gap between the academic world and the workforce. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi kini tak hanya digunakan oleh invidu tetapi juga dimanfaatkan oleh instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. STMIK Royal sebagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di kisaran juga menggunakan teknologi komunikasi seperti media sosial dan website untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada mahasiswa dan masyarakat luas. STMIK Royal khususnya Media dan Informasi merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas konten yang digunakan sebagai publikasi kampus, dan untuk memaksimalkan publikasi ini maka Media dan Informasi membutuhkan Critical Path Method dalam memanajemen konten. Critical Path Method merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi manajemen konten karena metode ini berorientasi pada waktu dengan menganalisis kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk dikerjakan. Sehingga pada penerapannya aplikasi ini akan membantu tim kreatif media dan informasi untuk mengetahui pekerjaan mana yang harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu dan tepat waktu. The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

At the end of this activity, it is hoped that all students who take part in the training can create a weblog by filling in healthy internet content for the better so that it will improve publication and information skills to internet users as a form of community service. Banyak siswa sekolah belum menggunakan weblog untuk memberikan informasi dan publikasi tentang kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran, kegiatan organisasi sekolah dan kegiatan lainnya. Dalam kegiatan ini, mitra akan diberikan pelatihan pembuatan weblog dengan konten internet oleh tim PKM yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan dan sumber daya masing-masing mitra. Di akhir kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan dapat membuat weblog dengan mengisi konten internet yang sehat menjadi lebih baik sehingga akan meningkatkan kemampuan publikasi dan informasi kepada pengguna internet sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. The low number of writers in Indonesia means that scientific publications in Indonesia are still inadequate. In 2019, Indonesia succeeded in publishing the most scientific papers when compared to other ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. However, this figure is still insufficient, so that efforts are needed to increase the number and quality of good research writing. This activity aims to help make it happen. The target of this activity is students, both from public and private universities in Palembang City. The methods used in this PkM activity were material presentation, practical assistance, and discussion together. Based on the results of the questionnaire answers from 36 participants, the majority of participants agreed that this activity provided new knowledge and information in the topic of research writing. In addition, most of the participants also found this training interesting and made them excited to write a good research. So it can be concluded that the majority of students are not proficient in using Mendeley and Grammarly software and feel that both software can make writing their research easier.

Abstrak: Menulis merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk mengungkapkan gagasan atau gagasan yang ada di benak seseorang. setiap orang pasti punya ide atau ide, tapi tidak semua orang mampu menuliskan ide-ide tersebut. bahkan ada yang beranggapan bahwa menulis membutuhkan latar belakang pendidikan yang tinggi. mahasiswa, misalnya, karena dianggap telah menempuh pendidikan tinggi dan dituduh menulis dari tugas-tugas yang diberikan dosen. Rendahnya jumlah penulis di Indonesia membuat publikasi ilmiah di Indonesia masih kurang mencukupi. Pada tahun 2019, Indonesia berhasil menerbitkan karya ilmiah terbanyak jika dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN lainnya seperti Singapura, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Namun angka tersebut masih belum mencukupi, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas penulisan penelitian yang baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkannya. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para mahasiswa, baik dari perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah Pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil jawaban kuisioner dari 36 peserta, mayoritas peserta sepakat bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi baru dalam topik penulisan penelitian. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta juga menganggap pelatihan ini menarik dan membuat mereka bersemangat untuk menulis penelitian dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa belum mahir menggunakan software Mendeley dan Grammarly dan merasakan bahwa kedua software tersebut dapat mempermudah penulisan riset mereka.

Abstrak: Sebagai institusi pendidikan formal maka diperlukan akulturasi teknik dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing guru pelajaran untuk dapat mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik secara maksimal dan optimal. Selama ini pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran lebih dominan ke-pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara tatap muka di dalam kelas, sehingga pembelajaran membutuhkan pikiran dan tenaga yang ekstra karena dilakukan secara berulang-ulang pada kelas dan jam yang berbeda. Berawal dari hal diatas maka tim pengabdian mencari solusi agar pengajaran dapat diakulturasi dengan pembelajaran secara online menggunakan media blog untuk mempublikasikan bahar ajar para guru ke internet. Diharapkan dengan teknik pengajaran berbasis online salah satunya yang dituangkan dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan blog dapat merangsang minat dari para siswa untuk mengakses bahan ajar yang telah dipublikasikan secara online baik informasi berupa text, gambar, audio maupun video pembelajaran yang telah direkam dan diupload oleh guru ke dalam blognya kapan dan dimanapun berada, sehingga akan tercipta pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (Student Centred Learning) dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

