Tinjauan Yuridis Pertimbangan Hakim Dalam Pemberian Dispensasi Kawin Pasca Perubahan Batas Usia Minimum Perkawinan (Studi Penetapan Pengadilan Agama Serang Nomor 2006/Pdt.P/2024/Pa.Srg)

Dela Marsela, Sulkiah Hendrawati, Wahyudi
Abstract: Perkawinan anak masih menjadi persoalan hukum di Indonesia meskipun batas usia minimum perkawinan telah dinaikkan menjadi 19 tahun melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019. Child marriage remains a legal issue in Indonesia even though the minimum age for marriage has been raised to 19 years through Law Number 16 of 2019. This increase in age has actually increased applications for marriage dispensation to the Religious Courts, raising questions regarding the conformity of granted dispensations with applicable regulations and the judge's basis for consideration in granting them. This study aims to analyze the conformity of granting marriage dispensation after the change in the minimum age limit for marriage based on Law Number 16 of 2019 and Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 5 of 2019, as well as to analyze the judge's basis for consideration in Decree Number 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg based on PERMA Number 5 of 2019. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory, case, and conceptual approach. Primary legal materials, including Decree Number 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg and related regulations, were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The research results show that the granting of marriage dispensation is formally and procedurally in conformity with Law Number 16 of 2019 and PERMA Number 5 of 2019, as the judge followed all required procedural steps. However, from a substantive standpoint, the reasoning concerning acts deviating from Islamic teachings is general in nature, so the "very urgent reason" standard tends to be applied loosely. The judge's basis for consideration consists of formal elements, namely authority and completeness of administrative requirements, and material elements, namely the fact of the romantic relationship between the prospective spouses and the application of the fiqh principle of dar'u al-mafasid muqaddamun ala jalbi al-mashalih, which, when reviewed through Marriage Theory, has addressed some aspects of the prospective spouses' readiness but has not been comprehensive regarding psychological readiness.

Liability Of The Board Of Directors For Severance Payments Using Personal Assets: A Legal Review Under Article 1338 Of The Civil Code And Law No. 40 Of 2007

Shafira Putri Azzahra, Sulkiah Hendrawati, Wahyudi
This study examines the legal responsibility of a director who uses personal assets to fulfill a company’s severance payment obligations, particularly from the perspective of Article 1338 of the Indonesian Civil Code and Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. This study aims to analyze the validity of an agreement involving the use of a director’s personal assets and to determine the legal basis of the director’s responsibility for the payment of employee compensation. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively through deductive reasoning. The findings indicate that an agreement in which a director voluntarily undertakes to use personal assets to secure or fulfill the company’s severance obligations may be legally binding as long as it satisfies the requirements for a valid agreement under Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The director’s personal liability arises from the contractual relationship voluntarily established, rather than automatically from the director’s position as a corporate organ. The use of personal assets also does not eliminate the separate legal entity principle between the company and the director. These findings emphasize the importance of clear contractual arrangements in providing legal certainty for the fulfillment of severance obligations.

Tegar Puji Bachtiar, Primaadi Airlangga
Abstract: The rapid growth of electronic transactions necessitates systems capable of monitoring seller quality and reputation across marketplace platforms. This study aims to design and implement a seller referral system on a Laravel… avel 13 based e-commerce platform integrated with performance monitoring and seller accountability mechanisms. Built using the Prototype model encompassing communication, planning, modeling, prototyping, and deployment phases the system utilizes MySQL for database management. Registered sellers can distribute unique referral codes to prospective sellers, with the system automatically recording these relationships to enable structured tracking of activities, product counts, store ratings, and access status of referred sellers. Functional testing conducted via a black-box approach demonstrated that the authentication, referral registration, dashboard, monitoring, order management, and store settings modules operated strictly according to specifications, achieving a 100% test case pass rate. The primary contribution of this research lies in shifting the referral paradigm from simple user acquisition to a peer-accountability framework that holds referring sellers responsible for the performance of their recruits, thereby mitigating the presence of unreliable sellers and fostering greater trust in the online shopping environment.

