research analyzes the gap between food production and demand, identifying key commodities such as rice, corn, and soybeans. By evaluating the availability, accessibility, and affordability of these staple foods, the study investigates how local agricultural practices, infrastructure, and external factors like climate change and market volatility affect food security in the region. The findings reveal significant challenges in meeting the demand for rice and soybeans, despite the province's ability to achieve a surplus in corn production. The methodology employed in this study involves both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data was gathered through field surveys, interviews with local farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers, as well as secondary data from government reports, agricultural statistics, and market analyses. A comparative analysis was conducted to examine trends in food production, consumption patterns, and price fluctuations over the past five years. The study also incorporated geographic information system (GIS) mapping to assess the distribution of agricultural resources and the effectiveness of existing infrastructure in connecting farmers to markets. The findings suggest that despite the province's agricultural potential, South Sulawesi continues to face challenges in achieving full food self-sufficiency. The study recommends a multifaceted approach to addressing food insecurity and achieving food self-sufficiency, including improving rural infrastructure, adopting modern agricultural technologies, and diversifying food crops.

such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.

Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. The research problem addressed is how the implementation of e-Government in Merauke Regency can improve the quality of public services and what obstacles are encountered during its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews with local government officials, direct observations in several agencies implementing e-Government, and document analysis related to policies and system implementation.
The findings indicate that while the implementation of e-Government in Merauke has improved the accessibility and efficiency of public services, several challenges remain, including inadequate technological infrastructure, limited human resource capacity, and low levels of digital literacy among the population. However, positive outcomes were also noted, such as the reduction of bureaucracy, acceleration of service processes, and increased transparency in public administration management. This study recommends that the Merauke government strengthen technological infrastructure, provide continuous training for government officials, and raise public awareness regarding the importance of utilizing digital systems.

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the important role of Information Technology education in improving the quality of education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. On the other hand, the use of IT can enhance the quality of learning through various innovations such as e-learning, simulations, and interactive learning tools that support a deeper and more enjoyable understanding of the material. chatbots, virtual counselors, and digital mental health platforms presents various opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications that require comprehensive examination. This study aims to analyze the opportunities offered by AI, the challenges associated with its implementation, and the ethical implications of its use in online counseling services. The study employed a literature review method with a qualitative approach, examining 15 scientific articles published between 2016 and 2026. Data were analyzed using content analysis through the synthesis of findings from previous studies. The results indicate that AI has the potential to expand access to counseling services, improve service efficiency, support preliminary assessments, and facilitate the delivery of more personalized and data-driven interventions. However, the use of AI continues to face several challenges, including limitations in understanding human emotions and social contexts, the risk of inaccurate responses, algorithmic bias, and the potential for user dependency on technology. The most prominent ethical concerns involve privacy protection, data security, algorithmic transparency, system accountability, and professional responsibility. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a supportive tool or co-counselor for professional counselors rather than a replacement for human practitioners. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI into a comprehensive analytical framework.

This study aims to explore the practices of accountability and transparency in zakat fund management at the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sumbawa Regency and to examine their contribution to public trust. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that accountability has been implemented through financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109, external auditing, and structured accountability mechanisms. Transparency is demonstrated through the dissemination of information via the official website, social media platforms, print media, and public outreach activities. The implementation of these principles contributes to strengthening the trust of muzakki (zakat payers) and generating tangible benefits for mustahik (zakat beneficiaries), although improvements in information accessibility and the development of productive zakat programs remain necessary. The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of the interrelationship between accountability, transparency, muzakki trust, and the perceived benefits experienced by mustahik within the context of regional zakat management at BAZNAS Sumbawa Regency.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.
