One topic covered in economics classes, including socialism, capitalist, and Islamic economics, is ownership rights. Ownership rights are determined by certain characteristics of each economic system. The number of assets (goods and services) that can be owned is limited under a socialist economy, but the method of acquisition (quality) remains unconstrained. This suggests that you can distribute it in whatever way you want. Meanwhile, the capitalist economic system views property ownership as unlimited, both in terms of quantity and quality; that is, any kind of property ownership is acceptable as long as it does not restrict the freedom of others. Islam acknowledges, but does not fully give, the right of humans to own the materials they use for production and consumption, in contrast to socialism and capitalist economic systems.

The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.

lam mengakses modal, dan rendahnya kapasitas adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Kabupaten Karo aktif memberikan edukasi dan pengembangan UMKM lokal dengan didukung oleh Rumah BUMN Kabanjehe. Saat ini, masih terdapat puluhan UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe. Jenis usaha UMKM yang ada diantaranya adalah pengerajin ecoprint, produsen makanan ringan, produsen minuman, pengerajin kain tenun, dan lain-lain.
Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk literasi keuangan, edukasi pencatatan atau mengatur keuangan usaha dan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya manajemen keuangan. Dalam hal ini, target tujuan kami ialah pelaku usaha atau UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe. Adapun Sustainable Development Goals atau Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan yang terkait dengan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kabupaten Karo untuk mengatur keuangan dan ketrampilan berwiarusaha. Selain itu, tujuan utama dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial, dan memacu pembanguna yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif pada aspek mengatur keuangan usaha.
Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pemberian materi manajemen keuangan, edukasi dan implementasi manajemen keuangan pada beberapa pelaku UMKM, serta sesi tanya jawab terkait permasalahan tentang keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam satu hari atau selama 3 jam. Beberapa materi pengabdian yang disampaikan yaitu tentang perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan kas, kinerja keuangan, dan pengendalian kegiatan keuangan. Aspek praktis dan teknis yang disampaikan pemateri dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu memisahkan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis, pencatatan keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan.
Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: terciptanya arah keputusan finansial usaha, pelaku usaha dapat mengawasi dan mengendalikan kegiatan usaha sehari-hari, serta pelaku UMKM dapat/ bisa mencapai tujuan financial freedom (bebas utang, ada pendapatan investasi, terproteksi dari risiko).
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN Kabanjahe khususnya dalam implementasi manajemen keuangan yang baik. Disarankan untuk kedepannya agar dilkakukan pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam hal digital marketing, inovasi product dan strategi usaha terupdate atau kekinian demi tercapainya kesejahteraan ekonomi yang lebih baik.

become victims of procedural errors in the justice system. Wrongful arrests constitute a violation of individual freedom and cause physical, psychological, and social suffering. This research employs a normative legal method, drawing on statutory and literature sources. The results show that victims of wrongful arrest are entitled to compensation and rehabilitation, as provided for in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. However, compensation provided is still limited to material aspects and has not fully restored the victims’ dignity, reputation, and well-being. Therefore, the state must strengthen legal protection mechanisms and ensure that investigations are conducted professionally, transparently, and in accordance with human rights principles to prevent the recurrence of wrongful arrest cases.

t Java. Principals who are far from democratic values such as deliberation or expressing opinions, Public Junior High Schools in Merauke are less able to control subordinates. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based democratic leadership by Public Junior High School principals in Merauke Regency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation in five Public Junior High Schools in Merauke, as well as secondary data in the form of archives and educational regulations. The results show that a quality-based democratic leadership style can create a collaborative work climate that improves teacher performance and the quality of educational services, if balanced with effective coordination, continuous motivation, and transparency in decision-making. However, obstacles were also found in the form of a lack of firmness of leaders in enforcing discipline, weak consistency in providing examples, and the influence of local culture that gives rise to personal sentiments. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement in school program planning, support from local government policies, and school accreditation that encourages quality improvement. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership of quality-oriented school principals is effectively implemented if accompanied by increased managerial competence, strengthening the role of the school principal as a motivator, and a commitment to transparency and professionalism.

Thomas Kuhn, through his theory of scientific revolutions , argued that the development of science does not occur linearly and cumulatively, but rather through paradigm leaps triggered by internal crises in the scientific community and resolved through collective consensus. On the other hand, Ibn Rushd, as a representative of rationalist philosophers in the classical Islamic thought treasury, places reason and logic as universal epistemic foundations in revealing scientific truth, and firmly rejects the dominance of theological authority that hinders freedom of thought. This study reveals that although both come from different traditions and historical contexts, there is a common ground in the critical attitude towards intellectual stagnation and the drive to open up space for renewal of thought. However, epistemologically, both show sharp divergences: Kuhn is based on contextual paradigmatic relativism, while Ibn Rushd is rooted in transhistorical rational objectivism. Using a comparative-philosophical approach, this article concludes that a critical synthesis of the two views can enrich contemporary discourse on the foundations and direction of the development of science.

This study aimed to ascertain whether the utilization of Music media may yield a noteworthy disparity in enhancing students' English vocabulary and to discover whether the efficacy of music media surpasses that of conventional media. The sample size for this study consisted of 60 students. The system has two classrooms, with each class including a total of 30 students. The pre-test results yielded a t-value of t0 = 1.517, indicating that both classes are worth studying as there is no significant difference in the increase of students' English vocabulary based on the t-test. However, after treatment and the post-test, the t-value obtained was t0 = 3.201, higher than the critical t-value (tt = 2.001) at a significance level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 58. This indicates a significant difference in students' English vocabulary increase between the experimental class (taught using Music media) and the control class (introduced using conventional press) after the pre-test was administered.

The law states that the purpose of adopting a child is simply to improve the welfare of the child.This research aims to find out and examine Islamic legal regulations regarding the inheritance rights of adopted children. The position of children in Islamic law is still attributed to their biological guardians and not to their adoptive fathers. Moreover, in Islamic inheritance law, adopted children do not get inheritance privileges from the father who supports them, but the freedom of inheritance returns to the biological father of the child being cared for. Children raised in Islam can acquire property from their supportive father through a bequest course and then a mandatory will course. Since taking over, the children and their supportive father have been seen as having been a huge help in their respective lives. Therefore, as a substitute for the freedom inherited from the younger generation, Islamic law provides a way through mandatory gifts and wills.
