kunci yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Penggunaan (BI) (β=0.429; p=0.001), sementara Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU) dan Manfaat (PU) memengaruhi BI secara tidak langsung melalui ATU. Sebagai validasi tambahan, uji klasifikasi menghasilkan akurasi 88,90% dan F1-score 0,941, yang menegaskan bahwa WebAR berbasis Kode QR efektif dan dapat diterima dengan baik sebagai media informasi dan promosi digital kearifan lokal di wilayah perbatasan. WEBGIS-BASED GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MAPPING BAKERY SHOPS IN KISARAN CITY

Abstract: Abstract: Bakery MSMEs in Kisaran City play a significant role in the local economy, but their distribution data is still managed manually, making it difficult to access and analyze. This study aims to develop a WebGIS-based&#8230; ased Geographic Information System to map and manage bakery MSME data digitally and in an integrated manner. The research methods include field surveys, spatial and non-spatial data collection, system design using UML, development with Leaflet.js and MySQL, and testing using the blackbox method. The results show that the resulting system is capable of displaying interactive maps with location details, business information, and an easy-to-use search feature. This system makes it easier for the government, business actors, and the public to access MSME information and supports data-based economic development planning. With the output in the form of publications in accredited journals, this research is expected to be an effective solution for MSME data management in other regions. Keyword: bakery; mapping; MSME; WebGIS   Abstrak: UMKM toko roti di Kota Kisaran memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun data persebarannya masih dikelola secara manual sehingga sulit diakses dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis WebGIS untuk memetakan dan mengelola data UMKM toko roti secara digital dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi survei lapangan, pengumpulan data spasial dan non-spasial, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan Leaflet.js dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dihasilkan mampu menampilkan peta interaktif dengan detail lokasi, informasi usaha, dan fitur pencarian yang mudah digunakan. Sistem ini mempermudah pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi UMKM, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi berbasis data. PREDICTION OF STROKE USING LOGISTIC REGRESSION WITH A MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. Along with the development of digital technology, the use of Machine Learning in the health sector&#8230; tor is growing, one of which is in an effort to predict the occurrence of stroke. This study aims to implement the Logistic Regression algorithm in predicting the likelihood of a person having a stroke based on data from the Brain Stroke dataset. The research process includes data preprocessing (missing value handling, normalization, and label encoding), dividing the data into 80% training data and 20% test data, as well as model training. The model was then evaluated using several measures such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, as well as a confusion matrix. The results of the study showed that Logistic Regression was able to provide stroke classification results with an accuracy of 82.4%, precision of 80.1%, recall of 78.6%, F1-score of 79.3%, and a ROC-AUC value of 0.87. Then, the model is integrated into applications that use Streamlit, so it can be used interactively to predict stroke risk in new data. The results of this study show that the combination of Machine Learning and web-based applications has the potential to support efforts to detect early stroke risk.             Keywords: logistic regression; machine learning; prediction; streamlit; stroke.     Abstrak: Stroke adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan Machine Learning dalam bidang kesehatan semakin berkembang, salah satunya dalam upaya memprediksi terjadinya penyakit stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Logistic Regression dalam memprediksi kemungkinan seseorang mengalami stroke berdasarkan data dari dataset Brain Stroke. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data (penanganan missing value, normalisasi, dan label encoding), membagi data menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, serta pelatihan model. Model kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan beberapa ukuran seperti akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan ROC-AUC, serta confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistic Regression mampu memberikan hasil klasifikasi penyakit stroke dengan akurasi sebesar 82,4%, precision 80,1%, recall 78,6%, F1-score 79,3%, dan nilai ROC-AUC sebesar 0,87. Kemudian, model tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi yang menggunakan Streamlit, sehingga dapat digunakan secara interaktif untuk memprediksi risiko stroke pada data baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Machine Learning dan aplikasi berbasis web berpotensi mendukung upaya deteksi dini risiko stroke.   Kata kunci: logistic regression; machine learning; prediksi; streamlit; stroke.

EVALUATION OF HYBRID MOVIE RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM BASED ON NEURAL NETWORKS

Abstract: Abstract: Recommendation systems are becoming increasingly important with the growth of streaming platforms. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of Content-Based Filtering, Neural Collaborative Filtering,&#8230; ing, and a combination of both in a movie recommendation system. The method used in this study involves retrieving movie details from the TMDB API and ratings from the MovieLens 32M Dataset (2010-2023). Each model's performance is evaluated using evaluation metrics such as RMSE and MAE. The results of this study indicate that Neural Collaborative Filtering achieves the best prediction performance (RMSE = 0.785423, MAE = 0.581262), followed by the hybrid model (RMSE = 0.800863, MAE = 0.660872), while Content-Based Filtering produces low performance and limits the capabilities of the hybrid model. In conclusion, these findings highlight the superiority of latent feature-based models such as NCF that learn directly from user interaction patterns over content-based approaches in the context of modern recommendation systems. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kinerja Content-Based Filtering, Neural Collaborative Filtering dan kombinasi keduanya dalam sistem rekomendasi film. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengambilan detail film dari TMDB API dan rating dari dataset MovieLens 32M Dataset (2010-2023). Setiap peforma model dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metrik evaluasi seperti RMSE dan MAE. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Neural Collaborative Filtering mencapai kinerja prediksi terbaik (RMSE = 0.785423, MAE = 0.581262), diikuti oleh model hybrid (RMSE = 0.800863, MAE = 0.660872), sementara Content-Based Filtering menghasilkankan peforma yang rendah dan membatasi kemampuan model hybrid. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyoroti superiotas model berbasis latent feature seperti NCF yang belajar langsung dari pola interaksi pengguna dibandingkan pendekatan berbasis konten dalam konteks sistem rekomendasi modern. ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF "ONLINE EQUIVALENT" E-LEARNING USING WEBQUAL 4.0 AND IPA METHODS