They do not have enough information about the journal to be addressed, do not yet understand what must be stated in a scientific article, systematics of writing, and how to make a bibliography. The online process is also one of the things they find difficult. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of teachers to write scientific articles. Partners in this activity were 12 elementary and junior high school teachers in Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang. The implementation time is 4 months consisting of 3 training sessions and following assistance. The material presented during the training included (1) scientific articles in the ranks of teachers, (2) reference managers, and (3) article submissions. The results of the training showed that all participants increasingly understood how to use scientific articles for promotion. In addition, 58% of participants are more aware and able to use the reference manager in Ms Office Word. In the third material, 67% of participants understood and were able to register and submit articles in the Paedagogie Journal.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang pada bulan Juli 2018, jumlah terbanyak guru berada pada golongan IV/a. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah keengganan mereka dalam membuat publikasi ilmiah untuk kenaikan pangkat. Mereka tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup mengenai jurnal yang akan dituju, belum memahami apa yang harus dituangkan dalam sebuah artikel ilmiah, sistematika penulisan, serta cara membuat daftar pustaka. Proses online juga menjadi salah satu hal yang mereka anggap sulit. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 12 orang guru SD dan SMP di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan di Kota Magelang. Waktu pelaksanaan yakni 4 bulan terdiri dari 3 kali pelatihan dan ikuti pendampingan. Materi yang disampaikan pada saat pelatihan antara lain (1) artikel ilmiah dalam kepangkatan guru, (2) reference manager, dan (3) article submission. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta semakin memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan artikel ilmiah bagi pengajuan kenaikan pangkat. Selain itu, 58% peserta semakin paham dan mampu cara menggunakan reference manager pada Ms Office Word. Pada materi ke-3, sebanyak 67% peserta memahami dan mampu untuk registrasi dan submit artikel pada Jurnal Paedagogie.

The research methods include field surveys, spatial and non-spatial data collection, system design using UML, development with Leaflet.js and MySQL, and testing using the blackbox method. The results show that the resulting system is capable of displaying interactive maps with location details, business information, and an easy-to-use search feature. This system makes it easier for the government, business actors, and the public to access MSME information and supports data-based economic development planning. With the output in the form of publications in accredited journals, this research is expected to be an effective solution for MSME data management in other regions.

Abstrak: UMKM toko roti di Kota Kisaran memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun data persebarannya masih dikelola secara manual sehingga sulit diakses dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis WebGIS untuk memetakan dan mengelola data UMKM toko roti secara digital dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi survei lapangan, pengumpulan data spasial dan non-spasial, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan Leaflet.js dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dihasilkan mampu menampilkan peta interaktif dengan detail lokasi, informasi usaha, dan fitur pencarian yang mudah digunakan. Sistem ini mempermudah pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi UMKM, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi berbasis data. Dengan luaran berupa publikasi pada jurnal terakreditasi, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif untuk pengelolaan data UMKM di daerah lain.

cle aims to systematically examine eight empirical publications from 2021 to 2025 that explore the application of this model within IRE contexts. The review focuses on instructional design, pedagogical outcomes, and implementation challenges. Findings from the analyzed studies suggest that applying the flipped classroom model in IRE can enhance students’ cognitive understanding, foster learning motivation, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. However, the effectiveness of this model depends heavily on the quality of digital learning design, the teacher’s readiness to facilitate active learning, and the ability to meaningfully integrate Islamic values into the learning process. In addition, this model faces several challenges, including limitations in technological infrastructure, lack of professional teacher training, and the need for curriculum adaptation. This study highlights the importance of systemic support and digital competency development among educators to ensure that flipped classroom implementation is not merely a technical strategy, but a means of strengthening the spiritual dimension and core values of Islamic education in the digital age.

ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research.
