research is to develop a mathematical model capable of converting analog values from the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) into a numerical representation that reflects the actual water turbidity level in Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU). The calibration process was performed using a standard Hanna Turbidity Meter with water samples ranging from 0.56 NTU to 500 NTU. Measurement results demonstrated a strong linear relationship between the ADC value (495–686) and NTU, with an average system accuracy level above 90%. Comparison of sensor measurements with the standard instrument showed an error margin below 5%, confirming the reliability of the linear regression model in compensating for optical sensor nonlinearities.

Introduction training is an activity designed to develop an individual’s ability to initiate and maintain conversations, as well as to get to know others with the aim of building positive social relationships. Objective: This study aims to describe nursing care for social isolation disorder: withdrawal, with a focus on the intervention of introduction training. Method: This study used a descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After three days of nursing interventions, the symptoms of social isolation: withdrawal were reduced, and the patient was able to introduce himself. Conclusion: Nursing care for social isolation: withdrawal, focusing on the introduction training intervention over three days, proved to be highly effective for patients with social isolation: withdrawal and can help reduce the associated symptoms.

rol hypertension. The study aims to investigate the relationship between self-care and the decrease in blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sukamakmur Public Health Center. The population was 110 hypertensive patients, and 86 respondents were selected as the sample using a random sampling technique. The research was conducted from 15 to 21 April 2025. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) and blood pressure assessed using a digital sphygmomanometer. The data that was analyzed from the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). This finding indicated a relationship between self-care management and blood pressure decline in hypertensive patients at the Sukamakmur Community Health Center. This study suggests that patients should be more active and consistently do self-care management to help maintain stable blood pressure levels.

time voters from a total population of 182 PPKn students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS 26. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high to very high level of political awareness, as did their level of political participation. Statistical analysis showed a very strong relationship between political awareness and political participation (r = 0.826), with a significant positive effect of 68.2%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the political awareness of first-time voters, the higher their participation in elections. Political awareness is a key factor driving the involvement of the younger generation in the democratic process. Therefore, first-time voters are expected to be more active and critical in determining their political choices, while political parties and prospective leaders need to convey clear, transparent, and educational political messages. Furthermore, educational institutions play a strategic role in fostering students' political awareness as part of civic education, thereby shaping a generation that is critical, participatory, and responsible for the future of Indonesian democracy.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.

udy adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance. Research Objective: To determine the effect of knowledge and attitude on the interest of mothers in using IUD KB at the Wanayasa Health Center. Method: This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 66 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using bivariate and univariate, significance was determined if (p value <0.05). data processing was carried out using SPSS. Result: The results of the study showed that in the knowledge variable there were 37 respondents with good knowledge, 23 respondents with sufficient knowledge and 6 respondents with less knowledge. As for the attitude variable, there were 52 respondents with positive attitudes and 14 respondents with negative attitudes. The results of this study also show that there is an influence between knowledge and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.003, while the attitude variable also shows that there is an influence between attitude and interest in mothers using IUD with P-Value = 0.010. ion, which may reduce PMS symptoms. This study aims to investigate the correlation between physical activity and PMS symptoms among girls in Abulyatama Senior High School. This study used a quantitative technique with a descriptive approach. The population consisted of all 41 adolescent girls at Abulyatama Senior High School who were also selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. The data collection from April 24th to May 5th, 2025. The Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) was used to measure physical activity level, while the Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form (SPAF) was used to assess PMS symptoms. Data analysis used the Chi- Square test using univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results showed a correlation between physical activity and premenstrual syndrome with p = 0.018 correlation (p<0,05). These findings suggest there is a significant correlation between physical activity and reduced PMS symptoms among girls in Abulyatama Senior High School. This study suggests that the girls regularly do physical activity and use it as one non-pharmacological treatment to reduce PMS symptoms.

The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 120 teachers selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman correlation tests and non-parametric regression with the aid of SPSS version 29.00. The results show that all independent variables are positively and significantly related to teacher work team effectiveness (Transformational Leadership: ρ = 0.757; Work Climate: ρ = 0.795; Skill Variety: ρ = 0.767; p < 0.05). Non-parametric regression testing indicates a significant simultaneous effect (ρ = 0.000). Partially, Transformational Leadership (p = 0.253; p = 0.000), Work Climate (ρ = 0.355; p = 0.000), and Skill Variety (ρ = 0.282; p = 0.000) significantly influence teacher work team effectiveness. Work climate is proven to be the dominant factor affecting team effectiveness. The implications of this study affirm that improving teacher work team effectiveness must be carried out holistically through strengthening school principals’ transformational leadership, creating a conducive work climate, and developing teachers’ skill variety.

ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.
