ted is Molonggota Village. This activity was carried out for 50 days in September-November 2021 involving 30 students and 2 lecturers as field assistants. The purpose of implementing this KKN build village program was to encourage and help the community to contribute to the development and foster a responsive attitude of the village government to the potential opportunities and problems in the village. This activity succeeded in increasing the awareness of the people and also succeeded in facilitating the village government achieves the Village SDGs.

Abstrak: Kegiatan KKN Desa Membangun menjadi wujud Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dalam mendukung program pembangunan pemerintah demi terwujudnya Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di desa-desa Provinsi Gorontalo. Salah satu Desa yang menjadi lokasi kegiatan KKNT adalah Desa Molonggota. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 50 hari di bulan September-November 2021 dengan melibatkan 30 orang mahasiswa dan 2 orang dosen sebagai pendamping lapangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan, pengajaran dan praktik partisifatif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendorong dan membantu masyarakat agar dapat berkontribusi langsung dalam pembangunan desa dan dapat bersikap tanggap terhadap potensi dan permasalahan di desa. Kegiatan KKN ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan juga berhasil memfasilitasi pemerintah desa mencapai SDGs Desa.

In this article, forecasting the number of new debtors uses the Simple Moving Average and Double Exponential Smoothing methods based on actual data on the number of new debtors per month for 2019-2021. Furthermore, the performance of the two methods is compared by comparing the Mean Absolute Deviation and Mean Square Error values. The comparison results conclude that the Simple Moving Average method is better than the Double Exponential Smoothing for predicting the number of new debtors.

Abstrak: Realisasi kredit yang diajukan oleh nasabah adalah salah satu faktor yang penting di dunia perbankan. Terlebih disaat adanya pandemi Covid-19, realisasi kredit memperlihatkan kondisi usaha para calon debitur, apakah dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Sehingga penting untuk memprediksi berapa capaian jumlah debitur baru. Dalam artikel ini dilakukan peramalan jumlah debitur baru dengan metode Simple Moving Average dan Double Exponential Smoothing berdasarkan data aktual jumlah debitur baru per bulan tahun 2019-2021. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perbandingan performa kedua metode tersebut dengan cara membandingkan nilai dari Mean Absolute Deviation dan Mean Square Error. tain a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects that regulate freedom of expression in the country. Recognized as an essential human right, freedom of expression is explicitly protected by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The focus of this research is to examine the legal norms governing freedom of expression, which include provisions such as Article 28E paragraph (3) and Article 19 of the Constitution 1945, as well as other statutory regulations. The research results show that freedom of expression is recognized as an inalienable right by the state and is one of the foundations for the realization of a just and democratic society. Although freedom of expression is guaranteed by the constitution, this research also highlights the obstacles and challenges in its implementation. In Indonesia, challenges arise in navigating diverse interpretations of freedom of expression, with concerns about potential exploitation by entities harming public interest. Striking a balance between freedom of expression and societal stability/security is deemed crucial. The research aims to better understand the complexity of freedom of expression within the country's constitutional law and its role in promoting equality. This research aims to find useful insights for creating better policies. These policies should strike a good balance between individual freedom and public interest, ultimately fostering a fair and democratic society.
