Abstract:This research is motivated by the issue of the effectiveness of witness and victim protection within the Indonesian criminal justice system, which is considered not yet to fully reflect the values of restorative justice…
nor to be harmoniously integrated into the framework of the national legal system. Although regulatory frameworks have been established through Law Number 13 of 2006 as amended by Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as various regulations related to whistleblower and justice collaborator protection, their implementation continues to face normative and structural weaknesses. The lack of synchronization between the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), the Draft Criminal Procedure Code (RUU KUHAP), and other sectoral regulations has resulted in the suboptimal role of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) in guaranteeing the rights of witnesses, victims, perpetrator-witnesses, and reporters, particularly in criminal cases with broad and organized impacts. From the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah and the Pancasila Justice Theory, legal protection for witnesses and victims should not be merely procedural-formal in nature, but must be directed toward the restoration of dignity, the assurance of security, and the comprehensive protection of human rights. This study aims to analyze the regulatory weaknesses in witness and victim protection from the perspective of the criminal justice system and to reconstruct such regulations based on restorative justice values. Employing a normative legal research paradigm combined with conceptual, statutory, and theoretical approaches, this research positions the Pancasila Justice Theory as the grand theory, the Legal System Theory as the middle theory, and the Legal Protection Theory as the applied theory. The findings indicate that regulatory reconstruction is necessary through strengthening the institutional position of LPSK, harmonizing it with the Draft Criminal Procedure Code (RUU KUHAP), and reinforcing the protection of whistleblowers and justice collaborators in a more comprehensive and non-discriminatory manner. This reconstruction is directed toward establishing a witness and victim protection system oriented toward restoration (restorative justice), balanced interests among the parties, and the realization of social justice as mandated by the values of Pancasila and human rights principles.
Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns, with the exchange rate as a moderating variable, in retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock…
ck Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports and stock price data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 25 companies with 125 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, meaning that excessively high liquidity tends to reduce stock returns. Debt to Equity Ratio also has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, indicating that higher leverage increases financial risk and lowers investor confidence. Simultaneously, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly affect stock returns. However, the exchange rate has no effect on stock returns. Furthermore, the exchange rate is unable to moderate the relationship between Current Ratio and stock returns, as well as between Debt to Equity Ratio and stock returns. These findings imply that internal company factors, particularly liquidity management and capital structure, are more dominant in influencing stock returns than external macroeconomic factors such as exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore, investors are advised to pay closer attention to financial fundamentals when making investment decisions in the retail sector.

o strengthen a bank's competitive position. PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk introduced the WiGo Savings product, specifically designed for South Korean citizens who plan to live or work in Indonesia through a pre-account opening scheme. This research aims to analyze the role of WiGo Savings in enhancing the bank's competitiveness, particularly in terms of product differentiation and the potential strengthening of low-cost funds (CASA). The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, using literature review and secondary data analysis from bank reports, media publications, and academic references related to banking innovation. The findings indicate that the pre-arrival account opening mechanism reduces administrative barriers, accelerates service activation, and creates early customer engagement. The product also shows the potential to increase CASA composition, leading to lower cost of funds and greater flexibility in credit pricing. Furthermore, WiGo enhances product differentiation and institutional branding as a bank responsive to cross-border transaction needs. However, its effectiveness depends on successful market education, cross-jurisdiction regulatory compliance, and technological system integration.
Abstract:This study synthesized Ni-doped ZnO (Ni0.05Zn0.95O) and TiO2 (Ni0.05Ti0.95O2) via immersion-assisted coprecipitation for hydrogen production. UV-Vis confirmed bandgap reduction to 2.87 eV (ZnO) and 2.82 eV (TiO2), enabling…
ng visible light activity. XRD and SEM verified Ni incorporation and a significant reduction in crystal size (to 21 nm). To mitigate rapid particle sedimentation (25 min), sodium silicate was applied as a dispersant, successfully extending suspension stability to 4 hours. Notably, this chemical stabilization maintained a lower reactor temperature (49°C) compared to mechanical stirring (52°C), preventing efficiency loss due to thermal effects. Ni0.05Zn0.95O exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, attributed to its superior Ni atomic composition. This research demonstrates that combining Ni-doping with chemical dispersion effectively optimizes both the electronic and physical properties of photocatalysts for enhanced hydrogen harvesting.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of work life balance and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of Non-ASN employees in Banyuasin Regency. In addition, this study aims to find out how much role resilience plays in moderating the relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction to turnover intention. This study is also intended to provide an empirical picture of the factors that affect the intention of Non-ASN employees in leaving their jobs. The results of the research are expected to be a basis for consideration for the Banyuasin Regency Government in formulating policies that improve the welfare, loyalty, and stability of the performance of Non-ASN employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of causal associative research. With a population of 6,120 Non-ASN employees and an error rate of 5%, the number of samples needed is 376 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the help of SmartPLS statistical software. Based on the results of the study, Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on the Turnover Intention of Non-ASN employees in Banyuasin Regency. The better the work-life balance and the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the employee's intention to leave. Job satisfaction is the most dominant factor. In addition, resilience acts as a moderator that strengthens the negative influence of the two variables, so that it is able to suppress the tendency of turnover intention more effectively
Abstract:The rapid development of digital marketing has significantly transformed business strategies, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Instagram has evolved beyond a social networking platform into…
a strategic marketing tool equipped with analytical features such as Instagram Insight. This study aims to examine the effect of Instagram Insight utilization on consumer purchase decisions at Rumah Madu, an MSME operating in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia.
This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 92 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The independent variable is the utilization of Instagram Insight, measured through three dimensions: follower demographic analysis, follower active time analysis, and content performance analysis. The dependent variable is consumer purchase decision. Statistical analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), simple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²).
The results suggest that Instagram Insight functions primarily as an internal strategic evaluation tool rather than a direct determinant of consumer purchasing behavior. This study contributes to the digital marketing literature by highlighting the gap between analytic tool utilization and actual consumer conversion in MSMEs. Practical implications emphasize the need for better data interpretation skills and integrated marketing strategies beyond analytics usage alone.
Abstract:This study investigates the tensile uplift capacity of screw piles in clay soil as an alternative anchoring system for slope stabilization in cohesive ground conditions. The research aims to address the limited availability…
ity of empirical field data on screw-pile behavior under repeated loading and to evaluate the agreement between theoretical predictions and actual in situ responses. The methodology employs an experimental approach through in situ testing with screw-pile diameters of 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm, and embedment depths ranging from 0.6 m to 1.0 m. The tests were conducted under both static and repeated tensile loading using a hydraulic jack system, accompanied by vertical deformation measurements to establish load–displacement curves. Theoretical capacity was calculated using a limit equilibrium approach for comparison with experimental results. The findings reveal a nonlinear load–displacement response, characterized by initial stiffness followed by progressive deformation into the post-yield stage. At a maximum load of 2.858 tons, deformation increased with diameter, from 5.10 cm (10 cm) to 8.49 cm (20 cm). Under repeated loading, failure occurred at a lower load of approximately 1.6 tons with a maximum deformation of 1.648 cm, indicating potential capacity degradation due to cyclic loading. The comparison between theoretical and field results shows significant deviations, with analytical predictions generally underestimating the in situ capacity. This highlights the limitations of simplified models that do not fully account for shaft adhesion, installation disturbance, soil heterogeneity, pore-water pressure effects, and cyclic degradation. Overall, this study contributes valuable field pull-out test data for screw piles in clay under repeated loading, emphasizing the need for design calibration based on full-scale testing for slope stabilization applications. The results also suggest opportunities for further research involving long-term monitoring and advanced modeling of cyclic degradation.
