of food crops in the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency. Based on data on food crop production from 2012 to 2019 at the Asahan District Agriculture Office experienced ups and downs, food crop production sometimes does not meet the consumption of people in Asahan Regency (devisit) and sometimes overproduction (surplus). So far, the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency has predicted the production of food crops only with estimates so that the results are not accurate. Based on these problems, a proper forecasting system is needed so that it is able to predict the production rate of food crops quickly and accurately. Applications are built using Visual Basic Net 2010 and MySQL databases and use the Single Moving Average method. The results of this study can help the Agriculture Office of Asahan Regency in predicting the amount of food crop production in the next period according to the needs.

Abstrak: Pangan merupakan bahan makanan paling utama yang di butuhkan oleh manusia, selain untuk dikomsumsi, hasil produksi dari tanamana pangan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber usaha dalam perekonomian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi produksi tanaman pangan pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan. Berdasarkan data produksi tanaman pangan dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2019 pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan mengalami naik turun, produksi tanaman pangan terkadang tidak memenuhi konsumsi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan (devisit) dan terkadang kelebihan produksi (surplus). Selama ini Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan melakukan prediksi produksi tanaman pangan hanya dengan perkiraaan-perkiraan saja sehingga hasilnya tidak akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem peramalan yang tepat sehingga mampu meramalkan tingkat produksi tanaman pangan dengan cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Visual Basic Net 2010 dan database MySQL serta menggunakan metode Single Moving Average. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan dalam memprediksi jumlah produksi tanaman pangan pada periode berikutnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstrak : Jaman Modern sekarang ini, kebutuhan bahan pangan sangat meningkat di kalangan manusia, itu sebanding dengan banyaknya pertumbuhan penduduk di dunia sekarang ini. Dalam hal itu, dibutuhkanlah peralatan teknik sederhana yang banyak dipergunakan sehari-hari baik bagi kebutuhan rumah tangga maupun kebutuhan para petani. Dengan demikian peralatan konvensional yang masih dipergunakan baik itu di kalangan para petani, itu akan memperlambat pertumbuhan produksi pertanian. Untuk itu, dibutuhkanlah peralatan teknologi yang maju bahkan yang modern sekarang ini yang sudah banyak dipergunakan di perkotaan. Oleh sebab itu, sebelum mempergunakan beberapa alat-alat modern yang sekarang ini, perlu diberikan metode pendidikan pengetahuan berupa sosialisasi penggunaan peralatan sederhana yang kebanyakan dipergunakan di lingkungan pendidikan maupun di lingkungan para petani. Sehingga sosialisasi pengenalan alat teknik tersebut merupakan yang sangat penting sekarang ini, untuk menghindari penyalah gunaan peralatan teknik tersebut, yang disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan para masyarakat. Dengan dilakukannya sosialisasi alat-alat teknik sederhana tersebut, akan menghasilkan pemahaman yang baik diseluruh pemangku kepentingan yang di sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Dolog Pardamean baik guru maupun siswa yang akan dapat mengenal alat-alat teknik mesin sederhana yang dipakai baik itu di sekolah maupun di rumah.

The low number of writers in Indonesia means that scientific publications in Indonesia are still inadequate. In 2019, Indonesia succeeded in publishing the most scientific papers when compared to other ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. However, this figure is still insufficient, so that efforts are needed to increase the number and quality of good research writing. This activity aims to help make it happen. The target of this activity is students, both from public and private universities in Palembang City. The methods used in this PkM activity were material presentation, practical assistance, and discussion together. Based on the results of the questionnaire answers from 36 participants, the majority of participants agreed that this activity provided new knowledge and information in the topic of research writing. In addition, most of the participants also found this training interesting and made them excited to write a good research. So it can be concluded that the majority of students are not proficient in using Mendeley and Grammarly software and feel that both software can make writing their research easier.

Rendahnya jumlah penulis di Indonesia membuat publikasi ilmiah di Indonesia masih kurang mencukupi. Pada tahun 2019, Indonesia berhasil menerbitkan karya ilmiah terbanyak jika dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN lainnya seperti Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Namun angka tersebut masih belum mencukupi, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas penulisan penelitian yang baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkannya. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para mahasiswa, baik dari perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah Pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil jawaban kuisioner dari 36 peserta, mayoritas peserta sepakat bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi baru dalam topik penulisan penelitian. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta juga menganggap pelatihan ini menarik dan membuat mereka bersemangat untuk menulis penelitian dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa belum mahir menggunakan software Mendeley dan Grammarly dan merasakan bahwa kedua software tersebut dapat mempermudah penulisan riset mereka.

e commonly used for image upscaling; however, these approaches often produce blurred images, lose fine textures, and fail to reconstruct complex visual structures. This study aims to enhance digital image resolution by employing a deep learni based approach using a Low-Light Convolutional Neural Network (LLCNN) built upon a Deep Neural Network (DNN) architecture. The dataset used in this study is the DIV2K dataset, which consists of 1,000 high-resolution images. These images were downsampled using scaling factors of ×2, ×3, and ×4 to generate paired Low Resolution–High Resolution (LR–HR) data for training and evaluation. The proposed LLCNN is designed to extract important features such as edges, textures, and local patterns through multiple convolutional layers, followed by non-linear mapping to reconstruct high-resolution images more accurately. Quantitative performance evaluation was conducted using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and the Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). Model performance was evaluated quantitatively using the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) metric. Experimental results showed that the proposed method improved image quality compared to the bilinear method. These results indicate that the deep learning based approach effectively improves image sharpness and structural fidelity, thereby demonstrating its potential for digital image resolution enhancement.

