nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

This study aims to analyze the opportunities, challenges, and implications of digital transformation for the development of guidance and counseling practices. A qualitative approach was employed through a Systematic Literature Review of scholarly articles published between 2016 and 2026. The data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify key themes related to digital guidance and counseling services. The findings reveal that digital technologies enhance service accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness, while also fostering innovation through the utilization of digital applications and artificial intelligence. Nevertheless, the transformation continues to face challenges, including counselors’ limited digital competencies, barriers to virtual therapeutic communication, and concerns related to ethics, privacy, and data security. The study concludes that a hybrid service model integrating face-to-face counseling with digital counseling represents the most appropriate approach for addressing students’ needs in the digital era. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive synthesis that integrates technological dimensions, counselor competencies, professional ethics, data security, and humanistic approaches as a foundation for the development of effective and sustainable digital guidance and counseling services.

oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

ademic, social, and mobility activities of the academic community, which heavily depends on pedestrian facilities. Field observations reveal several key issues with the pedestrian facilities in this area, including the sidewalk width not meeting the minimum standard, lack of accessibility features for people with disabilities, absence of vegetation or shade, and insufficient signage and road markings to guide users. These conditions result in discomfort and insecurity for pedestrians, as well as failing to support the principles of inclusivity in infrastructure planning. The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews. Based on the analysis, the majority of respondents expressed the need for improvements to the sidewalk quality, addition of shade trees, enhanced accessibility for people with disabilities, and the installation of supporting facilities such as street lighting. The study then recommends several improvement measures, such as widening the sidewalks to at least 1.5 meters, providing ramps and Guiding blocks, planting vegetation along the pedestrian routes, and installing road signs and markings. These recommendations aim to improve pedestrian comfort and safety. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in creating a campus area that is more friendly, safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all users, while also supporting sustainable mobility.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the factors influencing individual investment interest in PT. Indonex Bangun Investama, a key player in the Indonesian capital market. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 82 active investors of PT. Indonex Bangun Investama. Data analysis utilizes various statistical techniques such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of risk, motivation, and investment knowledge variables on investment interest. The analysis results indicate that risk and motivation significantly affect investment interest, while investment knowledge, although important, does not significantly influence investment interest individually. These findings provide deeper insights into the psychological and economic factors underlying individual investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The implications of this research suggest the need for a more holistic and strategic educational approach to enhance financial literacy and effective risk mitigation in individual investment strategies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of education strategies and risk management in the Indonesian capital market context, laying a foundation for further discussions on expanding accessibility and participation in investment among the public.

Bawaslu Asahan Regency has not yet developed a specific tool for consistent data entry and database management to accommodate the existing reports. This has resulted in difficulties for Bawaslu when receiving hundreds of reports from district supervisors. Therefore, the E-Form Model A system is urgently needed to simplify the report entry and storage process. The data collection techniques for this research involved direct observation and interviews at the Bawaslu office in Asahan Regency. The development of this e-form system used PHP programming language and CodeIgniter 3 Framework. The research results show that the E-Form Model A system facilitates easier access and report submission, shortens data management time, and automatically displays violation findings, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of election oversight. Thus, this system can make a positive contribution to improving Bawaslu Asahan Regency's performance in election supervision.

Abstrak: Pada PILKADA 2020, Bawaslu menerima kurang lebih 3.100 laporan dari 25 kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan. Proses pelaporan yang masih manual mengakibatkan keterbatasan aksesibilitas data, efisiensi waktu, dan penanganan yang sulit terhadap jumlah laporan yang besar. Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki alat khusus penginputan dan pangkalan data yang konsisten untuk menampung laporan yang sudah ada. Hal ini mengakibatkan Bawaslu mengalami kesulitan saat menerima ratusan laporan dari Pengawas Kecamatan. Maka sistem E-Form Model A sangat diperlukan untuk memudahkan sistem penginputan dan penyimpanan laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung di kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun pembangunan sistem e-form ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Form Model A memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengisian laporan, memperpendek waktu pengelolaan data, serta menampilkan temuan pelanggaran secara otomatis, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengawasan pemilu. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan dalam pengawasan pemilu.

ormation system. The main problem faced by the partner was the manual and unstructured recording and reporting process, as well as the low accessibility of information for congregants. The methods used included consultation to identify needs, science and technology substitution to implement modern systems, and technical training for mosque administrators. The results showed that the administrators were able to operate the system independently, with a level of understanding reaching 93.5% with an average evaluation score of 3.74 out of 4. The developed information system supports transaction recording, financial reporting, and transparent ZIS fund distribution. Additionally, the activity produced outputs in the form of a web application, digital training modules, and technical documentation that can be used sustainably. This program contributes significantly to strengthening accountability and congregational engagement in religious social fund management.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi pengelolaan zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah (ZIS) di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Kab. Bandung melalui implementasi sistem informasi berbasis website. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah proses pencatatan dan pelaporan manual yang tidak terstruktur serta rendahnya akses informasi bagi jamaah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi konsultasi untuk identifikasi kebutuhan, substitusi ipteks untuk penerapan teknologi, serta pelatihan teknis untuk pengurus masjid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengurus masjid mampu mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri dengan tingkat pemahaman mencapai 93.5% dengan skor rata-rata evaluasi sebesar 3.74 dari 4. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mendukung pencatatan transaksi, pelaporan keuangan, serta transparansi distribusi dana ZIS. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa aplikasi web, modul pelatihan digital, dan dokumentasi teknis yang dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat akuntabilitas dan keterlibatan jamaah dalam pengelolaan dana sosial keagamaan.

This community service initiative aims to enhance the technological skills of human resources at PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II, particularly in electronic archive management. The methods employed involve socialization and technical training on using e-archive applications for four PPK-PPTJT employees. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews to assess the participants' improvement in understanding and skills. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' capabilities: 25% reported a better understanding of the benefits of e-archives, 75% enhanced their operational application skills, and 25% felt more confident in managing electronic archives. The implementation of e-archives has successfully reduced reliance on physical documents and expedited the toll road land procurement administration process, ultimately increasing the operational efficiency of PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip secara konvensional dengan menggunakan berkas fisik di instansi Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen Pelaksana Pengadaan Tanah Jalan Tol (PPK-PPTJT) Jambi-Betung II menyebabkan lambatnya pencarian dokumen, rentan kehilangan data, dan terbatasnya aksesibilitas terhadap informasi penting. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II dalam hal digitalisasi dan pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan aplikasi e-arsip bagi empat pegawai PPK-PPTJT. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan empat peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 19% peserta lebih memahami manfaat e-arsip, 31% peningkatan kemampuan operasional aplikasi, dan 25% peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Penerapan e-arsip berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan pada arsip fisik, mempercepat proses administrasi pengadaan tanah jalan tol, efisiensi ruang penyimpan, dan kemudahan monitoring dan evaluasi proses operasional PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.
