The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables.The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships.
Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.

The research instrument utilized the matching method, in which students were required to match pictures with the corresponding vocabulary items. The study was conducted at SMA YPPK St. Thomas Wamena, selecting the seventh-grade students as the population for the 2025/2026 academic year. The researcher applied a cluster sampling technique and selected 30 students as the research sample. Pre- and post-tests were given in order to gather data. Before and after the treatment, students' initial vocabulary mastery was measured with a pre-test, and their performance was evaluated with a post-test. The independent variable in this study was the use of posters, whereas the dependent variable was students’ vocabulary achievement. The findings of the data analysis of the students' vocabulary knowledge in the pre- and post-tests revealed that the t-test value was 17.40 and the t-table value was 2.045. Students' vocabulary competence improved significantly, as evidenced by the t-test value being greater than the t-table value (17.40 > 2.045). This result implies that the pre- and post-test results varied significantly.

The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.

. This study aims to optimize bread product sales by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze daily sales performance at Toko Roti Amin. The data used includes sales volume and transaction frequency for bread products, consisting of 356 data points. The results show that the bread products can be grouped into three clusters: 129 data in the “Good Sales” cluster, 28 data in the “Moderate Sales” cluster, and 199 data in the “Low Sales” cluster. These findings assist bakery owners in managing stock, production planning, and more targeted marketing strategies. Although there are limitations in using K-Means Clustering, such as dependence on the initial centroid selection, this study proves that applying this technique can enhance inventory management and maximize profit in the bakery business.

The results of this study show the visualization of the distribution of Dettol soap product clusters and grouping based on sales levels. principals play a strategic role in developing an adaptive, collaborative, and character-oriented organizational culture that supports students’ holistic development. This study focuses on publication trends, thematic cluster structures, and the tendencies of leadership style implementation in strengthening Islamic school culture based on bibliometric analysis. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis of 397 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2019-2025. Data collection was conducted using Publish or Perish, while data visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer through keyword co-occurrence techniques. The findings reveal that school culture and distributed leadership emerged as the most dominant themes and occupied central positions within the bibliometric network. The shift in research paradigms indicates a transition from structural approaches toward participatory, collaborative, and contextual approaches in modern educational leadership. Another finding demonstrates that the concepts of Islamic school and Islamic leadership have not yet appeared prominently in international research networks, thereby indicating a significant research gap regarding the integration of Islamic values into school culture and educational leadership practices. This study concludes that the strengthening of school culture is influenced not only by the administrative capabilities of school principals, but also by their ability to foster collaboration, social relations, innovation, and the continuous internalization of moral values. The novelty of this research lies in the use of bibliometric analysis to systematically map the relationship between leadership styles and Islamic school culture, while also offering a perspective on integrating the values of amanah, shura, and exemplary conduct into modern collaborative leadership models.
