Research data were obtained from the Scopus database covering the period from 2018 to 2025 using the keywords service quality, customer loyalty, and banking industry. The literature selection process was conducted using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 33 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. Bibliometric analysis was performed using VOSviewer software to map author collaboration networks, keyword relationships, and the evolution of research themes. The research findings indicate that the concepts of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty are core themes dominating the research literature in the banking sector. Additionally, the study highlights the emergence of new themes related to customer experience, digital services, corporate social responsibility, and customer relationship management, which enrich the understanding of customer loyalty formation. Bibliometric visualizations also indicate that research collaboration remains relatively limited and scattered across several small groups of authors, despite the research having been reviewed on a global scale. These findings confirm that research on service quality and customer loyalty in the banking industry continues to evolve toward a more multidimensional approach in tandem with the ongoing digital transformation of services.

K3 has a strategic role in creating a safe and healthy work environment, which not only contributes to reducing the number of occupational accidents and occupational diseases, but also has implications for improving employee performance and productivity. However, the relationship between K3 and productivity is not always direct, but rather influenced by psychological and organizational factors, especially organizational commitment and company culture. This study uses the SLR method with PRISMA steps. Articles filtered from the Scopus journal database with the topic The study process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set. The results of the study show that the effective implementation of K3 has a positive effect on employee productivity both directly and indirectly. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator that strengthens these relationships through increased employee loyalty, attachment, and responsibility, while a company culture that supports safety values strengthens collective norms and performance orientation in Indonesia published between 2021 and 2026 in a total of 5,863 articles. After elimination according to the criteria, only 41 articles were considered and extracted. These findings confirm that K3 is not only seen as a regulatory obligation, but as a strategic instrument in human resource management to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization. Theoretically, this study integrates the concepts of K3, organizational commitment, company culture, and productivity in a comprehensive conceptual framework, and practically provides managerial implications in strengthening performance based on work safety.

of the study is driven by the increasing risk of environmental and health pollution due to hazardous waste generated by the biopharmaceutical production process, as well as the limitations of conventional accounting systems in capturing ecological costs and impacts. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, through primary data collection in the form of in-depth interviews with key informants and field observations, as well as secondary data from company documents and related regulations. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and interpretively to identify green accounting practices, environmental cost components, and ecological risk mitigation mechanisms. The results show that PT Daewoong Infion has implemented green accounting through the recognition and recording of hazardous waste management costs, pollution control, and environmental disclosure, which contributes to increased regulatory compliance, waste management efficiency, and ecological risk reduction. In addition, these practices strengthen the company's legitimacy and meet stakeholder expectations, in line with legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory. This study concludes that green accounting serves as an effective managerial and reporting instrument in integrating economic objectives and ecological responsibility, thereby supporting the operational sustainability of the biopharma industry. These findings recommend strengthening environmental cost measurement systems and reporting transparency to enhance sustainable ecological risk mitigation.

This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study.