Abstract: Abstract: The use of e-learning in non-formal education is increasingly important to support the improvement of access to learning, one of which is through the online platform. This study aims to analyze the quality of online&#8230; nline services using WebQual 4.0 and Im-portance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to evaluate the suitability between user expectations and perceptions. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to active users, then analyzed using the WebQual Index to measure the overall quality of the system as well as the IPA to determine improvement priorities. The results showed that the quality of SeTARA Online was relatively good with a WebQual Index value of 0.798. However, there is still a gap between user expectations and satisfaction with a negative gap value of -0.238. The IPA analysis identified indicators in Quadrant I as priority improvements, especially in the aspects of service interaction and information presentation. These findings underscore the need for continuous development of features and technical support to optimize the user experience. The conclusion of this study suggests that there should be improvements in priority indicators to increase user satisfaction, as well as strengthen the effectiveness of online learning. Advanced research can expand variables, compare with other platforms, and combine quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for more comprehensive results.   Keywords: e-learning; importance performance analysis; quality of service; online equivalent; webqual 4.0

THE ROLE OF PERCEIVED CONVENIENCE ON WHATSAPP ADOPTION USING UTAUT2 MODEL

Abstract: Abstract: Advancements in digital technology have significantly transformed communication and learning. Traditional learning methods have limitations in providing a fast and interactive learning environment, necessitating&#8230; g accessible technology that enhances student and teacher engagement while ensuring convenience. WhatsApp has emerged as a widely used solution due to its accessibility, privacy features, and cross-platform compatibility, offering users a sense of convenience. This study examines the role of Perceived Convenience in the acceptance and use of WhatsApp in secondary education in Medan City using the UTAUT2 Model. A survey was conducted with 439 respondents from 8 secondary schools in Medan and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS-4. The results indicate that social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, and perceived convenience positively impact the intention to use WhatsApp. Additionally, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, and intention to use significantly influence actual usage behavior. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and price value do not affect either intention or behavior in using WhatsApp. Moderating variables such as age, gender, and experience partially moderate the relationships between independent factors and WhatsApp usage intention and behavior. This study contributes by incorporating Perceived Convenience into the UTAUT2 Model and affirming its role in educational technology adoption.             Keywords: perceived convenience; secondary education; UTAUT2; whatsapp     Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam komunikasi dan pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran tradisional memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang cepat dan interaktif, sehingga diperlukan teknologi yang mudah diakses, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan guru, serta nyaman digunakan. WhatsApp menjadi salah satu solusi dan banyak digunakan karena mudah diakses, privasi yang ditawarkan, serta kompatibilitas lintas platform sehingga memberikan kenyamanan yang dapat dirasakan pengguna ketika menggunakannya. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini menguji peran Persepsi Kenyamanan terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan WhatsApp dalam pendidikan menengah di Kota Medan menggunakan Model UTAUT2. Survei dilakukan pada 439 responden dari 8 sekolah menengah di kota Medan, dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, dan perceived convenience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Sementara itu, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, dan behavioral intention berdampak positif pada use behavior. Namun, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan price value tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat maupun perilaku penggunaan WhatsApp. Variabel moderasi usia, jenis kelamin, dan pengalaman memoderasi sebagian hubungan antara faktor bebas terhadap niat dan perilaku penggunaan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menambahkan variabel persepsi kenyamanan (perceived convenience) ke dalam Model UTAUT2 dan menegaskan perannya dalam adopsi teknologi pendidikan.   Kata kunci: pendidikan menengah; persepsi kenyamanan; UTAUT2; whatsapp

SENTIMENT ANALYSIS OF THE HALODOC APPLICATION USING THE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM) ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: The Halodoc application, as a digital healthcare service platform, has been widely used for various medical purposes, such as doctor consultations, medication purchases, and laboratory services. User interactions&#8230; ns and reviews play a crucial role in enhancing service quality. Sentiment analysis was conducted using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to assess user perceptions and satisfaction based on reviews obtained from the Google Play Store platform. The analysis process included data collection, text preprocessing, data transformation using TF-IDF, and training an SVM model to predict sentiment. The model achieved its highest accuracy of 88.32% in the first scenario. However, accuracy slightly decreased in the second and third scenarios, reaching 86.25% and 86.94%, respectively. The analysis results indicated that the model performed best in the first scenario, with the lowest number of prediction errors. Additionally, the model was more accurate in classifying negative and positive sentiments than neutral ones.             Keywords: halodoc application; sentiment analysis; support vector machine algorithm   Abstrak: Aplikasi Halodoc, sebagai platform layanan kesehatan digital, telah banyak digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan medis seperti konsultasi dokter, pembelian obat, dan layanan laboratorium. Interaksi pengguna dan ulasan mereka memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan ulasan yang diperoleh dari Platform Google Play Store. Proses analisis mencakup pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan teks, transformasi data menggunakan TF-IDF, dan pelatihan model SVM untuk memprediksi sentimen. Hasil pelatihan model dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 88,32% pada skenario pertama. Akurasi sedikit menurun pada skenario kedua dan ketiga, masing-masing sebesar 86,25% dan 86,94%, Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki performa terbaik pada skenario pertama dengan jumlah kesalahan prediksi terkecil.