The increasing prevalence of diabetes mellitus and metabolic diseases among adolescents has become a critical public health concern. Unhealthy dietary habits and low physical activity are key risk factors contributing to elevated blood glucose levels and blood pressure from school age. This study aims to analyze the relationship between dietary habits and metabolic health conditions based on random blood glucose (RBG) levels and blood pressure among students at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. Specifically, this study aims to determine the relationship between sugar consumption habits, random blood glucose levels, and blood pressure in students of SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. This analytical study utilized a cross-sectional design. The research samples consisted of whole blood biological fluids collected through purposive sampling from students at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap in July 2025. Data analysis using the chi-square test showed no significant relationship between glucose consumption habits and blood glucose levels (p=0.314; p>0.05). Similarly, there was no significant relationship between glucose consumption habits and blood pressure (p=0.419; p>0.05). In conclusion, there is no relationship between sugar consumption habits, random blood glucose levels, and blood pressure among students at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. These findings indicate that although most students have normal metabolic health conditions, some adolescents remain at risk for metabolic disorders. Therefore, regular health screening, nutritional education, and the implementation of a healthy lifestyle must be conducted from adolescence as a preventive measure against metabolic diseases and to improve health status within the school environment.

A CASE STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS ON THE MENTAL HEALTH OF UIN PALOPO STUDENTS

Nurpadila, Nurpadila, Efendi P, Efendi P
Abstract: Romantic relationships are one form of interpersonal relationship that can influence the emotional and psychological conditions of university students. Romantic relationships can provide emotional support, comfort, attention,… tion, a place to share problems, and motivation. However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.

LEADERSHIP AND WORK-LIFE AS DRIVING FACTORS FOR EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

Ohoiwutun, Stanislaus Kostka, Rahawarin, Mohamad Arsad
Abstract: This study examines how leadership and work-life balance influence employee performance directly and indirectly through employee engagement at the Fisheries Service of Central Maluku Regency. A descriptive quantitative,… causal-correlational design was applied to the entire population of 49 employees using total sampling. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, path analysis, and Sobel tests to estimate direct, indirect, and mediating effects. The findings show that leadership significantly affects employee engagement (beta = 0.582; p < 0.001), while work-life balance also has a significant, although smaller, effect on engagement (beta = 0.129; p = 0.005). Employee engagement strongly affects performance (beta = 0.942; p < 0.001). In contrast, the direct effects of leadership (beta = 0.034; p = 0.613) and work-life balance (beta = -0.008; p = 0.756) on performance are not significant. Sobel testing confirms that employee engagement mediates the effect of leadership on performance (p = 0.00015) and the effect of work-life balance on performance (p = 0.03). The model explains 92.4% of the variance in performance. The study's novelty lies in demonstrating, within a local public-sector context, that leadership and work-life balance improve performance primarily by strengthening employee engagement rather than through direct effects. These findings imply that public organizations should prioritize engagement-oriented leadership and work-life policies to achieve sustainable employee performance.

Digital Financial Transparency and Sustainable Public Governance: Evidence From Local Governments in West Java Province

