Descriptive, namely research that aims to describe the nature, circumstances, phenomena, of an individual or group that you want to study. Qualitative research emphasizes quality not quantity and the data collected does not come from questionnaires but comes from interviews, direct observation and other related documents, and in this study the respondents are known as resource persons. The findings of this study explain that E11evenkick Academy is being faced with threats from outside the company but currently these threats can be suppressed and minimized by maximizing and optimizing the internal strengths of E11evenkick Academy. Based on the SWOT analysis, E11 Evenkick Academy is in quadrant II of the SWOT diagram. The strategy that must be implemented is to use the company's strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities by way of a diversification strategy. The diversification strategy in question is how E11evenkick Academy can increase growth, sales and profits through expanding its market sector. This strategy will serve as the basis for E11evenkick Academy to increase competitiveness, especially in Makassar City.

The Jambi Provincial Transportation Agency currently uses a centralized mobile-based attendance application. However, the system still has limitations in managing attendance data and internal reports. This study aims to design a web-based Employee Attendance Information System using the Prototype method. The system was modeled using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The results show that the system supports employee check-in and check-out processes, employee data management, attendance recapitulation, and reporting more effectively and in an integrated manner.

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing child-friendly education management on student independence and creativity at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Buah Hati. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.

This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru about the dangers of cyberbullying and encourage them to use social media responsibly. This activity was conducted through interactive outreach and education, such as video screenings, discussion sessions, and role-plays involving students. The activity results demonstrated increased students' understanding of the impacts, causes, and preventive measures of cyberbullying. Furthermore, students showed enthusiasm for becoming anti-cyberbullying digital literacy agents in their schools and communities.

The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. Variabel likuiditas diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR), profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), sedangkan nilai perusahaan diproksikan menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dan total 160 observasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22, yang diawali dengan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan, likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas dan profitabilitas mampu menjelaskan variasi nilai perusahaan sebesar 39,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa investor pada sektor properti dan real estate lebih mempertimbangkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba dibandingkan hanya kemampuan menjaga likuiditas perusahaan.

Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan masing-masing perusahaan selama periode pengamatan 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas (CR) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Sementara itu, leverage (DER) berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Secara simultan likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, terutama dalam menjaga tingkat likuiditas yang memadai dan pengendalain struktur utang agar perusahaan tetap mampu memperoleh laba secara berkelanjutan.

ravel rhythms—have become contested arenas where technocratic planning collides with residents’ everyday realities. This study aims to examine how mobility spaces in Makassar are produced, negotiated, and lived by urban dwellers amid infrastructural dysfunction and unequal access.
Using a qualitative, city-based ethnographic approach, the research was conducted across key mobility corridors and densely populated neighborhoods. Conceptually, this study draws on the frameworks of spatial anarchy (Castells & Smith), temporal disorientation (Zerubavel), and the politics of infrastructure (Larkin) to analyze how disorganized space and time shape citizens’ mobility experiences.
Findings reveal that Makassar’s mobility space is marked by spatial fragmentation, erratic urban rhythms, and various forms of micro-resistance—such as the use of informal routes, modifications to pete-pete (minibus) trajectories, and the occupation of street space by informal economic activities.
This research contributes theoretically to urban anthropology and the discourse on mobility justice by foregrounding the need to understand cities from below—through the lived experiences of residents who continuously adapt within unruly and unstable urban environments

Education focused on these aspects helps create well-rounded students who possess not only intellectual capabilities but also strong moral values, empathy, and the ability to contribute positively to society. However, the rise of globalization and technological advancements, particularly through social media, presents challenges in preserving Islamic values in education. These external influences can expose students to ideologies and behaviors that conflict with Islamic principles. Historical Islamic figures, including the Prophets, have exemplified the correct practice of akidah and akhlak, setting an example for current generations. The Quran and Hadith emphasize the importance of adhering to moral values and avoiding negative behaviors. As such, integrating akidah and akhlak in the PAI curriculum is vital for developing students' character and integrity. This study aims to explore how moral education can shape the character of students by focusing on akidah and akhlak, and how this integration can create a generation that is responsible, principled, and capable of thriving in a complex and diverse world. By enhancing akidah and akhlak education, this study seeks to contribute to the improvement of educational policies and the development of morally grounded individuals in Indonesian society.
