The butterfly pea flower extract was then used in three different concentrations: 2 ml, 4 ml, and 6 ml. This composition variation is divided into nine samples with the addition of olive oil and butterfly pea flower extract, respectively. The resulting product has been tested in four categories: pH test, free fatty acid test, ethanol insoluble substance test, and active ingredient test. The experimental results that met SNI 2588-2017 were sample 1, with a variation of the composition of 15 ml of olive oil and 2 ml of butterfly pea flower extract. with a pH test result of 5, an insoluble test result in ethanol of 0.16%, a free fatty acid test result of 0.2256%, an active ingredient test result of 24%, and an organoleptic test result in three categories, namely color, odor, and shape, is level 4 (preferred).

This research was conducted based on data from students of SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Kisaran which contained questions about feelings of wrong majors, interests, and determinants of other majors. Data is divided into 2 labels, namely free labels (y) and bound labels (x). Followed by dividing the dataset into training data and testing data with a ratio of 70:30 in both methods to get the level of accuracy. From the results given, it can be seen that the C45 algorithm has an accuracy of 85% and the Naive Bayes algorithm has an accuracy of 26%. This shows that the C45 algorithm is more effective in classifying the available datasets compared to the Naive Bayes.

The findings indicate that employee performance is generally good but not yet optimal. The organizational characteristics show that duties and functions have been carried out properly, although challenges remain, particularly regarding employee capabilities, which affect the timeliness of task execution. The work environment is divided into external and internal environments. The external environment, which includes factors outside the organization, influences decision-making and organizational actions. The internal environment, which encompasses the organizational climate, plays a crucial role in the overall functioning of the organization. Regarding employee characteristics, there is a variation in educational levels and employee competencies, which contribute to delays in completing tasks. Efforts to improve performance are being made through training provided by the sub-district head, which gradually helps employees master their duties.

The results of the analysis show that (1) the overall level of farmer participation in agricultural extension activities is included in the less active category. Compared to the participation stage, farmers are more active in implementation than planning. Corn farmers in Marobea Village are more active than corn farmers in Lakalamba Village. (2) Agricultural extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea and Lakalamba Villages is most effective in increasing knowledge (cognitive) and subsequently influencing attitudes (affective), but less effective in encouraging action tendencies (behavioral). Extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea Village is more effective compared to corn farmer groups in Lakalamba Village. The more active farmers are, the more motivated they are to apply extension materials. and (3) Factors that determine the effectiveness of extension communication include extension factors, extension methods, and facilities and infrastructure. Extension factors related to the effectiveness of extension communication are the attitude, communication and knowledge aspects of the instructor. Aspects of method suitability and effectiveness are also related to the effectiveness of extension communication which is supported by the availability of extension infrastructure.

Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan dagang sektor grosir yang memiliki kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 perusahaan dan 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yakni (1) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. (2) Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. (3) Cash Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. hod with a non-equivalent control group design, involving 40 seventh-grade students divided into an experimental group (n=20) and a control group (n=20). The experimental group received tactical game–based learning focused on understanding game situations, decision-making, and applying tactical concepts within the context of play. In contrast, the control group followed conventional technique-based instruction emphasizing repetition of basic movements. Measurement of fundamental movement skills, particularly manipulative skills in volleyball, was conducted using the Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) test during the pretest and posttest stages. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferentially using paired-sample t-tests to identify changes within each group, as well as independent-sample t-tests to examine differences in improvement between groups at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that both groups experienced significant improvement in fundamental movement skills. However, the improvement in the experimental group was statistically more pronounced than in the control group, accompanied by a large effect size indicating a strong impact of the treatment. These findings confirm that volleyball game–based tactical learning provides a more effective contribution to developing students’ fundamental movement skills compared to conventional instruction. Theoretically and practically, this study recommends the implementation of tactic-based approaches as more relevant, authentic, and competency-oriented learning strategies in physical education.

Harold Lasswell described communication as a process that can be explained through the following questions: “who says what in which channel to whom with what effect?” This question highlights the complexity of communication within an organization, which is also relevant for study in organizations such as the Student Representative Council of Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya, especially in the context of significant changes that are taking place. This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.