Utie, Maulida Salmi, Ulfa, Muthia, Dalimunthe, Imaniel Rahel Riana
Abstract: Digital financial transparency is crucial for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly for building accountable and trustworthy public institutions. Limited studies examine whether digitalization… actually delivers accessible financial information and whether such transparency strengthens sustainable public governance. This study addresses that gap by constructing an original, multi-dimensional, portal-level Digital Financial Transparency Index (DFTI) and linking it to sustainable public governance, an association not previously tested at the Indonesian subnational level. Using a quantitative, explanatory design, financial management and public information portals are assessed through content analysis. Twenty-one indicators covering organizational information, financial transparency, and website accessibility are aggregated into the DFTI. Sustainable public governance is proxied by the 2024 electronic-based government system (SPBE) index, the only nationally standardized, externally assessed, and annually published measure of digital public administration maturity in Indonesia. Ordinary least squares regression tests the hypothesis, complemented by Spearman correlation as a non-parametric robustness check suited to the small city and regency subsamples. The findings show DFTI has a positive and significant effect on SPBE (β = 0.026; p = 0.032). The effect operates through content rather than appearance: among regencies, organizational information and financial transparency correlate significantly (p < 0.05) with SPBE, website accessibility does not. The results provide recommendations that local governments should adopt a standardized minimum financial-disclosure content and prioritize the weakest indicators, which are raw data, citizen-friendly budget summaries, and personal data protection. Also the provincial government should channel budget-capacity support to low-DFTI regencies, where transparency and maturity are most strongly associated with budget resources to advance SDG 17.

Market Image, TikTok Promotion, and Visit Intention: The Mediating Role of Perceived Shopping Accessibility in a Traditional Market

Yusuf, Muh. Arsyad, Budiyanti, Hety, Riu, Isma Azis, Hasnidar, Azhari, Azlan
Abstract: Traditional markets face increasing competition from modern retail and digital commerce, requiring effective strategies to sustain consumers' visit intention despite physical accessibility constraints. This study investigates… gates the effects of market image and TikTok promotion on consumers' visit intention, with perceived shopping accessibility serving as a mediating variable in the context of Pasar Cidu Makassar. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 130 consumers who had visited Pasar Cidu Makassar. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that market image and TikTok promotion have positive and significant effects on both perceived shopping accessibility and visit intention. Perceived shopping accessibility also has a positive and significant effect on visit intention. However, it does not mediate the relationships between market image and visit intention or between TikTok promotion and visit intention. These findings suggest that consumers' intention to visit a traditional market is influenced more by favorable market image and effective digital promotion than by perceived shopping accessibility. Traditional market managers can utilize TikTok to promote market products, atmosphere, and activities through engaging and informative content to strengthen consumers' intention to visit. Consistent TikTok promotion can also serve as a practical digital marketing strategy to increase the market's visibility among potential visitors. This study contributes to the literature on traditional market marketing by demonstrating the importance of integrating market image and social media promotion to strengthen consumers' visit intention despite physical accessibility limitations.

The Effect of Efficiency, Market Ratio, Liquidity and Leverage on Financial Performance: Evidence from Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70)

Zana, Happiness, Santoso, Suryo Budi, Winarni, Dwi, Pratama, Bima Cinintya, Hapsari, Ira
Abstract: Companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) provide a unique research context because they operate within an Islamic capital market framework that applies sharia screening criteria and financial requirements.… . Despite being guided by the same sharia principles and regulatory environment, JII70 companies still show variations in financial performance. Although previous research has examined the factors that affect financial performance, empirical evidence regarding the influence of efficiency, market ratios, liquidity, and leverage still shows inconsistent results, particularly in companies that comply with sharia principles. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of efficiency, market ratio, liquidity, and leverage on the financial performance of companies listed on JII70 by using Return on Assets (ROA) as a performance indicator. This study uses a quantitative approach by utilizing secondary data obtained from the annual reports of 57 non-financial companies during the period 2021–2025, resulting in 285 company-year observations. Panel data regression analysis was performed using the Fixed Effects model with Driscoll–Kraay error standard to overcome the problems of heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results show that efficiency measured by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and market ratio measured by Price-to-Book Value (PBV) have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR) and leverage measured by Debt-to-Asset Ratio (DAR) have a positive but not statistically significant effect on financial performance. The findings of this study support the Signaling Theory by showing that efficiency and market ratio provide stronger signals regarding company quality and financial performance in the context of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. These findings provide practical implications for managers in improving company performance as well as for investors in making more informed investment decisions