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama dalam pengolahan citra digital adalah keterbatasan resolusi yang menyebabkan detail visual sulit dipertahankan ketika citra diperbesar. Metode konvensional seperti Bilinear Interpolation masih banyak digunakan, namun sering menghasilkan citra buram, kehilangan tekstur halus, serta tidak mampu merekonstruksi struktur visual yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas resolusi citra digital dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan deep learning berbasis Low-Light Convolutional Neural Network (LLCNN) yang dibangun di atas arsitektur Deep Neural Network (DNN). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari dataset DIV2K, yang terdiri dari 1000 citra beresolusi tinggi. Citra tersebut diturunkan menjadi resolusi rendah menggunakan faktor downsampling ×2, ×3, dan ×4 untuk membentuk pasangan data Low Resolution–High Resolution (LR–HR) sebagai data pelatihan dan pengujian. LLCNN dirancang untuk mengekstraksi fitur-fitur penting seperti tepi, tekstur, dan pola lokal melalui beberapa lapisan konvolusi, kemudian melakukan pemetaan non-linear guna merekonstruksi citra resolusi tinggi secara lebih presisi. Evaluasi performa model dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan metrik Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR). Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas citra dibandingkan metode bilinear. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis deep learning efektif dalam meningkatkan ketajaman dan kesesuaian struktur citra digital.

k-Centered System Design (TCSD) method in designing the Muara Enim Regency Demographic Data Information System. The TCSD method was chosen to ensure that the prototype design process was systematic and focused on user needs and tasks. The research stages included identification, user-centered needs analysis, scenario-based design, and walkthrough evaluation. The designed prototype supports several main tasks, including viewing demographic statistics, searching for specific data, submitting data download requests, and contacting the admin. The evaluation was conducted through online usability testing using the Maze platform with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving 13 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the “good” category. This confirms that the interface design has met usability standards, is user-friendly, and is capable of supporting user needs in accessing and managing demographic data. Thus, the application of the TCSD method has proven to be effective in producing an interface design that is focused on user tasks and can be the basis for further system development.

Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.

"Tax Me" is expected to be able to provide education to taxpayers, overcome taxpayers' concerns about the tax calculation and reporting process as well as in choosing a tax consultant who can be trusted. This research aims to perform sentiment analysis on user reviews found in the Google Play Store review column. The methods used for sentiment analysis are Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The test results show that with a 10% test data and 90% training data proportion, the SVM method achieves the highest accuracy of 95%. Naive Bayes follows with an accuracy of 87%, and K-NN with an accuracy of 75%.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Mobile JKN adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah administrasi kesehatan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2017. Aplikasi ini telah diunduh lebih dari 10 juta pengguna dengan 484 ribu ulasan beragam positif, negatif, dan netral. Rata-rata rating yang diberikan pengguna adalah 4,5 bintang dari 5 bintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna yang terdapat di kolom review Google Play Store. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sentimen adalah Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan proporsi data uji sebesar 10% dan data training sebesar 90%, metode SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 95%. Diikuti oleh Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 87%, dan K-NN dengan akurasi 75%.

Barang yang dapat dikirim pun ada berbagai macam mulai dari barang yang kecil, barang yang besar seperti kendaraan, ataupun barang yang bersifat privasi seperti dokumen. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa saat ini jasa pengiriman barang menjadi andalan masyarakat semenjak melandanya pandemi. Namun, pada beberapa kasus dengan melandanya COVID-19 ini bisa menurunkan penghasilan pada jasa layanan pengiriman barang dikarenakan munculnya kebijakan lock down di berbagai daerah sesuai dengan zona peta resiko penyebaran COVID-19 sehingga harus dilakukan pembatasan transportasi umum. Perusahaan di bidang jasa pengiriman yaitu perusahaan logistik harus membuat manajemen strategi yang lebih baik agar mampu bertahan di bawah pengaruh pandemic terhadap perusahaan logistic dalam teknologi informasi dalam transformasi digital ERP logistik. Despite these problems, people still use SAHAJA ONLINE in submitting population documents. With the conditions in the field, it certainly affects the acceptance of SAHAJA ONLINE. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors affect the acceptance of the SAHAJA ONLINE application at the Kediri Regency Civil and Civil Registration Office using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study were 365 SAHAJA ONLINE users. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9. Based on the research results of the 10 hypotheses proposed, there are 9 accepted hypotheses. So that Information Quality, Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual Usage are acceptance factors of SAHAJA ONLINE.

Abstrak: Salah satu contoh penerapan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik yaitu penggunaan SAHAJA ONLINE. SAHAJA ONLINE adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang fungsinya untuk kebutuhan layanan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Kediri dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan dan mengurai antrian di kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Ditemukan beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna yaitu terdapat informasi pada fitur pemilihan opsi dalam layanan surat keterangan pindah yang sulit dimengerti dan saat melakukan reset akun yang diharuskan datang langsung ke kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Meskipun terdapat permasalahan tersebut, masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan SAHAJA ONLINE dalam melakukan pengajuan dokumen kependudukan. Dengan adanya kondisi dilapangan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SAHAJA ONLINE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi SAHAJA ONLINE Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 365 pengguna SAHAJA ONLINE. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 10 hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 9 hipotesis diterima.
