the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

tatistics Agency (BPS) recorded the number of motorized vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks, and motorcycles in the provinces of North Sumatra and West Sumatra in 2020-2021 reaching 3,043,892 million units. The purpose of this study is to classify the number of motorized vehicles in the form of cars, motorcycles, buses and trucks. This research uses quantitative research with Naive Bayes Algorithm analysis model. The data used in this study is data from several regions in North Sumatra Province and West Sumatra Province in 2020-2021. Evaluation of model performance is based on accuracy parameters, precision and total recall of the confusion-matrix. The results of testing the dataset and calculating the model performance parameters have obtained an accuracy value of 100%. With the percentage value of the description of each dataset class, namely a little 70.6%, moderate 21.6%, and a lot 7.8%.

Abstrak : Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) adalah lembaga pemerintahan non-departemen yang dibentuk sebagai penyedia data atau informasi berdasarkan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 1960 tentang Sensus dan UU Nomor 7 Tahun 1997 tentang Statistik. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat jumlah kendaraan bermotor seperti mobil, bus, truk, dan sepeda motor di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Sumatera Barat pada tahun 2020-2021 mencapai 3.043.892 juta unit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengklasifikasikan jumlah kendaraan bermotor berupa mobil, sepeda motor, bus dan, truk. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model analisis Algoritma Naive Bayes. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data dari beberapa daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Provinsi Sumatera Barat tahun 2020-2021. Evaluasi kinerja model didasarkan pada parameter akurasi, presisi dan recall total dari Confusion-Matrix. Hasil pengujian dataset dan perhitungan parameter performa model telah didapat nilai akurasi 100%. Dengan presentase nilai keterangan setiap kelas dataset yaitu Sedikit 70,6%, Sedang 21,6%, dan Banyak 7,8%.

Rotational Churn, which is difficult to predict be- cause the reasons for stopping are unclear, is the main focus of this research. This research aims to group Rotational Churn customers using a Data-Centric AI approach. This approach emphasizes improving data quality through Confident Learning and Synthetic Data before being applied to the K-Means clustering algorithm. The data used in this research is customer churn data from one telecommunications company during 2023. The research results show that customer grouping using the K-Means algorithm can provide deep insight into the characteristics of customer churn. The application of Data-Centric AI is proven to be able to increase the accuracy of clustering models, which ultimately helps compa- nies optimize programs and services to minimize churn and retain customers.

Abstrak: Dalam era perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini, churn pelanggan menjadi tantangan serius, terutama dalam industri telekomunikasi yang sangat kompetitif. Churn mengacu pada pelanggan yang berhenti menggunakan layanan atau beralih ke penyedia lain, dan dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga jenis: Churn Aktif, Churn Pasif, dan Churn Rotasional. Churn Rotasional, yang sulit diprediksi karena alasan penghentian layanan tidak jelas, menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan Churn Rotasional menggunakan pendekatan Data-Centric AI. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada peningkatan kualitas data melalui Confident Learning dan Synthetic Data sebelum diterapkan ke algoritma K-Means clustering. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data churn pelanggan dari satu perusahaan telekomunikasi selama tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelompokan pelanggan menggunakan algoritma K-Means dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang karakteristik churn pelanggan. Penerapan Data-Centric AI terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi model klastering, yang pada akhirnya membantu perusahaan mengoptimalkan program dan layanan untuk meminimalkan churn serta mempertahankan pelanggan.

For this reason, there is a need to evaluate the performance of Scout trainers to increase the effectiveness of training and improve the quality of Scout education. The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Abstrak : Kebutuhan akan Evaluasi Kinerja dalam organisasi Pramuka menjadi penting untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan organisasi tercapai dan standar pelatihan dipertahankan. Evaluasi kinerja membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta area untuk perbaikan dalam pelatihan. Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

The results of the study used the Service Quality method, namely collecting 25 service attributes. With a system to measure the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients with Kesuma Bangsa clinic services, it can help the clinic in making decisions and implementing service quality improvements.

Abstrak: Kepuasan pasien BPJS ialah penilaian pesien BPJS terhadap pelayanan yang dinikmati serta diinginkan, kepuasan pasien BPJS dapat menjadi pertimbangan pihak klinik sebagai pemberi layanan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa. Pada klinik kesuma bangsa belum tersedia sistem yang dapat membantu Klinik Kesuma Bangsa untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik sebagai media pada proses pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan melaksanakan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka akan dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Metode yang dipergunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa yaitu Service Quality. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Service Quality yaitu mendapatkan 25 atribut pelayanan. Dengan adanya sistem untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan klinik kesuma bangsa dapat membantu pihak klinik dalam pengambilan keputusan dan melaksanakan perbaikan kualitas layanan.

The number of applicants for the scholarship recipients is enormous; a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to help the selection process be more accessible and faster and reduce errors in determining scholarship recipients. The data collection method uses interviews, observations, and literature with the waterfall's system development method. The calculation of the criteria used in developing this system is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Comparing the final results between manual and system analyses shows that the equation is close to 100%. Still, the final results may be different because manual calculations use raw values, while system calculations use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which compares alternatives.

Abstrak: Pendaftar calon penerima beasiswa tidak sedikit jumlahnya, sehingga pada proses pendaftaran pihak pemberi beasiswa memberikan sejumlah persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh siswa, dan persyaratan tersebut memiliki kriteria dengan nilai bobot yang berbeda-beda. Jumlah siswa yang mengajukan beasiswa sangat banyak, dan memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses seleksi serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan literatur dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. perhitungan kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Perbandingan hasil akhir antara perhitungan manual dan sistem menunjukkan persamaan mendekati 100%, namun hasil akhir bisa saja berbeda karena perhitungan manual menggunakan nilai mentah, sedangkan perhitungan sistem menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) yang perhitungan dengan cara membandingkan alternatif.

Selama ini Proses penerimaan karyawan di PT. Pia Garda Utama masih belum efektif atau subjektif yang masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam menentukan hasil akhir penerimaan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Proses –proses yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Pia Garda Utama sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi pelamar atau calon karyawan, hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang didapat bisa dikatakan bukan murni dari kemampuan pelamar tersebut, melainkan dari hasil pemikiran dan kesimpulan para penguji. This study investigates the legality and ethical implications of exoneration clauses within standard-form freight forwarding contracts used by companies such as JNE, TIKI, and SiCepat. Employing a doctrinal legal research methodology, the study integrates statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches to analyze primary legislation, judicial decisions, and relevant legal doctrines. It critically evaluates the use of these clauses in light of consumer rights, contract theory, and the economic impact on service quality. Findings reveal that exoneration clauses not only contravene the UUPK but also create systemic contractual imbalances due to the lack of negotiation opportunities and transparency. The study proposes a normative legal framework for reform, including clause classification, interactive consent mechanisms, and regulatory enforcement to ensure contractual fairness. This research contributes to both legal scholarship and policy development by highlighting the urgent need for doctrinal clarity and regulatory oversight in Indonesia's logistics sector.
