The results of this study are crucial because they discuss appropriate leadership characteristics in managing nursing wards. The past leadership characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) serve as the basis for patient management.
The purpose of this study was to conduct a literature review related to the leadership characteristics of Muslim ward heads, based on the leadership characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The research method was a literature review of Islamic leadership character theories.
The results revealed that the leadership characteristics of the best Muslim ward heads in nursing care are honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, fairness, preaching, responsibility, discipline, initiative, being a role model, and providing inspiration.
Conclusion: The leadership characteristics of Muslim ward heads are the foundation of good conventional leadership characteristics that can be implemented in managing patient nursing care.

This study aims to analyze the meaning, function, and position of the mengumpar ruji activity in the Sipirok community's traditional marriage system. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, through literature review and normative analysis of traditional practices. The results show that mengumpar ruji is a symbol of sincerity, responsibility, and social recognition from the man towards the woman and her family. This tradition also functions as an instrument of social legitimacy in Sipirok traditional marriage. Thus, mengumpar ruji has a strategic role in maintaining social harmony and the sustainability of customary law amidst the social changes of modern society.

The findings indicate that character education is organized as a whole school culture rather than a standalone program. Religiosity is strengthened through routinized worship practices that scaffold ethical conduct and self regulation. Honesty is fostered through teacher exemplarity, trust based learning situations, and clear behavioral norms related to academic integrity and everyday responsibility. Tolerance is cultivated as a relational practice through inclusive interaction norms and respect for differences in the school community. Discipline is reinforced through consistent routines, rule clarity, and guided accountability, though its internalization remains sensitive to family support and external influences. Overall, the study shows that coherent habituation, modeling, and institutional consistency are decisive for embedding character values in students’ daily behavior and for sustaining a constructive moral climate in the madrasah. The results suggest implications for school leadership, teacher development, and family engagement. Limitations include the single site design and scope, indicating the need for comparative and longitudinal studies.

self-reliance, which is regarded as a personal achievement but sociologically triggers the disintegration of social capital and societal atomization. The primary issue raised is how technological independence paradoxically creates emotional distance and social apathy toward real-world suffering. Utilizing a qualitative method based on library research and a Social Interpretation (al-tafsir al-ijtima’i) approach, this study positions Surah Al-Ma’un as a theological framework to address this solidarity crisis. The analysis is conducted by creating a dialogue between the Quranic text and digital sociological theories regarding social ties and atomization. The results show that Surah Al-Ma’un offers a radical critique of "religious individualism" by categorizing those who separate prayer rituals from social sensitivity as deniers of the faith. This study finds novelty in the reinterpretation of the term al-ma'un, which in the digital era is no longer limited to simple material aid but has transformed into "collaborative assets" encompassing information literacy, emotional support, and digital resource accessibility for marginalized groups. The research formulates the Inclusive Social Piety model, which integrates three main pillars: spiritual interconnection awareness, digital altruism, and empowering independence. This model functions as a solution to transform the narcissistic "I" paradigm into a collaborative "We" paradigm. In conclusion, the internalization of Al-Ma’un's values acts as a bridge between the personal advancement of Generation Z and their collective responsibility, serving as a basis for character strengthening in Islamic higher education to remain functional and responsive to human problems in the era of disruption.

approach with a confirmatory nature, testing the extent to which the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Stakeholder Theory are confirmed in the context of the regional banking industry. Primary data were collected through a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire from all BPD DIY managers (census method, 163 respondents) who met the criteria of managerial position, minimum three years of service, and involvement in strategic policy. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS. This involved testing the outer model (convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability) and inner model (path coefficient, R², f², Q²) to assess the direct and indirect effects between variables. The variables studied included business strategy, profitability, CSR, and firm value, operationalized across several dimensions, including future orientation, operational efficiency, the social and environmental dimensions of CSR, and market value and corporate reputation. The instrument was independently developed based on theoretical synthesis (David & David, Houston, Teodorescu Ionescu, Carroll, and others), then validated through expert judgment before being tested for validity and reliability on pilot respondents. The results showed that business strategy had a positive effect on CSR and firm value, while profitability had a positive effect on CSR and firm value, aligning with the view that slack resources and a prospector strategy encourage stronger CSR activities and improved market perception. CSR was shown to have a positive effect on firm value and acted as a mediating variable in the relationships between business strategy and firm value and profitability and firm value. Thus, CSR implementation strengthens the transmission of the influence of strategy and financial performance on increasing firm value. These findings confirm that the integration of a sustainability-oriented business strategy, strong profitability performance, and consistent CSR implementation is a crucial combination for enhancing firm value in the regional banking sector.

This study aims to describe the role of scouting and extracurricular activities in strengthening students' character values and to identify their implementation and impact on students' attitudes and behavior. The research method used was a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that scouting and extracurricular activities are able to instill the values of discipline, cooperation, leadership, responsibility, independence, and social awareness in a contextual and sustainable manner. The process of habituation, the role model of the instructor, and direct experience in the activities are key factors in the success of strengthening students' character. Therefore, scouting and extracurricular activities have a strategic contribution in supporting character education strengthening programs in schools and need to be managed systematically and integrated with learning activities.

QFSA is considered a crucial reflection of public entity responsibility, affected by the mechanism of fiscal authority allocation and the internal oversight system. This quantitative research employs a survey method, with the population being all staff involved in the financial cycle at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office (Head of Office, PPK, and PPTK). Given the limited number of relevant subjects, a Saturated Sampling (Census) technique was used. Primary data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS software. Empirically, the results are expected to prove that (1) Budgetary Decentralization (including curtailment dynamics) has a significant influence on QFSA, and (2) The effectiveness of a robust ICS is positively and significantly correlated with QFSA. Meanwhile, the advancement of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based learning media, offers new opportunities to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the existence of Civic Education and the use of AI-based learning media in supporting students’ social-emotional development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SD Negeri 0722 PTPN IV Lubuk Bunut. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Civic Education plays a significant role in fostering students’ social attitudes, empathy, and responsibility, while AI-based learning media enhance students’ learning motivation and engagement when implemented appropriately and in accordance with developmental stages. The integration of Civic Education, AI-based media, and developmental psychology perspectives contributes positively to students’ social-emotional development in elementary education.

This study aims to analyze the role and implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in strengthening the character of elementary school students. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that consistent and integrated implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in learning activities, daily routines, and school culture can improve students' attitudes of discipline, responsibility, honesty, social awareness, and religiosity. Furthermore, teacher involvement and support from the school environment are crucial factors in the success of character building. Therefore, the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children can be an effective strategy for building positive character in students sustainably.
